IPad Air open links in apps

How to make the iPad open a link (from a website, from an email, from another app, from anywhere) in the correct app?
i.e. open in Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram...

Well, the way that I read it, it does answer the question, the OP talks about this occurring in apps as well.
"Is there a way to make the iphone open links in their appropriate app instead of in the web browser. It drives me INSANE! I click on a groupon link in my email and I am sent to safari where I get a pop up that says "download the groupon app." Same thing happens for many apps I use everyday. The Iphone isn't smart enough to open the links in the appropriate app?"
The feature has to be built into the app itself. At least that is what I get out of it, if I read the entire discussion all the way through. But I could be misinterpreting what is being stated.
Sorry, I do no social networking at all, so I can't speak about that. Actually, I do use LinkedIn in a very limited fashion and when I accept an invitation from my email, It does tell me to get the app, but I can close that window and then LinkedIn opens in Safari and I don't need the app.
That probably doesn't answer your question, but I did want to give it a try.

iCloud space is for backup only.
You need more local storage; free up space on iPad:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad.

(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset

There are still different cellular systems. You should purchase an iPad with cellular for the carrier you plan on using. You can purchase with cellular, but not activate the option and use wifi alone.

The apps don't come preinstalled. If you don't get a notification to download the apps, go to the App Store and see if you can download them for free. You obviously have to be signed into your Apple ID in order to download the apps or in order to receive the notification.
If nothing is working for you, try signing out of your ID in Settings>iTunes and App Store. Restart the iPad, sign in again and then see if you get the free app notification.

Restore from iTune Backup
1. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
2. You'll be asked twice to confirm
3. You'll see Apple logo and progress bar
4. You'll see a big iPad logo on screen
5. Configuration start
6. Set language

8. Select Network and input Password>Join
9. Enable Location Service>Next
10. You'll be given 3 options (a) Setup as New iPad (b) Restore from iCloud Backup (c) Restore from iTune Backup
11. Select Restore from iTune Backup
12. You will see picture of USB cable pointing towards iPad
13. Connect iPad to iTune (make sure iTune is on standby)
14. Tap Continue (computer)
15. Restore iPad from Backup (computer)
16. See progress bar with estimated time (computer)
17. See Restore in Progress on iPad
18. See Apple logo
19. See Apple and Progress Bar
20. Slide to Unlock
21. Copying Apps back to iPad (computer)

HT2589 My new ipad air will not download apps or ask for my itunes account info when I do try to download or purchase an app.

Just added the new ipad air to my itunes account. When I go to purchase or download apps it will not ask for my itunes account info, a grey box appears on my main screen with "waiting" under it and in the "app store" it will show the app that i chose with a constant spinning circle. Any ideas?

The iCloud account has nothing to do with downloading apps over wireless, but if you do not have an iCloud account you can delete that account information if you want to do so. Do you have other use of WiFi with the iPad? It is connecting and working correctly for email and such?
You could try going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and then re-select the WiFi network and enter the password again...then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.
All of that may clear problems of a minor nature.

Syncing projects from my iPad Air to CC causes app to crash

I have a few projects on my iPad Air and would like to sync them to CC. However, when I select to sync, the app crashes and every time I reopen the app, it crashes after maybe 5 secs. The only resolution seems to be uninstall/reinstall which causes me to lose my projects. Not good.

Ipad air not enabling automatic app downloads

After setting up a brand new iPad Air I am not able to enable automatic app downloads for the App Store.
When I enable the setting it switches straight back off again.
I have tried signing out of my apple ID, restarting the device and signing in again but this makes no difference. i am still unable to switch on automatic App downloads.
Any ideas how this can be resolved?

I have since worked out that I could not enable this setting due to access to 'setup.icloud.com' being blocked through my proxy server. Once the iPad has access to icloud through the proxy server I could then enable this setting.
Hopefully this helps anyone who may be experiencing a similar issue.

I have an iPad Air with the Google Doc App loaded. In creating a Google Document why is it impossible to SINGLE space within a document???? What is the reasoning why the app does not allow for SINGLE spacing???

Thanks for your efforts but by threshold to wait and have Google Doc developers answer it is short...... I deleted that app and loaded Documents Free by Savy Soda. It works fine as a document writer allowing for single spacing and many more options......

IPad cannot open iTunes or App Store...

Here's the deal... My iPad 1 is approx. 6 months old. A couple days ago, I tried to open iTunes and App Store, but only get a grey screen w/ a loading icon and message... I have tried a couple fixes I've read on the forums... but I haven't had any luck getting the problems rectified... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Safari and my email was working fine... I unplugged the router and modem for 30 seconds or so, then plugged them in again...

I have a new ipad air, and the notes app does not work right. I write a note and it will keep it for several days, or weeks and then I go back to it later and it has disappeared. This has happened several times. Any ideas why?

Ok. I disabled hardware acceleration. The only extension is the McAfee Scriptscan for Firefox 15.1.0, which was already disabled. I then disabled all plugins (Acrobat, Google Update, Intel Identity Protection (2x), Java Deployment Toolkit, Java Platform, MS Office 2013, Quicktime, Shockwave, Silverlight), which were all up to date.
Normal or safe mode still has same result. No startup, no option button and no customize.
