IP Pool assigned by the ACS

Hi,
We are implementing the VPN 3015 Concentrator and using ACS to assign IPs to the VPN clients. Want to use 10.200.200.0/24 subnet as a pool, but I can not find the way to assign the right mask. I guess, the ACS detects that this is a class A network and assigns 255.0.0.0 mask to the clients. Is there any way to hardcode it to 255.255.255.0?

It is recommended to reconfigure the settings in the VPN concentrator and the ip pools on the ACS:
On the VPN Concentrator, choose Configuration > System > Address Management > Assignment > Use Address from Authentication Server > Apply in order to choose the authentication server option for IP address assignment.
On the Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator, choose Configuration > System > Servers > Accounting Servers.
Add the details for the ACS in order to specify the ACS as an Accounting Server. This allows the ACS to see what IP addresses are in use and assign free IP addresses.
In the ACS, go into either the User Setup or the Group Setup in order to provide the IP address.
Choose VPN Client IP Address Assignment.
Choose Assigned from AAA server pool. An IP address pool on the Authentication Authorization Accounting (AAA) server assigns the IP address.

is it possible to assign different ip pools defined on the ACS to different NAS? For eg. I like to assign the IP pool x to the NAS X and the IP pool y to the nas Y. So if a user logins in to X he gets the pool x and on Y the pool y.

Its not possible to assign end users an ip address based on the NAS equipment that they currently are connected too.

Where does the ACS server get the DNS info for IP pools?

I am trying to change the DNS servers that my VPN users are assigned from the IP pools on the ACS server. Where does the IP pools get the DNS server information. I have changed the DNS Ips on the windows server and rebooted. But the VPN clients are still being assigned the old DNS servers.

ACS ip pools do not push DNS server information
It is either being forwarded from VPN concentrator group setup or
it is being send from ACS user/group setup > Radius(VPN 3000) attributes > [026/3076/005] Primary-DNS.

Dynamic VLAN assignment issue with ACS & WLC

I have configured an ACS (v4.2) & a WLC 4402 (5.2.193.0) according to the document listed at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk722/tk809/technologies_configuration_example09186a008076317c.shtml
When I attempt to authenticate a user in the ACS local user database, I receive an auth failure. I have enabled debugging in the WLC's CLI and I see that I get an authentication failure from the ACS. Upon reviewing the ACS's 'failed attempts' log, I see the username I attempt to authenticare with but it reports 'CN user unknown' even though this user is the local database.
During troubleshooting, I discovered that if I modify the AAA client for the WLC and change it to 'Cisco Aironet' rather than 'Cisco Airespace', authentication works perfectly, the proper user is authenticated to the local database and I am able to connect to the SSID. The only issue is that because I'm now using Aironet instead of Airespace, the IETF attributes 064, 065, and 081 (VLAN, 802, and the VLAN ID respectively) do not properly assign the VLAN that the user needs to be on.
Am I missing something?

I determined that a NAP was blocking my authentication using Airespace and can successfully authenticate with both Aironet and Airespace now. I also reviewed the debug output of both types of connections and I can see the proper attributes coming through, but the wireless clients just won't assign to the right VLAN interface.
I've reviewed all of the configuration settings per the document about 40 or 50 times now and I am certain I'm not missing anything. I do indeed have override enabled but the configured interface 'management' is still the one the user is assigned to every time, even in the client connection details under the monitor tab. ARGH!!

pool following the documentations. Now I have two problems:
1) The dunamic pool is created but the target was not assigned. If you remember,
each
ppol, data source, JMS etc must be assigned to a target. By default they are assigned
to the Admin Server (if you are not using Managed Server). But in my case I more
than one
server (one Admin, one managed). When I create ppol dynamically, how do I specify
the target?
How is it any helpful to just create a dynamic pool, if it has nto been assiged
a target yet?

maybe the performance of App server pool is better than the JDBC pool,
for you don't know wether the implementation of the JDBC interface is good or bad.

Nitin is correct if there is no HR then it is difficult to set up resource planning based on workforce. Nitin is also correct in poinitng out that yu do not have to implement HR fully, just set up the personeel master data (HR Mini Master) with a basic set of data infotypes.
If however you do not plan to set up HR ot the personnel master then you need to do creative thinking - e.g. set up all your people as individual work centres and assign to activites - the work centre description can be the name of the person and the workcentre number can be the employee number - restrcitcions is the field length, etc - however the down side of all this is that standard reports with personnel number number will not suffice and you will have to do some work for your reporting - not major as the data is stored in SAP tables

We are using a two tier architecture.
Our Corp server calls the refinery server.
Our CORP MII server uses user id abc_user to connect to the refinery data server.
The user id abc_user has the SAP_xMII_Dynamic_Query role.
The data server also has the checkbox for allow dynamic query enabled.
But we are still getting the following error
Error has occurred while processing data stream
Dynamic Query role is not assigned to the Data Server; Use query template
Once we add the SAP_xMII_Dynamic_Query role to the data server everything works fine. Is this feature by design ?

I thought that just adding the role to the user and enabling the dynamic query checkbox on the data server should work.

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but if you create a new iCloud account with a different ID your existing ID isn't effected by this. It will continue to work as it does now, you will just have an additional Apple ID. If you have an earthlink email address you can continue to use it as a separate account, and it can continue to be your default account if you set it to be (in Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account). If I'm misunderstanding your question, please explain further.

Why do my contact photos keep getting assigned to the wrong person/number?

This has happened to me twice recently: my phone rings and the wrong contact photo appears with the wrong phone number. All my contact photos are assigned to the wrong person/phone number. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks!

Can I get this straight in my mind? Does this mean that I will have to put ALL the photos stored on my Laptop into ONE large folder, then divide it up into sub-folders? Then I can copy each sub-folder?
Sorry to sound stupid, but most things I try on my ipod don't seem to work for me. I think I am getting a bit old for all this.....lol.
.......Actually thinking back, a while back I did click on my main folder called "Nikon" and that did copy everything in it, but just in one whole lot, ie 1,000 photos.........................so nothing was sub-divided into folders, ie. holiday 2010, holiday 2011. Is that another problem I have created for myself?

You can supress the field Business area field in Field status Groups.
For this follow the following steps
Please check TCode OBC4 for field status variants
> Goto G001 (General) Field status group
>Additional Account Assignment
> Click supress in front of business area.
In that case, F-02 will not even ask for business area.
Also check whether Business area FS is ticked in front of your company code in TCode OB65

I create a brand new plan based on a template.
A task in that plan has a team resource assigned. the task is fixed work. The PM may change the work and duration but not the team resource.
The plan is published.
I delegate my self as a team resource: and try add myself to team task in the timesheet area (using insert row). I can choose some tasks and the add. Most tasks throw this error. This happens if nothing on the plan is changed - it is brand new - minutes

Assignment of the asset during the equipment creation

I am currently working on the PM-AA interface which consists in linking the asset field (ITOB-ANLNR) of an equipment with the asset number given in the purchase order. The goods receipt (MIGO) creates automatically an equipment (thanks to the serial number profile of the materiel).
As the purchase order contains the asset, I expected that the system would put this value in the corresponding field of the equipment.
In the customizing, we have made the following changes :
- equipment is modified synchronously with tha asset modification
- the assignment of master data fields of assets and equipment includes the asset fields itself
- the serial number profile is assigned to the material and allow the creation of the equipment during the goods receipt.
Has someone already experienced this case? What do I have to do to have the asset number saved in the equipment during its creation?

I've already checked these customizing aspects but tjey are not saisfying enough : my customer wants the equipment to be created at the goods receipts in order to save the serial number registered during the reception.
Furthermore, I'm not sure of the process if I create the equipment formerly : will it take into account the material and serial number that are given during the reception of the goods? And how does the system react with more than one equipment?

XML Fetch Error. The XML file assigned in the configuration.xml is either wrong or corrupted.

2.Youtube gives, after pressing start button, message"An error occurred. Please try again later.
Opening same youtube page with IE, there is no problems.
3.Scrolling on Mozilla firefox pages works only with sidebar not with mouse wheel.
Other user accounts on this computer doesn't have these problems.
