Ipad 3 bought in USA cannot use App Store

On setting up my ipad 3 I used my apple id from uk, now it won't let me download from App Store, it says I have to use uk store, how do I change this?.

Change to UK.
1. App Store>Featured>Apple ID (at bottom of page)
2. Tap on Apple ID>View Apple ID
4. Enter your password
5. Country/Region>Change Country or Region

You need to have a payment method on file. If the apps are free you will not be charged anything. Either enter your credit card information or purchase and enter an iTunes gift card.

Cannot use app store, instantly crashes

I am running iOS 6.1.4 on my iPad and I am unable to run the app store app as it instantly crashes.
I have done all the common things....closed all running apps, rebooted using power/home button until apple logo appears etc...
Any ideas?

You may have synced you iPhone while logged into a different iTunes account. Open iTunes on your computer, make sure you are logged into the account that is on the iPhone and sync the iPhone.

On your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...sign back in with the ID you want to use.

I attempted to get original settings through settings menu, but unfortunately while resuming when I typed a pass code the touch gesture , without control it typed unknown passcode and while confirming the passcode as well same thing happened.
Now my Iapd2 is disabled and itunes also not recognizing my ipad.

I do not know what exactly I have to do, because if informed a new payment method continues with the same problem, checked the card bill and really had given an error, because there was no billed the game. I ask you to verify what happened and explain to me what I need to do, because my single card is Visa's and do not intend to return others to use the services of the App Store.

I think you need the app store support. http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/ Go there and use one of the methods to contact them about your issue and they should be able to help you out.
This forum isn't checked by Apple employees but is for users to help each other out.

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

It will work in Canada, but if you purchase a WiFi+Cellular model I'm not sure that the warranty would be honored in Canada. If you live it Canada, it would be better to purchase your iPad there.

I cannot use apps on my ipod as when i turn on my ipod the wi-fi works but after a minute of 2 it stops working and then have to wait ages for it to work again. i have checked my internet but my laptop and playstation works work fine.
