Ipad can't store username password for websites

I'm using an iPad Wifi with 3.2.1 and I am not the only one that is having a problem with Safari storing username and password for websites that need credentials.
I cleared 'cookies', 'history' and 'cache' but that doesn't help.
The desired websites don't show a popup if I would like to store the username and password for a website.

Web sites with high security, i.e., banks, financial institutions, etc., do not allow user-id/password saving. If you are visiting one of these it is normal for no save dialog to be displayed in Safari.
We could say more if you identified the web sites that you are talking about.
I wouldn't allow the user name/password to be stored for any financial institution, even if the website allowed it. And the iPad isn't exactly the most secure device, so I would be really concerned if I lost it.

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.
If you created a new account then you can log out of the old account and in with the new one as above, but any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can re-download its content and download updates to its apps.

You can't set a password for the Photos nor Mail apps, you can only set a passcode for your iPad as a whole (via Settings > Passcode).
There are third-party photo management apps such as Photo Manager Pro which you can copy your photos into from the Photos app (and then delete them from Photos), that app allows you (via its settings within the app) to set a password to access it.
For email you could access your email via a browser (and not have your password stored in the browser), or see if there are any email apps in your country's app store which have a password option

Yesterday I bought an in-app purchase for my son who is 3. I thought he was just playing the new game and then realized he was buying everything in the game bc after I put in the password for one purchase he didn't need it again to keep shopping. Go into the settings, general, restrictions and lock out in app purchases.
THen under allowed content you can set the 'require password' for immediately
Keep the user from knowing hte restrictions code and the password and they can't purchase anything

No, apps don't store usernames/passwords on the device, it would be too much of a security risk.

You can turn security off from your process.
Go under adminui under Services/Application and Services/Service Management.
Search for your process and under the security tab you can disable the security or use the 'Run As' feature to run under a specific user context.

Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs can not be renamed. If you no longer use the .mac or .me email address be sure to add your valid email address as an additional email address.

If you saved the password in Firefox, you can clear that here:
orange Firefox button > Options > Security > "Saved Passwords"

It's also possible that you have a cookie that keeps you logged in, but in that case, signing off from Facebook should end your session.

Most likely your yahoo password setup in your mail account is wrong. When you wake your ipad it checks for mail right away(even though it has when it sleeps). Your password or something with your Yahoo mail is wrong.
Assuming caldav is your yahoo name. If its not a yahoo email, you have email setup wrong. Its your email.
