IPad Air with IOS8. Can anyone help.

Question

Since updating to IOS8 and then IOS8.0.2 on my iPad air is dreadful. Seriously I cann't use it even for short periods without something going ary.
Safari crashes
safari Jump to random pages
links dont work properly
keyboard randomly appears for no reason in Safari ( I can actually type in the page content - is this a feature?)
edge detect doesn't work and my holding always interrupts the screen(never been a problem before)
apps crash heaps
the ipad bogs down and apps need to be killed
WIFI drops out randomly
WIFI is slower
the new autocorrect is intolerable ( nice idea but is makes life harder make way to many mistakes and even capitalises letters 'in the middle' of words that were correctly typed
This is list could go on and on
Seriously is there away to put back IOS 7? I have only owned this for a few months and now it's toast.

Try some basic troubleshooting:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
(C) Setup as new (data will be lost if you do not have backup)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
