IPad cannot connect iTunes problem :(

This iPad cannot be used because the required software is not installed.Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again.
I had try many times remove itunes, then install itunes again, still face this problem.
I also look for another way to solve this problem from Google search , still cannot solve.
Initially suspected the problem from "Apple Mobile Device Support", I can uninstall the program.
(I use win8)

Then you need to change the store that you bought the apps from - correct?
Go to the featured tab of the App Store and tap on your ID at the bottom. Tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Go to Country/Region and change it to the correct store.

A band of apps should appear at the bottom.
Then tap and hold the iTunes app. Close it with the red x and then reopen.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and explain them your issue, it could range from having your router configured incorrectly to having a wiring issue. Personally, I have Comcast and they are great, no issues, and awesome customer service.
