does Ipad going to support calls and work as cellular phone in the near future?

iPad is not, and never will be, a cellular phone. There are certainly plenty of VOIP Phone apps available, and most of them for free, in the app store.

You can set up to when you make a purchase, they will download to all of your devices. Check out the article below to check to see if Automatic Downloads is enabled. If you are looking at adding music that was imported in from a CD, those you would need to sync to each device or you could use iTunes Match to keep everything looking the same.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

You are entitled to the CS2 version that will work without activation, since the activation servers were taken offline. Read the instructions and follow them on this page.

I cannot pay for anything from itunes, I get a message saying I need to verify my account details... I continue to do so but I get a message say my payment method has been denied... If you currently have Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apps (under 'automatic downloads') set 'on' on your iPad then turn that 'off'. For the photos, do you currently have Settings > iCloud > Photos > My Photo Stream set 'on' on your iPad ?

Open Mail -> Preferences -> Accounts. Select the TalkTalk account and then the 'Account Information' tab. Drop down the 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)' menu and select 'Edit SMTP Server List'. Ensure that 'Server Name' under 'Account Information' is set to "smtp.talktalk.net". You may also need to configure settings under the 'Advanced' tab.

Trasfering upgrade between iPad and phone

Is it possible to transfer an device upgrade between an iPad and cellular phone? I want to upgrade my phone but my contract isn't up until February, but my iPad is eligible now. Let me know!

I just did this with no problem. Used available upgrade on my iPad account, Received phone by FedEx. I used the "Activate or Swtich Device" option on the web page in my account. I just activated the device on my phone line. iPad still works, and the new iPhone works. I never needed to activate it on the iPad line. I did not even transfer upgrade.
The iPad account now shows eligible for upgrade in 20 months, and the phone still has the original date for upgrade (in about 1 month).

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank. Be patient, the device will power ON again in the normal way. It is app and data safe!]

If you only changed your password - not your Apple ID - have you changed it in the settings? Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and you can make changes in there.
You should not have to reset to factory Settings so don't resort to that just yet.

Not only are you the first person to have discovered a virus for Mac OS X, but this is also a miracle type of virus that can also be cross-compatible not just from a desktop, but also across both the iPad and even iPhone too? Ammazing.
Oh wait, better yet, this magical virus is even capable of working in both Microsoft windows environments, AND mac os X environments, AND iOS environments!
What an ammazing feat instead! That author of the virus deserves the nobel prize of the century award I would think!
However, I would first try to use a tiny bit of logic and reasoning before jumping to conclusions about magical viruses here. Just because something tells you a man has walked on water, doesn't mean it's really possible.

Why can't I use twitter on my iPad and phone on my home wifi?

If I'm connected to my wifi at home, twitter will not work on phone and iPad. All of my other apps work just fine and twitter works off wifi and any other places I'm at that have wifi. It won't even work through safari. I've tried resetting my network settings and deleting the app. Can anyone help me?

You can't go to icloud.com on an iOS device like your iPad. You can only view your data on icloud.com from a computer. This is because you can already view all your iCloud data on your iOS device from within your apps (contacts in the contacts app, calendars in the calendar app, email in the mail app, etc.).
