IPad Air: Photo can't upload onto wallpaper

I haven't been able to change my wallpaper photo because I can't seem to be able to minimize the photo so it'll fit entirely. I tried using a resizing photo app but it just makes the photo really blurry and yet I still can't minimize the photo. I also tried going into my photo stream and having it set to wallpaper that way and still can't do it. Can someone please let me know if there is a setting somewhere that I need to change? This new ios7 is driving me insane haha please help. Thanks!!

You're repairing the permissions on the disk not iPhoto. There seems to be a problem between iPhoto and the other apps and this is what we're trying to fix, not the app itself.
Launch Disk Utility, located at /Applications/Utilities/.
Select the ‘First Aid’ tab.
In the left-hand pane, select a volume you wish to run Repair Permissions on. In your case this will be Macintosh HD.
Click the ‘Repair Disk Permissions’ button.

It's a trust issue. You can set them up so you don't receive each other's messages as long as you each have your own email address.
The trust issue is the fact that either of you can change the separation at any time via Settings by checking the appropriate (inappropriate?) email address.
To be absolutely sure you can never receive each other's messages will require two Apple IDs.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

the Calendar & Gmail works fine. but the contacts sync got some problems.
1. the modification on web with Mac safari, will be pushed to my ipad correctly, but the modification in my iPad contacts can't uploaded to online. it is so bad, how to solve it?
2. some person's contact item can't be shown in iPad contacts. like below

there will be no information can be seen on iPad contact, but 'mobile' item can be shown. Mr. A's 'iPhone' item created from my iPhone with iTunes to google contacts.

Keeoing your contacts backed up is definitely important. I apologize for the difficulties you've had. Have you tried this http://vz.to/1BktRr6 to back up the contacts? Are you able to view the contacts in the trash online on the Verizon Cloud?

You might look for generic cases. They're not as sturdy or durable as custom made ones - they tend to use elastic to hold in the iPad and keyboards - but that elastic does give them some flexibility.
Or see if Belkin has anything.
Or you may simply be out of luck with the compatibility. My Keyboard is in a case custom built for my 2 and I know whatever tablet I replace my iPad with I'll be getting a new keyboard as well because it most likely won't fit in a new case.

IPad Air - photo auto created in gallery issue

Not sure if anyone found this issue before, the identical photo has been auto created in gallery (iPad Air 7.1.1) many times. I never took the photo myself. it just looks like it came from the internet but I never saved. I wonder if this is a bug and how should i do to solve the issue. Many thanks in advance !!

It also takes time for the photos to be transferred out of your iPhone and into Photo stream on Apple's iCloud servers.
Note that this can't happen if your iPhone is not connected to a WiFi network:
When you enable My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your photo stream.
iOS devices: New photos you take are automatically uploaded to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and are connected to Wi-Fi. My Photo Stream does not push photos over cellular connections.
Macs: Any new photos you import to iPhoto or Aperture begin uploading automatically when you have a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. Or you can change your iPhoto or Aperture preferences so that only photos you manually add to My Photo Stream are uploaded.
PC with iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later: Open a Windows Explorer window and under Favorites select iCloud Photos if you are using iCloud Control Panel 3.0 (or Photo Stream if you are using 2.0 to 2.1.2). Open My Photo Stream. Click the "Add photos" button. Select the photos to import to My Photo Stream, then click Open.

IMovie on iPad and Camera can't upload my movie to YouTube

I just made a video on iMovie and I've tried many times, but can't upload tot o YouTube. I then saved the video to the Photos app on my iPad and tried to upload it there, but it didn't work there either. I am guessing the problem is with the YouTube app, but I am not sure. everything is recently updated on my iPad. I did notice that on the YouTube app the icon with the three horizontal lines is not avilable for me to select and there is no way I can upload my video using the YouTube app. What should I do to fix this problem??

If I try to upload or save a video to camera rol the progress bar stay on 0% ( the problem isn't with the YouTube app, because I can upload videos with the YouTube app )
I had this problem also with iOS 7 ( progress bar stay on 20% ), so it isn't a bug in iOS 8.
