I have done a hard reset. Still doesnt solve it.
The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

Why have I lost network connection on iPad in certain areas ?
I recently lost connection to my network in a certain area of my home, where I had connection before on my iPad2. The only change has been that my wife recently got the newest version of iPad4.
The ipad 2 uses only 2.4ghz .. the later ones can use either 2.4 or 5ghz.
If you leave the ipad 4 off does that make any difference to the dark areas?
Did the iOS upgrade result in any changes.. ? although you say nothing changed I think you will find there are wireless issues on the latest OS. But I am not an ipader.. so you will need to look it up.
What I would do.
Reset the TC to factory and start again.
Use SMB names, for TC, wireless and hard disk. (to be thorough). ie short, no spaces, pure alphanumeric.
Give a different name to the 5ghz wireless.
Use the radio channels control to fix 2.4ghz and test channels 1, 6, 11 and stick with the best one.
5ghz you can leave auto.
Use WPA2 Personal security as the only security which is designed for N wireless. -

Follow the appropriate steps for the symptom you're experiencing.
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close
If the device is unresponsive or certain controls aren't working as expected, try restarting
To turn off the device, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
Slide your finger across the slider to turn off the device.
To turn on the device, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), try resetting Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds.
If there is no video, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the 10W USB Power Adapter.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Home button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, let the device to continue to charge until it turns on.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode.

If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.
searching the internet i found a link to upgrtade to 10.7
The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.

It sounds like you want to use your iMac to restore your iPad, but the iPad is unresponsive.
If you have restarted the iPad but the behavior continues, try to reset it next:

IPhone 5 incoming calls go straight to voicemail in certain areas
I know that this issue has been reported by many users in this and other forums, but I thought I would share my story too.
I have a iphone 5 that is exhibiting the following issues:
- When I am downtown Boston and certain areas in MA, incoming calls go straight to voicemail. The phone does not ring and the only way to tell if people called me is if they leave a voicemail
- When I make calls, my phone numbers shows as blocked at the receiving end. So if people block anonymous calls then I won't be able to call them
I opened a ticket with VZW and this is what has been done so far to no avail:
- Got a replacement phone
- Changed the SIM card
- Verizon Re-provisionned the phone number
- Disabled LTE
- Reset Network Settings
- Power cycle the phone (many many times)
Verizon said my issue is due to network extenders in the area. Well, if this is true then thousands of VZW customers would have this issue as network extenders are all over the place in Boston. So far VZW does not have a solution to my problem.
My next step is to reactivate my old iPhone 4S to see if it is a iPhone5 issue or something else. will keep you posted.If they say they did, ask them to re-provision the account. Sometimes errors occur and the account is not provisioned correctly, even though features are included in your plan according to the billing system.

How do I Change my Apple ID on my iPad using IOS7. The area is grayed out and won't allow it to be changed. I changed my Apple ID when my email change but when i upgraded ti IOS7 it reverted to the old ID and now won't me change it.
Settings>Store. Tap on your Apple ID, sign out and then resign in with the correct Apple ID.

I downloaded a movie from itunes on my ipad. In the downloaded area where the movie should be, I only get a link to "iItunes Terms and Conditions", no movie. There is nowhere to accept the terms and condotions.

My iPad, Macbook and Apple TV are all set up with the same iCloud email address. I bought the iPhone 6 and accidentally set the iCloud up with a different email. My phone will not let me change the email address to be the same as my other devices, it tells me that email is already being used. My iTunes library will not completely sync to neither my iPad nor my iPhone -- both are completely updated with the latest software. What do I have to do?? When I try to do the "autofill" option when connected to iTunes it says "no songs can be copied"...I literally bought some of these songs yesterday on my iPhone and now I can't sync them to my iPad. What is this issue? Usually I would just have to plug either device into iTunes and everything would sync, now nothing new syncs.
On your iPad tap Settings > Store
Switch Books off then back on then reset your iPad.

I am unable to sync notes between iPhone 4S and iPad 2. Both devices are running iOS 5.0.1. Any solution?
So, my DNS is comming from my ISP. It's the same list of IP addresses for all our other devices that are working: 2 PC's 2 Laptops, a PS3 and a WII, an iPhone 3gs running IOS 5.0 and an iPhone 4 running IOS 5.0.
The ONLY two devices that are having issues are my iPhone 3gs running IOS 5.0.1 and my iPad 2 running IOS 5.0.1.

I am trying to locate my old documents from my generation 1 ipad. I downloaded Pages to my ipad Air but my documents are gone. I did back up my old ipad to my computer but I didn't restore my back up to the new ipad. I wanted to start fresh. How do I go about getting just my Pages documents from that backup and by the way, how do I access that back up?
You will need to restore the backup - just downloading the app from the store won't give you its contents from a preivous device, you will need to restore the whole backup onto your new iPad (which will replace its current contents) to get the app's content.
