Ipad 2 buzzing/vibrating during charging

Have just received my Ipad 2 16G wifi through Apple Store,
Found that there is some abnormality during charging: i can actually feeling the vibration/buzzing when touch with finger.
Anyone have any idea what is the problem. As the customer service is closed during weekend, will only be able to call them tomorrow.

My IPad tries to boot automatically during charging. The booting progress ends at the 'Apple' page by switching the pad off due to a low power status. After a few seconds the progress starts from the beginning. The Pad is charged by the power adapter and i already tried a recovery with itunes

It sounds like you unable to boot your iPad successfully as it keeps turning off with the battery life screen. I recommend the troubleshooting in the article named:

My iPad Mini makes a buzzing sound when charging. What should I do?

that is not normal. If you are a very aggresive listener - and hear things that other prople don't - ignore the buzz. If it is noticable to others as well, take it in for a diagnosis.

Hi, I recently noticed that my new iPad fourth generation won't charge while I'm using it. The lightning cord is plugged in and connected but the iPad keeps loosing battery while I use it when it signals 20% left! Why does it do this? Is Apple going to fix this? I love using iPad and I hate devices that need to be left alone for a while until fully charged... Anyways, is it normal? Does anyone else's iPads do this? Please tell me!!

I am having trouble getting past the low battery icon on my ipad (1st one).It starts charging displaying the low battery icon and then switches off completely until I press the home button it shows the same icon again and then i go through the same cycle over and over again.

Your battery has probably failed and needs replacement (see link below).

Error in my I pad during charging

Dear Apple support team,
Kindly need your assist to check the error in my I pad during charging,
The attached shown the power volume is 17% and the charging is complete( with Arabic languages),
What's make the I pad can't starting up.

Most of the people on here are fellow users, not Apple.
I can't see your screenshot, but have you tried a soft-reset to see if it charges and/or the indicator updates after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

MY IPAD WENT IS SLEEP DURING APP DOWNLOAD, THEN TURN ITSELF OFF WHY?

They all do. It saves battery power. Always attach to the charger when downloading. The downloads don't stop, however.

It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer.
