Yo sugeriría que hacer una restauración duro de su iPhone haciendo clic en el iPhone en iTunes y haga clic en el botón "Restaurar" en iTunes, ya que estorestaurar el software y, probablemente, solucionar este problema técnico.

After some times the ‘Apple’ icon comes in. Tried simultaneous operation of Sleep and Power buttons, but of no use.
Sometimes a picture of cable and ITunes comes in; but not able to connect to
P C as there is no battery charge.

How are you trying to copy them over ? You should be able to copy them over to the TV Shows section of your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases

Take it back to the store from which you purchased it and ask. If you bought a new iPad it should not have Demo on the box.

This is a user to user forum. Apple employees do not actively particpate here.
If the iPad was purchased from an Apple Store, it has a 14 day no questions asked return policy. You can return it in that time period and get a full refund you can use towards the 64GB version.
If its past the 14 day limit then your best bet is to sell it and use the money to buy the larger one.
If it was purchased from another store you would have to ask the store about their return policies.

You should really read the manual.
"How do you restore from backup? "
Restore. When given the choice, choose to use backup.
"And how can I check to see if the pics and videos are on my computer somewhere first??"
They would only be where you put them. What program did you use to import them? Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer.

I just wanna buy a new iOS device and I'm confused between the iPod touch 5th generation, iPhone 4s 8GB, iPad 4th generation 16GB and iPad mini with the retina display 16GB model. Please help me figure out.

I have an iPhone 4s 16GB Model and I've been using it for about more than an year now. The reason I wanna get a new iOS device is because my 4s has got lots of scratches now and it's ambient light sensor seems not to work properly. Apparently, another reason is that the iLife and iWork suit are not free for me as my device is older and new devices get those softwares for free.
I thought to go with a new iPhone 4s again but the problem is that new 4s come with only 8GB of storage and they don't support AirDrop. So next, I thought to go with an iPod touch 5th gen because of its jaw-dropping design, bigger screen, more storage and AirDrop support. Because iPod touch is phone-less iPhone and they come at affordable price, I can also buy any cheap cell phone like moto e to replace my current iPhone 4S.
Another options that I thought a little bit on, is iPad 4th Gen and iPad mini with Retina display 16GB.
Now, should I just stick with my current 16GB iPhone 4s, or get a new one.
Or should I buy an iPod touch 5th gen and moto e (since iPod can't make phone calls)
Or should I go with one of the two iPad models that I aforementioned.

They're a lot more expensive, but Griffin has some of their 'survivor' cases with sealed ports, so you could cover up the ones you don't need.
If best buy isn't an option for you, at least there's a manufacturer to look for.

Depends on your preferences as far as storage space. Video and photo files can certainly take up more space then most apps but you can always sync the content that's most important to you then re sync other content at a later date.
Everything is stored in iTunes. You can check storage space with the iPad connected to your computer from any tab in the menu starting with Summary.

Itunes to ipad mp4 tv files incorrectly grouped under series

Files on the ipad used to be sorted by Programme, then series, then episode.All individual programmes used to show the artwork for each show, then series artwork, then episode.
Since Itunes and Ipad upgrade now files are sorted on ipad as Series 1, then programme, then episode. Now you see only one Artwork per series at highest level then drop down and see more artwork for each show.

figured it out, Itunes and Ipad now using director as primary sorting with Show name.

I am considering getting the mini ipad 2 16gb or 32gb. I read a lot and watch films and also play games as well as update various apps. Is 32gb enough.

Some of the 16 or 32 gig is taken up by iOS and the built-in apps (and how a gig is calculated), so you will have less than that for your own content - it's something like 13 gig for the 16 gig model, my 32 gig mini 2 shows 26.6 available to me.
If you want to store a number of films on it then 32 gig will be the minimum that you should get, HD films can be over 5.5 gig each. Some game apps can also be quite large (e.g. Grand Theft Auto 3 is listed in the store as 483 meg). Most ebooks tend to be fairly small (generally around the 2 meg mark), though some books (e.g. textbooks and those with audio or video) can be over 1 gig.

IPad air says 16GB but mine says 12GB capacity

The difference is caused by two things. One we count decimal and computers count binary. The other is the operating system has to be stored some place.

There's no option for this sound toggle in the US under "Sounds" on either the iPad or the iPhone. To disable the shutter sound, you need to mute the device. If yours does not mute even with the mute toggle, it's likely permanently enabled in your particular locale as King_Penguin mentioned.
