Ipad 2 downloads apps again after synchronising

hey.
i have a problem with my ipad 2.
it has the latest iOs operating system and everythign..
anyway...
the problem started recently after i used my ipad for 2-3 months already.. whenever i download apps via itunes on my pc, i synchronise my ipad after that.
then i unplug the ipad when i am done and i want to play the games or whatever..
but it always happens, that the ipad suddenly downloads the apps again. that means i see the app icon on
the screen of the ipad, but it just starts downloading again like i just bought it via the ipad directly in the itunes store.
sometimes it does not happen immediately... it happens after i turned off the ipad and turned it on again another day...
i made a reset already and loaded the backup later, but the issue still appears.
this problem just appears once after each download... so after the app is downloaded again its fine, but still its annoying.
any idea?

sorry i did not mean "reset" i meant "restored".. my bad... so i basically deinstalled the whole ipad thing and then installed the back up i did before.

Thanks Diavonex, but that's what I tried to discribe that I'd already done. I didn't realise it was called the "task bar".
I've done both the things you suggested again, but Mail is still locked into this "white" screen when it is relaunched, and after 10 seconds it crashes back to the app menu page. I seems to be running in the background as it knows new emails are waiting to be read, but you can't get into Mail any more to view anything.
Not sure whether to delete all Mail accounts in Settings and start again, but that seems extreme.
Any other suggestions ?

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

How do I download MUSE again after having accidentally deleted it

I am in a dilemma. After having accidentally deleted MUSE from my computer (!!), I am now unable to download it again from CC. It says it is already updated, but that is no comfort in this situation. I need to download it. Is there any help to get?

Sorry, but I use the Mac.
The problem was solved. Adobe has a small piece of software. It deletes all rests of software pieces on the computer. Muse was gone, but evidentally not small files belonging to Muse. The program erased everything, and now CC thought (rightly so) thought I had not installe Muse and allowed me to do so!

Hi HSPANHS,
Look into your controlpanel and see if muse is still there. If so, delete it.
Then you will be able to download it again.

Set iPad to download apps / updates at certain times?

Is there a way to set up the iPad to download apps or updates only at certain times? I have a household with 4 iPads and a limited satellite data plan. Our plan allows for free downloads that don't count against our data limit from 2AM to 6AM, but I can't figure out a way to get the iPad to take advantage of this. Any suggestions??

You can't figure out a way to do it because there is no way to do it. Under no circumstances can the iPad be programmed to start downloading apps or installing updates. That type of feature does not exist in iOS. Set your alarm for that time, wake up and start downloading.

There are a couple of things you can try to resolve this issue.
The first would be to restart and/or reset the iPhone.

Next, perform a Spotlight Search for one or more of your apps to see if they may be been moved to one of the other 5 home screens.

Cloud shows in itunes when downloading app again

Hello, i have an app that wont start. I deleted it off my phone, and tried to remove it in itunes also, but when i go to download the app again, it shows a cloud for the link to download, instead of the usual "install". So im assuming i keep downloading the one on the cloud and not a brand new fresh copy of the app, because after multiple deletes of the app, it still doesnt work. Any help is greatly appreciated. iCloud doesn't back up your apps. That cloud symbol simply shows that it is available for re-download from the App Store. It's always a fresh copy of the app directly from the App Store when you install it that way. The only time you get an 'old' version of the app is when you're syncing from your iTunes library on your computer.

Itunes and ipad 2 downloading apps very slowly

i've been trying to update and download apps on itunes. But lately the download speed is very slow. A mere 8mb app can take 30mins to dl finish. It used to be faster before. I am using itunes 10.5 and windows 7 OS.

There may be something happening with your wireless connection, as connection speeds can vary depending on the device being used as well as the time of day and any interference in your area.
I would first recommend power cycling your router by removing the power cord from the router for 30 seconds, reconnect it, and then wait another 30 seconds for it to re-establish the connection.
I also recommend restarting your iPad to help clear its memory in case there is some sort of runaway process of some sort running in the background using resources. To do this, press and hold the sleep/wake button on your iPad for a few seconds, and then slide the red "slide to turn off" slider to the right. Then, press the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo appear.

Seems like a frustrating problem! Try restarting your device, and trying again. If that doesn't work, in settings, under store, tap your apple id at the bottom of the page, and then sign out. Sign back in again, and try again.
Also, check you have enough remaining space on your iPad for the app you want to download, you can do this in settings, then general, then usage.
I also reccomend buying the app in iTunes on your computer, and then syncing it to your device.

Ipad not downloading apps from the app store.

My Ipad has suddenly stopped allowing me to download apps. it was working fine this morning, and then this afternoon, i tried to purchase an app, and tried to download a feree app. both times, it appears to start the download and then in less than a second it times out. the icon for the new app only appears for a brief second, and then just dissappears.

Whew... Glad I stumbled into the Community and gave up on the troubleshooter after *only* an hour of searching for a solution for this problem!

I have a very simple web page that uploads pictures (.jpg or .gif) and when I updated my iPAD to IOS8 this morning the web page times out for any upload.
My web Page uses a very old HTML form like this :

iPAD IOS8 Browser has a very serious bug that needs fixed.
The only way I found to put in a ticket on this is through apple.com/feedback, which I did.

Could you please advise how do I transfer my iPad2 with many downloaded apps to my son, i.e. re-register the iPad2 with my son's own Apple Id so that he could sync his iPhone stuff with iPad2? I don't need the iPad2 anymore but would like him to be able to keep using the downloaded apps in the iPad2.

IPad (re)downloading app via wi-fi after iTunes previously added app via sync with PC

I download most apps via iTunes on my PC (XPsp3) and sync with my iPad2 (iOS 5.1.1) to install the app. When I subsequently connect my iPad to wi-fi, it proceeds to re-download the same apps, even though they have just been installed on the device. Why? (How) can I stop this behaviour?

Just figured it out after talking to Apple directly. They have to be on the same router network and it works just fine. Even picked up thed other laptop's library as well..
