Ipad Australia Delivery's delayed beyond 7 June
Apple store site has removed the date in June the iPad will be delivered for pre-orders. Apple retail stores have been told to tell customers they will be delivered in June sometime but they (the retail store) are not involved in pre-orders. It is believed more stock has been shipped to the retail stores to help sales figures. Previously items like the iPhone could be reserved then paid for and collected in the store. This was confirmed by Apple Chadstone, and the apple store web site.
Here in the UK initial pre-orders are being shipped for delivery on the 28th and in-fact a lot of them including mine have already shipped from Shenzhen in China. I placed my order at 12:18am on the 10th. A few days later it changed to June 7th for any new pre-orders and now it also says just June on Apple's UK site. Are you sure the initial pre-orders are not being shipped on time in Australia.

Does ipad Australia work in USA/europe etc?
Will an ipad4/mini bought in australia(240V) operate in Europe(220V) or USA(110V)? I researched through apple that the ipads have an automatic voltage detector in built that converts the voltage as required. Any practical experience with this? Also, do you actually need the official "Apple World Travel adapter Kit" when travelling from the (UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Republic of Ireland- 3 prong blades) to Aus/NZ( flat angled blades) to North America/Japan(flat parralel blades with holes) to Continental Europe(Round thin pins)? ie any suitable convertable travel adapter(cheaper) will work?
Thank youI have used Apple devices all over the world :) You have correct information... The devices will operate on both 220 and 110. You do need a set of adapter plugs, but any will do. I use one I have had for years and it was not from Apple. I will freely admit I was apprehensive the first time I plugged my iPad into 220v power! All was fine

Delivery is delayed due to schedule line logic
Hi Experts,
I have encounter an issue with schedule line/ availability check logic.
We have a sale order# 17111730
Line item# 10
Material# C540H1MG (ordered quantity: 1)
Order was created on 06/24/2014 and on that very date C540H1MG is available on that plant 1001 (more than 1000 quantity were available) but we have seen that delivery was created on next day although there is delivery creation batch job running every 10 mints interval and no problem found in that batch job.
As per our observation, it is found that :
There 3 schedule line were created for the same . For first schedule line delivery date is 06/25/2014 and for second one 06/27/2014 and third one 06/30/2014
But when we select the individual schedule line and go to shipping tab, it has been seen that schedule line# got switched.
Schedule line# 2 has the MAD date as 06/25/2014 and delivery created on that date (but usually schedule line # should be 3 as it was created latest of all and deliver date was 06/30/2014)
Schedule line# 3 has the MAD date as 06/24/2014 (but usually line # should be 2 as it was created earlier than schedule line# 3 and deliver date was 06/27/2014)
Now my question is that once schedule line# 2 was confirmed then why another schedule line was generated through rescheduling batch job with a new MAD date and delayed the delivery and next question is why that schedule line# is getting switched?
FYI:
1.Changes done in schedule line was done by rescheduling batch job
2. Recently a config change was done in availability check (T.CODE OVZJ) we make availability check rule as "E"

Really appreciate your quick response on this.I don't think it is with the receiving server because almost 20% of our outbound email is experiencing this issue, and none of the recipients are seeing issues on their end from other senders.
I had already reviewed those two articles but wasn't able to resolve the issue.
One thing that worked on some of the domains was enabling "Use the External DNS Lookup settings on the transport server". It resolved some of the queued emails but they are being delayed again
today.
There is no gateway server. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "mail routing configured" - is there a specific setting you want to know about?

I preordered a white Verizon iPads mini on 10/26. the order status used to say estimated delivery on 11/23. now the order status doesn't show a date anymore, just says mid November. does anyone know the exact launch date of the 4g iPad minis.

There is a "real" Apple store in the MediaMarkt at Alexanderplatz but they are totally out of stock as is Saturn and Gravis. Basically the technophobes in Berlin don't have their iPad2s yet and they are on top of all the incoming stock.

Left Shanghai 10/29 to Osaka to Anchorage to Louisville Ky and now On its way to California.Apple said up front that ipad 4's with celIular will be available approximately mid November. I suggest you contact Apple sales. 1-800-my-apple. Have your sales receipt #. You were probably sent one in your e-mail.

My daughter has a Gzone Commando and for the last 48 hours received messages are delayed. This is a new phone and we cant figure out why. It was not happening last month when she got the phone. The messages she is receiving are only text messages and she gets them all at once, randomly throughout the day. Please help
Have her dial *228 option 1 to reprogram the phone. The phone will restart on it's own and may have a better connection with the network and allow more efficient transmission of the messages.
What kind of signal does the phone get? It may be it has a weaker signal and then grabs all the messages when the signal gets stronger as she moves around during the day. -
Curious about iPad origin - delivery

I recently purchased an iPad from the apple.com website. Today I tracked the purchase and find that the city of origin is EPZ China. I can't imagine that each iPad purchased from the website is individually shipped from China? I figured bulks of iPads were shipped from China to shipment facilities in the US? Just curious.. Thoughts?Mine came from China, as did my Early 2006 iMac before it. I watched them both with my package tracking widget.

Delayed write failure with iPad - please help
Hi, I have an iPad (original) that I picked up used recently. After a week or so of use, I'm now getting a "Delayed Write Failure" whenever I connect it to my PC. Here are the details:
1) I am not synching music, only email, apps and photos.
2) when I connect my iPad, I get a delayed write failure on F:\$Mft. (F is one of two external USB drives I use). Once this error happens my "F:" drive is no longer usable. The drive itself still shows up in Windows Explorer but it will not show the folder structure,
3) I need to shut down my computer, unplug my "F" drive, let it sit for a few minutes, then Re-boot my PC and re-attach my F: drive to get it operational again.
4) After this happened the first time, and I was able to figure out how to get my F drive back to normal, I ran it for two days connected to a different USB port using a different USB cable and it worked fine. Then I used the old USB cable but the different USB port for another 2 days and no problem. I then went back to the original USB cable and original USB port for 2 days and still no problem. If I run iTunes with out the iPad connected there is not problem. Only when I connect the iPad does this problem occur, even before I ask iTunes to do anything like synch.

I've recently noticed big delays in the time that messages show up in my Mail app, sometimes hours after they were sent to me. Today I noticed that there were at least ten messages visible to me on the mac.com web site, but I couldn't get those messages until I forced a mailbox synchronization.
Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Any resolution to this?

I recommend you to do few testing to narrow-down the root cause
Does this mail delivery getting delayed only for external users or its both for internal and external users ?
How many Exchange servers you have ? Is this a combination of HUB & CAS together if its 2013 or you have them Separately?
Do you have any antispam configured in your environment ?
Is there any antivirus installed in the exchange servers?
I would recommend you to run Get-TransportAgent and see the list of transport agents installed on your Exchange servers
As a part of testing i would suggest you to disable all the transport agents installed on the servers disable antivirus send a test email and check if the delay is happening or not . Also disable the exchange antispam if its installed and see if the mail
delay exists. Because mostly any transport agents acting in the categorization part might be causing this problem if their configuration has any problem.
Let us know the results so that we can proceed further.

Did the issue happen on internal users or external users?
From the notification email, we could find one key sentence:
The server will keep trying to deliver this message for the next 1 days, 19 hours and 55 minutes. You'll be notified if the message can't be delivered by that time.
I suggest you wait for the final status of the email delivery. If the email can’t be sent out, you will receive the NDR.

Long delays in mail delivery to mailboxes when msg is recieved at server
Mail arrives at Exchange server we know this because we have logging turned on, but the mail appears to go into limbo for anything up to 2 hours before it gets delivered to users mail box, there is no difference between outlook client or if the
user logs on using owa, the email is not shown. when exchange does decide which it does it will deliver all messages it has received in one go so all show up with in 30 seconds at the same time in users in box. we have put on the recent Exchange
SP1 hopping this would solve the issue, the server is brand new and has 2tb of storage available CPU is hardly doing anything. all other aspects of server are normal file shares printing etc. Just mail delivery is VERY VERY slow and then
it all comes at once.
We have tried restarting the server some times this does help other occasions it makes not difference. server has I3-3420 cpu with 16gb ram. This is driving us bonkers please can some body give us some guidance as what to do check or alter.
