Ipad 2 won't synch video with itunes

Greetings. I have an ipad 2, ipdated to OS6 recently. I manually synch video content from itunes on a Mac Mini on OSX, Itunes 10.
I noticed 2 problems today, most troubling is that my video content was gone. I connected the Ipad to itunes via USB and tried to synch video content two ways: first by making playlists, then choosing specific videos to transfer to the Ipad. In both cases, no video content was transferred. At first, when I changed the method of synch, the "capacity" bar at the bottom of the screen shows the video content. The status shows that synch is in going on, and then suddenly it stops and no videos are transferred at all.
I wanted to see if anyone has encountered this problem an found a solution before I restored to factory settings - it seems as if this a glitch with the new OS and maybe someone has a work around.

You apps are crashing. Try these simple troubleshooting steps.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit all apps and restart. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
You can also try this for the issue with Safari.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Cache or Data . Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

You can never totally remove anything that you have purchased from iTunes, the App Store, or iBooks. Your purchases will always be tied to your Apple ID. You can hide those songs by going to Settings>iTunes and App Store>Show all>Music>Off. You can do the same for videos.
But bear in mind, all that you are doing is hiding the purchases and they will not be downloaded to your device unless you go back to that settings, show the songs again and then tap the cloud to download them to the iPad.

After installing the latest version of iTunes and putting an hour's worth of video into it, I plugged my new iPod in. Unlike the QT Player or the iTunes integrated player, the iPod player does not support .mpg (MPEG1) movies. You need to convert your files to either MPEG4/AAC (LC) or H.264/AAC (LC) formats. Since QT Pro does not convert "muxed" file formats (MPEG1, MPEG2, VOB, some AVI, AVI MJPEG, etc.) you must use an MPEG based third party application like the Videora iPod Converter (free) or similar Windows application.

The Sync starts and finsihes but no changes are made to the content on the iphone. No files transfer. Tried both wifi and cable sync.

I originally tried the Manually Manage Music and Videos and even though I selected what I wanted to copy and then clicked the Sync button.....nothing gets copied over. I then tried copying over my entire library (and I expected the phone to explode since my library is HUGE) and clicked the Sync button....nothing got copied over.
I have uninstalled iTunes, reinstalled iTunes (and lost half my library thank you Apple).
I have deleted my iPhone backup.
I have updated my iTunes (not that there were any new updates).

I can sync movies, pictures, apps - no problem whatsoever. But music? Forget it.
I hate the iPhone and I won't recommend it to ANYONE. All I wanted was an all-in-one device to make my life easier and this is NOT IT! This should not be this hard and as far as I'm concerned, Apple failed BIG TIME.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

What I was trying to do though was to mass delete the voice memos from the phone, and I was told that one can do that via iTunes. Problem is that when I do open iTunes, I am not able to locate a TAB thats says ON THIS IPHONE
I was told that one could click on this and then select multiple Voice Memos and delete this way.

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

If it's not too late, see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. As long as you have a backup of the device when the device still held your photos you should stand a chance of recovering them using a tool such as iPhone Backup Extractor.

I did this with about 100 songs, and the problem is everytime I connect my iphone with itunes, It will automatically sync back every single song I did delete on the phone by swiping.
I did search on google and found out that serveral people has this problem. The songs wont delete from itunes library.
So why do they even make this function if it only deletes the songs for a short time?

If you want to copy music off then File > Transfer Purchases will only copy iTunes purchased music off the iPad. To copy music bought from other sources and/or copied from CDs then you will need to use a third-party program to copy them off - see the page that I linked to for some examples.
