IPad 3G Int'l Plan - Calculate Usage

I am traveling to Spain in a couple of weeks and am considering buying an international plan but cannot figure out which plan to buy. I looked at View Account but it doesn't tell me anything about my data usage because I suspect 99% of the time I am on Wi-Fi. While traveling, I suspect I will be using it for primarily for Google Maps and internet point of interest information and maybe the occasional news site. I have no idea where I can go to figure out how much I use now or how to calculate approximate usage based on what I commonly look at. Help!

IPad 3, Vzw data plan

Ordered a new IPad with the Vzw plan. Apple lists it as having the 1 gig for $20 option. Vzw no longer lists that plan as an offering. Will the Apple order be considered as a grandfathered in offer? Or will I have to exchange for one with the AT&T plan? This will be a travel plan only with minimal usage, so the Vzw upswell would kill the deal.

That is entirely up to Verizon.
The data plan for the iPad is on a month to month basis - no contract, which can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee followed by being re-activated at any time with no activation fee.

Depreciation planned calculater not as remaining life balance

Hi SAP Expert,
Currently, i have an issue on depreciation planned calculate divided by 12 month instead of 2 month remaining life balance.
Asset Parameters
Useful Life: 3 / 0
Expired Useful Life: 2 / 10
Remaining Life: 0 / 2
Net book value balance is 59,907 and scarp value is 1. So depreciation will divided by 59,906.
Now i see the depreciation posted/planned is every month 4,992.17 for 12 months.
As the asset just left two month life, isn't that depreciation posted/planned will be 29,953 for 2 months?
I am suspect configure on depreciation key.
Please advice where to configure calculate depreciation base on remaining life?

And you can of course use the iPad itself for any function that does not require an Internet connection. You can only use a cell network if Verizon has CDMA partners in Hungary, which I believe they do not have.

How to calculate usage value through measuring document.

While creating Sales Order with reference to a Contract i need to update the usgae value in the Order Quantity ( RV45A-KWMENG ) field (at line item level).
Can you help me calculate usage value through measuring documents for equipment over a period of time.
Is there any function module for the same?

To determine the usage value of a an equipment I had followed the following.
From table STPO, check if the material receipted belongs to a standard BOM (STLTY='S')
If yes, record the BOM (STLNR) and the BOM item node number (STLKN)
From PLMZ table, select the task list type (PLNTY), the key for task list group (PLNNR), the group counter (PLNAL), the task list node number for operation (PLNKN), if the record is not flagged for deletion (LOEZ)
From PLFH table, select the object type of the CIM resource (OBJTY), the object id of the resource (OBJID), the usage value (EWVGW) if the record is not flagged for deletion (LOEZ)
From CRVE_A table, select the equipment number (EQUNR)
The result of this selection will be all the tools which can be used for the production of the material receipted.
The measuring point for this or these equipment(s) will be selected from equipment number and EQUI table
The result of this selection will be all the measuring point to update.
Create new measurement document for the selected measurement point (transaction IK11)
Technically go as follows:-
MAT = material receipted
Select STLY, STLNR, STLKN from STPO table where IDNRK='MAT' and STLTY='S'
If results exist
Select STLTY, PLNNR, PLNAL, PLNKN from PLMZ where PLMZ.STLTY=STPO.STLTY and PLMZ.STLNR=STPO.STLNR and PLMZ.STLKN=STPO.STLKN

"Our browsing habits haven't changed" - with all due respect, unless you have kept a diary or other record of specific internet activity, you have no way of knowing that. And you make no mention of what was used prior to the iPads to do this, so it would be difficult to make any kind of comparison.
Not only the browsers, but any number of apps on the iPads also access the internet.
You might want to check location services, and potentially turn it off for any apps that really don't need it. Likewise check you mail set up and reduce reliance on Push (I have mine set to strictly manual, but more to reduce interruptions than reducing internet usage)

Is it possible to save videos to my iphone and watch them on my ipad (while on a plane - bluetooth?) without wifi?

I have a business trip to Sydney Australia coming up in a few months (from Vancouver). I'm still new to the whole Apple experience and wondered if there is any way to sync your iPhone and iPad without wifi, allowing me to save movies to my phone yet watch on my iPad, so as to ease the 15+ hour flight? I can only store so many movies on my iPad itself and dont think it will last for the whole flight.

On an airplane you must operate in AirPlane Mode...which means all radios turned off except WiFi on planes that provide WiFi service. AirPlane Mode turns off Bluetooth.

IPad Air Cellular Data Plan

Got IPad Air as a gift. Cellular data plan is set to AT&T. I don't want AT&T, how do I remove and change it?

Okay so I tried what Demo suggested and that didn't work so I gave up. Also, I don't want to turn off my bluetooth because I use a bluetooth keyboard all the time.
So I was really excited today when Apple released iOS 8.1.3 thinking that they would resolve this very annoying popup message that locks the whole iPad intil you click on "Later". Well to my complete disappointment the message popped up as soon as I tried to use the iPad after updating to the new iOS. It also popped up while I was typing this message.
C'mon Apple, what is up with this total c**p? Get rid of this message!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Key which specifically identifies the plant from which the planned independent requirements of the reference material comes from.
Use
You maintain planned independent requirements for the planning material entered here. If a sales order/customer requirement is posted for the material in question, the sales order quantity consumes the planned independent requirements of the planning material. The planning material is not actually produced itself. If is only used for planning non-variant parts and for consuming the planned independent requirements.
Note
In this planning strategy, the system uses the consumption mode maintained for the planning material to determine how many days into the future or the past consumption is to be carried out. The means that you must maintain the consumption mode for this strategy must be maintained in the material master record.
Example
The material master record 4711 contains the material 4712 as a planning material. The planning material contains the BOM with the non-variant parts. You create planned independent requirements for material 4712. When creating a sales order for material 4711, the system realizes that material 4712 is the planning material for material 4711. Then the sales order for material 4711 consumes the planned independent requirements of material 4712.
Dependencies
A valid material master record must exist for the planning material in the planning plant. The material master record of the planning material cannot contain a planning material as this procedure can only be carried out at single-level.
Further Planning Plant is used in case of following strategy groups for in house production:
60     Planning with planning material
61     Plng with plng material / project settl.
63     Planning w.plng material w/o mke-to-ord.
65     Planning variants with planning material

I have the original IPAD, otherwise known as planned obsolescence. I have been getting update notices for Numbers and Pages but no matter what I do cannot get the update.   Finally today it says my IPad is not compatible?

I have an original IPAD, which I am beginning to call "Planned Obselescence" I am constantly notified when opening Numbers and Pages that I have an update. However, when I try to update it wil not allow it. It tells me to go to ITunes, which I have done, and still it will not download it, saying that my IPAD is not compatible.   All of this if fine if Apple wishes to do things this way, but I just want to stop being notified every time to update it, if I am not going to be allowed to do so.

The updates for Numbers and Pages are perfectly compatible with the iPad 1. I'm not sure what you are doing; perhaps a better explanation of what you are seeing is needed.

How much data does a cellular iPad use ? The numbers in usage don't add up

WWhere has all the data space gone? I have 2 yr. old iPad running iOS 8. It has 16 GB storage and has cellular capability that I'm not using. Usage settings tell me I have about 1 GB of storage left. I have added up the usage numbers including 1.1 GB for iOS and come up with a total of 4.91. The numbers don't add up. Am I missing something that does not show up in the usage settings? Thanks

Thanks for your reply however my problem is after adding up all apps and iOS using data storage I come up with about 5GB storage used. The iPad says there is only 1 GB of storage left. That would be a total of 6 GB. What happened to the rest of the storage space on my 16 GB ipad ? Thanks

If I were to buy an ipad with retina display but did not purchase the ipad with the data plan with a carrier at the time would it be possible to add that feature later on or is it a certain ipad that goes only with that feature?

Data plans for the iPad in every country I know of are month-to-month or pay-as-you go. No contract is necessary or in general even offered; you sign up and discontinue as you please.
