IP adress ? Whats this got to do with me working ?
This is the weirdest thing I have ever face since using a mac .
I have 3 macs runing at the same time all working on different projects .
For some reason out of nowhere whilst trying to open a project earlier on today I got this message as written ?
(The sever may not exist or it is not operational at this time . Check the sever name or IP address and your network connection and try again)
I have nearly done everything you can to the IP settings I am not getting anywhere what is wrong ?
And I cant work with out my g5 working with its file sharing on wihch means I have to keep the g5 working to get my mac pro working .
Has anybody got any clues to what this means ? I am very disappointed since I have upgraded my mac its been a nightmare just making leopard work for me cause I didnt do the jump when leopard was realised . What is this problem its driving me nuts
Perhaps I can help.
Let's break down the issue -
Can all your machines get on the internet at the same time?
Can all your machines see one another via the finder?
If the answer to the above are "yes" then we can assume your network is working properly. If "no" then it could be an IP, DHCP vs. Static IP issue or a bad cable.
How are you trying to open Logic? Are you opening the Logice application and then trying to open the file from File/Open? Or, are you trying to open the file and letting that open Logic?
Are your machines set to get their IP's via DHCP or do they have a static IP?
If Logic opens when it's own application icon is clicked and you're running DHCP the best guess is the file you're trying to open is actually an alias on a different machine and due to the nature of DHCP your machines now have different IP addresses. Still this would be odd behavior.
Have you tried removing the items in the Library/Recent Servers folder?
Hopefully breaking it down like this will help spark some solutions.

I have upgraded to my Iphone just recently and everything was working fine until I donwloaded to ios7.0.6 and now the phone would shut down for some reason....the music or live radio would also also fades off as the power shut down. Can anyone explains this? Or better still a solution.........
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
If this doesn't change anything, backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file, or maybe it's one of your apps causing the trouble. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation. -

Do i have a sort of pointer to the contents of the table itself?

Marcello NocitoI'm not sure what this has to do with security or encryption, but yes, if you select a BLOB into a local variable, Oracle doesn't have to copy the entire thing into memory for you to use it. It wouldn't really be correct to say that you have a pointer to the data, since there is nothing to dereference. You can treat the local variable as if it were a copy of the whole BLOB, it just doesn't have the memory footprint of a full copy.

I recently got my iphone from AT&T which came with a charger and know the charger says "this cable is incompatible with this iphone and is not reliable" can anyone tell me how I can fix this or what to do?

I bought an unlocked iphone 5s with full paid but what i got is "SIM Not Valid". Don't know this is because of Apple or Sprint problem? It suppose to be unlocked and allow me to use any carrier worldwide. What is going on? What should i do? Return a phone and get refund?
If you purchased a Sprint iPhone, you DID NOT purchase an unlocked iPhone. All Sprint iPhones are carrier locked to Sprint, & Sprint will only authorize the unlocking of the sim slot for current customers using the phone on their network. If you are not a current customer, using that phone on Sprint's network, you wasted your money, as Sprint will not authorize the unlocking of the sim slot.
So, it the above is the case with you, yes, return the phone for a refund, if you still can. -
I have an irritating problem with mail autofilling info in email addresses. Emails sent to me the from looks like this: Holiday in the United States <my email address>. I have no idea what this Holiday in the United States is or how it got to be there...How can I fix/change to my name?
I fixed the To: autofilling incorrectly by deleting my email address from the Previous Recipients List, but is there a way to stop that from coming up on emails that I receive?Have you checked your Mac address book? If your email is saved somewhere in your address book with the name "Holidays in the United States" it might be adding the name automatically in Mac Mail.

To remove an email address from the auto-complete list in Mac OS X Mail:
Start typing the recipient's address or name in a new message.
Select the desired address from the auto-complete list as if you'd compose an email to them.
Click the small down arrow in the recipient.
Select Remove from Previous Recipients List from the menu.
You can also search for the unwanted address directly in the previous recipients list:
Select Window | Previous Recipients from the menu in Mac OS X Mail.
Highlight the address you want to remove.You can highlight multiple addresses by holding down the Command key.
Click Remove from List.

Most of my concern is in the subject line. I probably should've saved some content to include here. Allow me to elaborate:
While traveling with the tiny brick, I got a message on my 3GS phone that "This accessory is not made to work with iPhone”; however, the charger was working fine with another phone and with an iPad.
I tested alternatives by removing and re-inserting the cable (obviously, as I tested other devices), changing wall receptacles, shutting the phone off (all the way), all to no avail.
When I got home, I plugged a different cable--one that was connected to my iMac rather than the brick--into the my 3GS; it still didn't charge.
So, I'm hypothesizing that perhaps some debris (from a pocket?) got into the charging receptacle of the 3GS and is disrupting the connection. Perhaps there are other hypotheses.
I am reluctant to do a reset, as (a) the problem doesn't appear to be a software issue (the phone and software are all working, though the charge is declining) and (b) I don't want to lose the contents before I can sync it (now that I'm home, again).
I'd welcome suggestions. Meanwhile, I suppose I shall e-mail photos and notes from the phone to myself before I lose the remaining charge.Try to clean the 30-pin receiver slot either by blowing air into it or using a microfiber cloth. If the problem persists, based on what you've already said, I'd say the problem is most likely hardware, and would need to be replaced or repaired. I hope your iPhone is still under the 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty, or if applicaable extended warranty. You can check by calling AppleCare National iPhone Technical Support at 1 (800) 694-7466.

Now when we tried to run the form, i got the error saying "FRM-40734:Internal Error:Pl/SQL error occured.", in the login form.
When i tried to open the fmb file in Oracle Forms Builder 6i, i got the following error:
FRM-10102: Cannot attach PL/SQL library d2kwutil. This library attachment will be lost if the module is saved., but the fmb file got open.

No. Apple has no part in the decision ot lock or unlock at all. Lock/unlock is 100% the decision of the carrier. Apple has nothing to do with this decision. -
I'm getting an " application" cannot be downloaded at this time message. With any app I try to download/update. Why is this happening and what can I do about it ?
I am fighting the same error. I gifted an album to mydaughter and she got that when she tried to cash it in. iTunes support was quick to respond saying the would refund in 5 to 7 days. That was 13 days ago and they will not respond now. Try to contact support to see if they can help. Also be sure you do not have restrictions enabled in settings. If your parental controls are set to block certian content ratings this will give you an error as well.
You could also try to purchacs through the iTunes program on Mac or PC. Check your restrictions there too. If your device is company owned your employers may have restrictions enabled preventing certian apps from being installed. Hope that helps.
