IPad 4.3.2 - ReferenceError: Can't find variable: NETPAD

I believe it started after i updated to the latest version of iOS, when the little flower icon appeared at the unlock screen.
When clicking the icon, the screen goes black and I get ReferenceError: Can't find variable: NETPAD. By clicking ok it goes back to the locked screen.
Am I the only one?

Funny enough the error message came up before the icon showed, so I took a snap shot of it and this was showing up when I clicked the icon. Had no idea, and think the error message actually refers to an error from an app I downloaded some time ago.

I already have multiple devices and by far I like my iPad the most over laptops and the iPad. That including checking out my friends MacBook Air.
The difference for me is the touch interface on the screen itself for things that do not require a lot of typing. For me, the iPad is more "magical" than anything else I've used.
Again, I do appreciate your answers but you don't know my situation. Not everything is as it is perceived without knowing me and what I have to go through.

Are you looking in the Videos app? iMovie on the iPad? The Photos App? I don't use iMovie but those are the three places where you should look.

I am not on iCloud but used to be able to find although I never subscribed to any service just set "find me" feature on iPad.

Ipad Stolen: Momentarily turned on can I find location?

My ipad was stolen and I put it into lost mode. But it is wifi only so it the lost mode was pending until today at noon it was momentarily connected to wifi so the lost mode was initiated. Is there any way to see where it was when it was momentarily online?

Not if it doesn't show on the Find My iPhone map on icloud.com. It may not have been on long enough to get a fix on it's location. Unfortunately, the thief may have only turned it on long enough to force it into recovery mode to restore it as a new device (at which point it can never be tracked).

Did you buy the album from the App Store?

What iTunes are you using? If you connect your iPad to your computer and start iTunes on your computer you should e able to select your iPad in iTunes on your computer. Then select Sunmary in the right window and scroll down to find the option to restore.

IPad sound not working. Can't find any way to fix

The sound on my iPad has stopped working all of a sudden. I've tried restarting it, updating it, I've checked the mute/screen rotation settings and everything. Whenever I click the volume buttons on the side the normal "Sound Effects" icon with the bell shows up on the screen however it won't show the volume bar at all. Also when I go into 'Music' the volume bar can't even be touched, it's just grey as though it's inactive. I don't now how to fix this, it was working fine earlier :/

iPhone 4S: I have the same problem. After updating to iOS 7, wifi worked for some time, and then it stopped working. I can't even enable wifi. I just updated to iOS 7.0.2 and it didn't help at all.
