IP Profile set to 2mbps

Hi, I've been trying to get this issue resolved and from what I've read this is a good place to try
My BT broadband was installed about 20 days ago and the first few days went swimingly
Speeds were around 6.5mbps
Downloads were great, streaming video was great. But then... speeds dropped, streaming video connection was stopping and 'buffering' every few minutes.
Unfortunately, when checking speed after the 10day stabilisation period, it appears that the IP profile is 2mbps on a line capable of nearly the full 8mbps (as it has been over the years, and even up until a about 10 days ago)
I've tried the standard BT route to sort this out, but don't appear to be getting anywhere (no need to bore with the details) and I don't think an engineers visit is warranted!
Please... any help?

Help ! ADSL IP Profile Stuck at 2Mbps

Hi,
My BT broadband speed has been stable at around 7Mbps installation in October 2013. About three weeks ago my download speed dropped to about 1.92Mbps - I have been through all the appropriate tests using the master socket with numerous devices - all show the same download speed.
It appears that my IP ADSL profile is stuck at 2Mbps ! Please can the mods assist ?
I logged a fault with the offshore guys a week ago but they do not seem to understand the issue - simply repeating the fact the DSL conection rate is 8.13Mbps. This does not help if IP profile is set to 2Mbps.
The link has been stable for 7 days (after they requested a Home Hub reboot).

Creation of a Marketing Profile Set based on the standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset thru the WebUI Segment Builder

Objective: Creation of a Marketing Profile Set based on the standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset thru the WebUI Segment Builder.
Problems: Standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset DOES NEVER RETURN ANY RESULTS on the segmentation builder of the WebUI client (no matter the filter you specify).
Other cases: However if we create a new Data source with data "Extraction from Query" (transaction RS02) based on this standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset and we test the functionality using transaction RSA3, IT DOES RETURN RESULTS (using the same filters as in the segmentation builder)! Of course the segmentation builder works with other attribute lists.
NEW: IF WE DON’T ESPECIFY ANY SEGMENTATION BASE IN THE PROFILE GROUP, IT DOES RETURN RESULTS!!! (GO TO THE END OF THE DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS)
Steps followed:
Review Standard Infoset CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE (Transaction SQ02).Review Data Reading Program code: do we have to change the standard code? We have only remove the "BREAK-POINT" statement.
Creation of a Data source based on the standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset (Transaction CRMD_MKTDS).
Creation of an Attribute List based on that standard Data source and selection the Birth date as a filter in the Attribute list (Transaction CRMD_MKTDS).
On the segment builder of the WebUI set any filter (Example: “TODAY”).

Count target group. Here I would like to stand out that once you click on the “Count” option, immediately it shows 0 results. In other words, it doesn’t process any information. With other attribute lists it takes some time to process, no matter the filter or the attribute list you use. However if we create a new Data source with data "Extraction from Query" (transaction RS02) based on this standard CRM_MKTTG_BP_BIRTHDATE Infoset and we test the functionality using transaction RSA3, IT DOES RETURN RESULTS (with “today” filter and other)! So it seems that the problem has to do with the segment builder, not the Infoset.
Result: it never return any results no matter the filter you specify.
Other cases:

It seems that the standard Infoset doesn’t work by itself with Segmentation Basis. Two SAP notes have been applied and a new Field Group has been added to the Infoset (in order to distint the Segmentation Base).
CRMT_MKTTG_IS_BIRTHDATE-MGRGUID
1966298: MGR_GUID is not populated correctly to infoset read program
2007687:Segmentation InfoSet queries saved with incorrect Master Group
For that reason we had to create a new Infoset based on the standard CRMT_MKTTG_IS_BIRTHDATE, but adding this new Field MGRGUID to the Group Fields.

How to create a profile set for a campaign.

HI Friends,
I am working on CRM 7.0.
My requirement is to create a Batch program for campaign creation and automation.
i have used the class 'cl_crm_mktpl_appl_base' to copy the existing campaign .
It copied the entire target groups,campaign elements, profile sets.
My requirement is for the created campaign id, i need to create a profile set in that i need to create target goups.
Fm : BAPI_PROFILESET_CREATE is not helpful for me in my case.bacause it is asking parent guid ..etc...
I have ony one guid ,ie. campaign guid . if i give this in parent guid it is thriwing error.
can any suggest how to create a custom profile set.
If any one worked on this batch program please reply to this thread.

Creation of Profile under profile set

Hi Everyone,
My issue is around creation Profile in the programming way using the BAPI or Function modules.
I have created Profile set using BAPI BAPI_PROFILESET_CREATE and target group with BAPI BAPI_TARGETGROUP_CREATE,
but unable to find the correct BAPI to create Profile and link it under the profile set.
I have to look into some forums and found few Function modules below which I have worked.
The Function modules that got triggered is CRM_MKTTG_PF_MAINTAIN, when i try this i am not getting any errors but it is not getting saved in database, i used bapi commit. but in actual creation from GUI sceanrio they are using some other function module CRM_MKTTG_PF_G_SAVE_OB.
Please suggest how to save to database after maintaining profile through CRM_MKTTG_PF_MAINTAIN.
Other scenario when i try using the FM CRM_MKTPF_CHECK_AND_CREATE, when i debug through i get following after coming out of the FM before saving.. We get the error saying Profile set ID does not exist, but actually it exists..
Can anyone let me know the correct data to be passed to the FM to create a Profile...

Unable to see Target Groups, Profile Sets, Attributes, Attributes in Web UI

Hi Experts
We upgraded from CRM 5.0 TO New CRM 7.0
In segmentation,under normal segmentation on WEB UI could not see the Attribute lists,profile sets,Segments etc on the Graphical Modeler(Segmentation Builder)
We can see the same in backend GUI under Segmentation Builder (CRMD_MKTSEG)
Do we need to do any settings or configuration to view the same

I am tempted to say java client issue. I say this because SAP support had the same issue with our system to resolve another issue and I believe they had to check local java settings. Also check what version of IE you are running.
Perhaps open a message to SAP to obtain java settings required to run segment builder applet as well as browser settings.

As I travel around the world I want to install a VPN ( my companies uses a VPN but it is only for work) so I can visit blocked sites. When I install the VPN it want to change the profile. Can I have more than one profile on the iPad or will the VPN overwrite the Lotus Notes profile?

sorry. lemme tell you what z happening.
Everything is ok till maintaing data source for segment builder.attribute list is created with attribute set. i can see assigned attributes & these are filtered as well.basically in this section I can see my attribute set & expand these to see filtered attributes.no problem so far.
now coming to segment builder craete profile set, then camapign execution then camapign, new profile set is given a name.If i go left to attribute set & scroll to my attribute list I cannot see anything below attributes in component area. it seems nothing is being selected. i tried to save & see. no results.Obviously no drag/drop in staging area.
I know this is a very basic problem but i have nobody around me who i can sit with & sort out. I am just referring different materials & practising on my system.
If you can reply on anilbatra1athotmail.co.uk as i think i shouldn't waste everybody's precious time on such a basic operational issue.

IMAP account access by itself does not provide for syncing contacts, calendar events, and notes or anything over the air. This is possible with an Exchange account accessed via ActiveSync with the Exchange Server.
If your company email account is an Exchange Account, your company's IT Dept. has enabled IMAP account access for your Exchange account on the Exchange server?
If an Exchange account, the IT Dept. must have ActiveSync enabled for your account on the Exchange Server to create and access the account as an Exchange account which provides Push access for received messages, and over the air syncing for contacts and calendar events with the Exchange Server.

For example we may not want employees in Europe to access target grp pr master grp of Customers in US.
How to do that?

Main@main aka MP@ML (main profile @ main level) is the conformance point for most
cable and satellite TV systems.
The station should be able to supply you with specific specs but more than likely they are conforming to what DG deliverable specs also are for MPG-2. One of the big things is in the Xtras tab of the setting.
You must have the YUV 4:2:2 box checked. The caveat being you will not be able to check the files playback on your system. To my knowledge QT/Mac has yet to come up with a way to playback these files(you can play them but there will be no picture).

Can you install apps with profile set to disallow installation of apps

If I have a config profile set to not allow installation of apps on the iPad, is there any other way to install apps? Here's the reason I'm asking. I have about 25 users spread geographically throughout the southern United States whose profile has been set to not allow installation of apps (presumably via the App Store as that icoe is removed). But, i want to purchase an app for them to use via the Volume Purchasing Program or even a free app (Dropbox). How do I allow them to install these apps without the App Store on the device?

Get an MDM. Have the MDM send the app to the devices. They will be asked for a password to install.
Or.
Get an MDM. Set the profile to allow app install. Send the app via an MDM. Set the profile not to allow app install.
