Hi- i suddenly found yesterday that none of my apps in IPAD are working. And Itunes from my laptop disappeared. i tried to reinstall but it gives an error message of invalid E:\ drive. What could be the issue.Secondly is it possible that without synching the ipad with the itunes, the apps stop working because the itunes has disappeared from my laptop. please help

If it is second hand, try putting it in recovery mode, and restoring it with itunes on a mac or pc.

Settings > Store > Sign Out.
Sign in with the correct ID.

Did you try to remove all Apple related software and reinstall iTunes again? Removing iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista and 7

ITunes and Quicktime issue (Please Help)

So last night I download the update for iTunes. Everything seemed to be going fine, I didn't have any problems. This morning I turn on my computer and try to run iTunes and it gives me an error message, an dwon't even open iTunes. Not only that, I can't run any Quicktime file, it gives me the same message. I downloaded the installer again and attempted to repair iTunes. It said I was sucessful, but when I tried opening iTunes or Quicktime the error still appeared. This is really frustrating, this is what I get for updating? Someone please help!

Drag and drop issue, please help.

I can no longer drag and drop photos within photoshop elements 12. When working with a layer, I want to move it to a layer within another existing file, and no longer have the option. The only way I have fixed the issue in the past is uninstall and reinstall the program. I've read other forum posts and followed the instructions by resetting preferences and it does not work.
Does anyone have any solutions to this issue? Please help!

With both files open, simplest to tile them side by side, you should be able to drag the layer from the source file onto the target file. So long as it shows the 'grasping hand' you can release the mouse and it should add the layer to the target.
So what is happening now on your system? When you drag the layer to the target what icon is shown - 'grasping hand', 'no entry', something else?

ITUNES ISSUE PLEASE HELP

I just tried downloading the new update for iTunes which just came out. I tried to udate it and there was a error saying that there was a problem downloading. Now iTunes is no longer on my computer. Please help. What do I do? Do I reinstall iTunes? What would happen to all my music??? Please help ASAP.

Recently many people running various versions of iTunes are having the same problem. I have 15,000 songs that one day any song I clicked on played great, the next, one song works and the song next to it and on the same album won't. AND in trying to hunt them down to relink them the way Apple catalogs the songs, I have found songs from the same album in many different folders scattered and buried deep. It looked at them as individual songs and not the album that it is and if they have an association with something else, 9 out 10 times it puts it with that instead of where they really belong. And before anyone says try this . . . I have. I have been using iTunes since day one, and until recently have never had a problem. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

Feedburner iTunes issue please help!

Hello i have a podcast(thedrinkingcrow.com) and I use tumblr and feedburner with my episodes hosted on dropbox...my feed is

It has been working perfectly for the first 6 episodes but when I posted the 7th last night all of my iTunes episodes disappeared. Feedburner gave me an error for each individual episode:
Content Type reported: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Media enclosure not created because: The content type returned from your host server was a text type, not a binary media type. Podcast content should always return a binary media type, such as audio/mpeg for audio, or video/mpeg for video.
What do I do? I'm very new at this and this is my first issue

All the episode information would be drawn directly from the tumblr feed so anything which is missing in Feedburner will be missing in the original feed.
This sort of problem more usually arises when a podcast is started: the originating program or service creates a web page, and sometimes there is a feed for the web page, as a blog, and another feed as a podcast. People then submit the wrong feed to iTunes with exactly the results we are seeing. This situation is more unusual in that you had it working originally. I don't see links to two feeds on the web page, so whether you've managed to send the wrong feed to Feedburner in the process of adding an episode, or what else may have happened, is difficult to say.

Itunes 7 and burning issues - Please help!

I upgraded to itunes 7 yesterday and now I can't burn CDs. When I insert the CD it says checking media, the CD light flashes, then it does nothing. The panel at the top goes back to the apple logo?
Any idea what I should do? I tried emailing apple, but none of their suggestions were relevant.

Wifi and time issues please help.

My daughters iPod touch 5th generation is constantly resetting the time incorrectly, I had it on auto time in the correct time zone but it keeps eventually resetting to the wrong time then I tried manually inputting the correct time but it eventually reset again to the wrong time. It's also having issues picking up the wifi, we have 5 other i devices that have no problem with wifi so I know this problem is just specific to this particular unit. This has been an ongoing issue since day she got it Xmas 2012. I've tried restoring several times but to no avail. PLEASE can someone help. We spent a lot of money on this device and she can't use it to its full potential! :(

If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

Driver and software issue, please help!

I am having an issue. I am running itunes v 7.2 and ever since, I get a message saying "disk burner or software not found". I have tried everything listed on these boards, including rebooting, updating the GEARS driver, etc. And nothing worked! I could only do the 32 bit GEARS though, the other two said my system don't suport them. Apple needs to come up with a fix. It looks like a lot of people have this issue! It is also a turnoff to itunes for people, including myself as I am considering droping itunes all together if this issue is not resolved. Even if it means I loose the songs I bought. I will just have to buy them again with another program and burn them on a program that works. I ran the diagnostic and this is what I got:

The last failed audio CD burn had error code -128(0xffffff80). It happened on drive E: TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B on CDR media at speed 0X.

G530 - driver and key issues--please help!

Hey, everyone.
I'm having some issues. A while ago I upgraded to Windows 7 (32 bit) Home Premium, found out that I could no longer change the screen brightness. This was my only issue with the upgrade. So, I suffered through, later caught a virus through a bad download, and did a complete system restore, ridding myself of everything and restored back to Vista.
I recently--just a few hours ago--upgraded again to Windows 7, updated my BIOS, and thought everything was peachy. It is not so. The number keys (not the 'number pad') 1-0 do not work at all--only 7-0 if the number lock function is activated. I've triple-checked and restored my keyboard options to US standard but nothing doing. All of the other keys work.
As well as suffering through that, I've discovered that a driver I didn't realize I had, GuardedID, is not functioning properly, warning me with every few keystrokes: "GuardedID keyboard driver is not responding. More detail on the error is available in the Event Viewer under Manage in the toolbar. GuardedID is now turned Off." Not only am I irritated with this message popping up every so often but I'm becoming paranoid.
There is no trace of GuardedID on my computer--none that I can find. I tried searching online, finding software that I have to purchase but I am assuming that I would have had it 'free' if I hadn't even know I had it. Any kind of help would be amazing.

In regard to GuardedID, i'm not sure this community knowledge base article is helpful but you may want to take a look: Typed letters appearing as increasing numbers ( 0,1,2,3,4,5)
On another isuse about brightness control, there is another article about it that will be helpful for you if your machine type is type 4151 or 4446. G530 cant change brightness on Windows 7 Professional

Urgent and typical issue- Please help!!

Dear All,
I have a BOM material(say M) which is made up of 3 components(say A, B and C).
I procure component A from 3 different countries(T1, T2 andT3), component B from 2 different countries(T4 and T5) and component C from 4 different countries(T6, T7, T8 and T9).I process them and prepare a finished good M(as mentioned above) and export it. I want to track the country of origin of each of the components of this BOM.How can I achieve this?
To make my question more clear..If I am exporting material M, I should be able to track all the 9 countries(T1..T9) because M is made up of 3 components procured from 9 countries(in all).
Since the problem is critical, I would appreciate your urgent help on this.Thanks!!
