IPad 4G locked after IOS7 upgrade - Mega Bug?

I`ve just upgraded my IPad 4thGen. The whole process completed, then Ipad was rebooted and new welcome wizard was filled...
First steps playing with new look&feel, nice...
Switching between walls, fine...
Reviewing Ipad`s Setup, fine...
Then I decided to update some apps, so Clicked "Update all" and everything was fine until I get back to Home Screen, icons were shown not in order, a couple of them in different size, bigger than others, strange behaviour.
Locked my screen and the unlock again but "Slider buttom" or "Numerical Code Pad" is not shown. I just can see my wallpaper, the time and battery level.
I try to reset Ipad but pressing Lock buttom for a while doesn`t works.
Someone with similar issue?

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

PAD Mini Locked after iOS upgrade, tried reset on iPAD did not work, plugged in and device not appearing in iTUNEs for reset/restore. Just get an Apple Logo then a flashing blue screen as if it is caught booting up. This has happened twice before and iTunes restore fixed it. But this time device not appearing in iTunes.
Running iTunes for PC. But as stated restore has worked before! Any help greatly appreciated!!

Place the device in DFU mode and let iTunes restore the device to factory condition.

Try a Restart.

They ignored us then and when MobileMe became iCloud they ignored us again, and just carried on with a system that will not update the e-mail read status across all devices

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart your iPad.

Downgrading is not an option for an iOS device.

Ipad2 crashes multiple times a day after ios7 upgrade. This does not seem to be an app specific problem and has happened with Safari, other browsers, games, books, etc. The screen freezes and then the app closes to the reveal the desktop. I use the ipad exclusively in landscape. I have purged memory several times and tried re installation. I never had a problem with the device prior to the upgrade. Any suggestions or solutions? If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

I cannot find my other iDevices' battery percentages through using 'Find my iPhone' app in iPhone 5 after iOS7 upgrade.
Before iOS7, I used to check my devices battery percentages and charging status
on 'Find iPhone' app. It showed battery charging or not by lightening emoticon something
on up-right corner of their display.
It can check only iCloud desktop website now.
Green battery icon means 'charging now'
Black icon means not charging.

After ios7 upgrade, I cannot select different ringtone for different phone #

I had set up different ringtones for specific phone numbers but after ios7 upgrade, all the phone numbers ring with the default ringtone. The ringtones are still individually assigned correctly when I look in the addresses book. I have even tried changing an assigned ring tone to something else & heard the new ring tone when it was selected, but when the number was called, I just got the default ringtone.
Any ideas or solutions?

Thank you for providing so much detail about the issue you are experiencing with Messages after upgrading to iOS 7.
The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhone:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the Messages app, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:

IPad2 charging issues after iOS7 upgrade

I recently upgraded iOS7 in my iPad 2, after the upgrade I find that the charging time has increased greatly! Not sure if this was due to using the iPad while charging. Yesterday left iPad2 for charging all through the night and more (12-14 hrs) only to find this has charged only 3%. The charging issues seems to have degraded over time. I had atleast charged fully (100%) once after iOS7 upgrade-which also took a lot time than iOS6.
All the charging I did was over wall Unit, with original chargers. I see from forums that this seems to be experienced by few more users. Anyone found any solution to this problem?
I have tried resetting, switching off the iPad 2 while charging with no success. I'm now regretting having upgraded to iOS7- which I liked. This is not what I expected from Apple.

I also have a Mac Air 2012, tried charging from Mac Air and it's now charging! Mac Air is now charging from the same wall unit location which I used for iPad 2 - so nothing wrong with the wall unit.
I just wish i could charge as fast from wall unit as with iOS 6. Any further guidance is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry...my question was imprecise. When I said 'no longer works' I was referring to plugging the device into the USB and power jacks in the center console and then being able to play music through the radio and control the device from either the radio or the steering wheel buttons. The iPhone 4 I use for this purpose has no cellular service and has never been paired with the car. I have an iPhone 5 with cellular service that is paired with the car. I cannot test theiPhone 5 with the car because of the difference of connectors on the phone. :-( The iPhone 4, however, works fine in my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe.

Have you tried a battery pull? If the issue is still there, you can either take it to the store or downgrade your software to the previous version to troubleshoot.
