Ipad 2 doesn't save apple id and password

Hi all,
I bought my parents an ipad2 so that I can use facetime with them. they are computer illiterate, but they do know how to turn the computer on! It is becoming very frustrating that their ipad does not automatically hold their ID and password. When trying to get onto facetime, the ipad always asks them which id and email address do they want to use.
Initially trying to set up their account I ended up using 2 email addresses. how do I remove one of those addresses from ipad?
Help please because I can see their ipad will be damaged soon due to complete frustration.

If your company purchased it directly from Apple and if your order shows the serial number, Apple may be able to unlock it for you. I work for a school district and I know that Apple will do this for us if we have proof of purchase.

You have to all be signed into the same Apple ID and on the same WiFi network, but yes you can do it. You have to sign into her Apple ID on your iPad in the store settings.

I recently bought a used iPad 2 32GB from somebody online. When I went to reset it, it asked for an Apple ID and Password. I contacted the seller and could never get ahold of them to get that information. Is there a way to reset the iPad without having the Apple ID and Password?

If iPad is using IOS 7, you need the Apple ID and Password of previous owner to activate iPad.
There is no workaround.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

Ipad continues to use my old Apple ID and password. I can't remember the password. I have created a new Apple ID but icloud is still locked up with the old one. Help.

Last week I changed my Apple ID. I was having some problems with getting "incorrect ID or password" message. sometimes it would accept my info and sometimes it wouldn't. I have tried using the secret questions and I get them all correct except my birthday doesn't jive with what they say. I really need some ideas. I got the "wrong answer", so the next time I asked for an email authentication. I am still waiting. I don't know what the usual time for waiting normally is. I am still waiting for an email reply from three days ago. I'm not going to hold my breath. My ipad is out of warranty but I may have to beg for help from support? I'll wait awhile longer. Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).

Solved the problem. I had to allow cookies for safari and it run - as here: Re: itunes keeps asking for my apple id password. it's NOT entered incorrectly.

You can try to figure out which Apple ID/email address and/or password you used to activate it by going to http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't, you'll need to contact Apple Account Security with your proof of purchase.

icloud just keeps bringing up my old email address & asking for my old password which doesn't exist anymore and when I try to sign out of icloud it wants my old password, when I tried to change my primary email back to the old one it wants me to verify it through an email address that doesn't exist. Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

I created a new one but let say i go to apps store and install app, it will show dialog box with the 1st apple ID.

If these are both yours on the same account then give them different names so iTunes can tell them apart.
If the sync was an accident then do a "wipe" of the other iPad and set it up as new under a different ID and make sure iTunes knows it's a different accout, that is set it up as one, before you begin the sync.
