Ipad couldn't connect to wifi.

Hi there.
I have been having problems with the wifi connection on mu ipad for a few months now. No matter what sort of sollution i could get on the internet to try and fix the wifi connection on my ipad, it still couldn't work.
Yesterday, i went to an apple store here in Paris and one of the guy who greeted me at the door took my ipad, turn the wifi on and connect to the stores wifi and all of a sudden the wifi works. I told the guy that i couldn't get it to connect at home, at starbucks or any of the wifi connection that i could choose from when i am not in the store. All i got from the staff was."It works here" and didn't bother to see if he could help me to figure out why it wouldn't work elsewhere.
When i got home, the ipad couldn't connect to wifi once again. Now, i am getting annoyed by the fact that I to go back to the store once again which i hope i could get a better service where someone could actually take a look at my ipad.
p.s i have a samsung phone, a tablet, a macbook pro and a sony phone that connected to the wifi at home and none of these items have any problem connecting to the wifi at home.

If you are having WiFi problems it is necessary to isolate whether the problem is with your network or your iPad. Note: Do NOT consider your network to be blameless if some other devices can connect to it.
First, test your iPad on some other WiFi network in addition to the Apple network: a friends, Barnes & Noble, etc.
If it works well there then the problem is probably with your network. Check that you do not have limitations on the number of connections, check if you have MAC address filtering turned on, check to make absolutely sure that any password you are entering is correct, etc. Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds. If that does not help check for a firmware update for your router. If none exists which corrects the problem consider replacing the router.
If your iPad does not function well on other networks it possibly has a hardware problem. You could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings to see if that corrects the problem. If not, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple store and inform them of your tests and ask for a replacement.
