Verizon FiOS is my Internet service. I have two e-mail addresses that I regularly use: an aol one and a gmail one.
This week I sent an e-mail from my aol account to a family member (who has a verizon.net e-mail address.) It was returned with a message indicating that my IP address was blocked as spam. Oddly, when I resent the message, it went through.
Yesterday, I sent an e-mail from my gmail account, using a different computer, to a hotmail account user. That also got returned with a message saying the "mailbox was unavailable." Researching this phrase turned up a site that explained that hotmail uses that term when an IP sender's address has been rejected as spam.
Researching this issue, I uncovered that my IP address has been blacklisted by both Spamhaus and SORBZ, two companies who apparently specialize in spam control. According to Spamhaus, it is Verizon itself which has requested the block on my IP address (it falls within a range that has been blocked), and only Verizon is allowed to request its removal. It is on their "Policy Block List."
Verizon is the one who assigned me this IP address, and now Verizon is blocking it?
Since this problem has occured while using different computers, I don't think it is a virus issue. Just to be sure, I ran a virus scan anyway and it came up clean.

All Dynamic IP addresses show up on the Email Blacklists.
That is only important if you are acting as an email server, meaning you're in fact running your own email server on your FiOS.
If you're a regular user, using pop.verizon.net and smtp.verizon.net, then those are the IP's that are sending and receiving your mail. So you don't have to worry about those spamhaus blacklists.

The SORBS listing criteria is not easily defined due to the large amount of zones that SORBS maintains. There are some zones that everyone will find themselves listed on, such as the Dynamic IP zone. This is a zone that contains large network blocks of IP addresses that are known to be allocated to dynamic IP address space. Because it is generally against the terms of service with an end users ISP to host an SMTP server on their residential line, it is safe to list those large ranges. Other SORBS blacklists are similar to the majority of DNSBL providers offering similar services.
You aren't hosting one, so you should be golden.

All apps are always tied to the account from whaich they were purchased and will always have to be updated using that account.
Just because the e-mail account is shut down, has nothing to do with the itunes account. Why did you create a new account? Why not just change the e-mail associated with the old account?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Posting your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.
If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID, verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I was trying to create Instance for SAP Application Server ABAP 7.4 SP5 incl. Business Warehouse on SAP HANA 1.0 SP7 [Developer Edition] in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud / Cloud Appliance Library when I got this message 'Operation Start failed on step Allocate elastic IPs with message: Error creating static IPs; AMASON: The maximum number of addresses has been reached'.
I tried looking for an answer or solution for this issue but no success.
Can anyone please help me with this?

you need to check your Elastic IP limits within the AWS console and how to release them if they are used:

how is what blocked? the email address? or apple ID... As for the ID, its not bocked but when i entre the password it says... " Your Apple ID has been diabled for security reasons. to enable your account, reset your password on appleid.apple.com" which i did, after i have entred the apple ID, it gives me two options to either change my password by sending it to my email acccount used, first time i clicked use email to reset pasword. i then went to msn to long into that email and msn says that this account has been blocked due to the password being entred to many times to activsate this clcik link beloew and so i did, it then took me the security queastion and the alternative email used within that account is completly different to what put in when i first made that account 2 years ago, the security question to that email is in portugues/ spanish and im neither, so clarely someone has hacked into that email and blocked it... and this why i cant change the password for my apple ID..

The answers to the security questions are sent to the rescue email, so I am stuck. My only option seems to be to call Apple Support, which is my entire Friday off spent on an aggravating phone call. Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I think it's most probable that someone is giving out your address by mistake: in which case they wouldn't be receiving any of the emails. Was there any indication that there had been any response? - a follow-up message, for example?
You could try contacting iCloud Support, though I don't know how much help you will get.
To contact iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee. You could try arguing that if there is indeed a duplication it's their fault, as it certainly shouldn't happen, and you therefore shouldn't be charged.

You apparently did not migrate your MobileMe account to iCloud before 1 August? In this case your MobileMe account has been permanently deleted and all its contents lost, as was announced over a year ago.
Your signature says your Mac has 10.6.8; you cannot set up an iCloud account on that. However you can reactivate your @me.com address (though not retrieve its contents including any aliases) by going to Settings>iCloud on your iPhone (iOS5 required), signing in with your @me.com address and password, and enabling Mail in the list there.
That done, you can set up Mail manually on Snow Leopard to access your iCloud email:
