DURING THE INSTALL IT STOPED AFTER DOWNLOADING THE UPDATE, THEN IT ITUNES SAID IT NEED TO BE RESTORED BUT WE DID NOT DO A BACKUP NOW IT JUST SHOWS A PLUG IN GOING TO ITUNES AND WILL NOT BOOTUP

CC is crashing during install on my macbook.

CC is crashing during install on my macbook. What can I do to resolve this and install CC successfully?

I have a new Macbook Pro (purchased from apple 2 months ago) with OS X Yosemite. Creative Cloud was working perfectly and I downloaded a free trial of Photoshop CC. After the trial ended, not only photoshop CC, but, CC in general stopped working and so I deleted it all in hopes of being able to re-download CC and then buy Photoshop CC. However, I've tried to reinstall CC numerous times (about 15-20 attempts) and it repeatedly crashes during the installation process.

Yosemite crashing during install

I am trying to install yosemite. It is constantly crashing during install. it get to the apple logo screen with a progress bar and when the bar gets about 1/4 full it prints gobledeegook on the screen then reboots and crashes again. its a loop. any help would be appreciated. is this the beta or something?

HI i have the same problem the imac stuck in 1/4 length of the update bar and been like this all night. I guess a trip to nearest Apple Store is unavoidable and got to be fast other way I have no comp. btw this post is from iphone. i Only hope that Apple will have a solution for this.
I Never would expect this kids behaviour from Apple devices. I'm sure if Steve Jobs would be alive that would never happen. Apple going down pure Jobs turn in the grave!

Mountain lion crash during install

So disappointed...
Downloaded Mountain Lion on my iMac (November 2010) to upgrade from Snow Leopard.
My iMac CRASHED during installation...
After calling Applecare and troubleshooting for close to two hours...
looks like my hard drive is "locked".
Now I have to lug this thing to the Apple Store. Weak.

I see then you don't have Mountain Lion installed yet.

IPad crashing during Sync

My iPad has been crashing a lot lately while syncing. It's an iPad 3 running 7.1.1 - been crashing since 7.0 I think. Happens everytime I have a large app (over 200MB) or during movies. Nearly every time. It will do a restart and end sync process. If I'm transferring a movie when it happens the movie will show up in videos but won't be able to play. Apps seem to be stalled in update mode where they can't be opened. I'm on a completely updated Mac Mini, current iTunes version and everything. Anybody else having this issue? Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Tried to install newest itunes, crashed during install, and now crashes my computer every time i try to uninstall. Itunes doesn't show up in the Add/remove prog list at all. tried to roll back over a month, still crashing.

So I tried to update to the newest Itunes. It locked up my computer part way thru the install. Black screen, computer turned itself off. Now anytime i try to do anything with Itunes it shuts my computer down. I can start up fine in safe mode but when i try to uninstall from there, Itunes doesn't exist. the other apple programs do, but no itunes. when i try to uninstall the other programs in safe mode it tells me it can't because the windows installer isn't loaded. I have system restored to over a month ago and itunes still doesn't show up in add/remove programs. however, i can open itunes. it just tells me a file didn't get installed and to uninstall and reinstall. So, how do i remove a progam that doesn't think it exists and crashes my computer when i try to do anything related to it??? I'm out of ideas. running windows vista.

I think my problem is fixed now.
For the fun of it, I reinstalled iTunes 9.2.1 today (using the exact same installer as I did yesterday), but this time I didn't uninstall iTunes first. As expected, iTunes recognized my iPhone (as I expected it to, until my next reboot).
A few minutes later, Software Update showed up and among the updates is "iPhone SDK Compatibility Update". The description indicates that installing this should fix an issue where iPhones and iPod touches aren't recognized by iTunes. Isn't that interesting?
I installed that update and most of the others waiting for me (including Java, Safari 5.0.1, and a few others - not 10.6.4 though, due to the issues with nVidia graphics cards). After the reboot, I started iTunes, and it saw my iPhone!
So, if you're having this same problem, I'd recommend tracking down this update and see if that does the trick for you. Hopefully it will.

Installing Office Web Apps Server 2013 fails with app-crash during install.

Hi Folks,
I am trying to install Office Web Apps Server 2013 with SP1 on Server 2012 R2. The installation gets half way through then crashes (it just says a problem has occurred).
The Event log only contains the message:-
MsiExec.exe version .5.09....
Faulting module name: Kernelbase.dll
Exception Code 0x306d7363, Faulting process id: 0x774.
Does anyone know how to install this product on Server 2012 R2?

Crashed during install

help, I've lost everything...I was in the process of installing, it said the drive where boot camp was installed was locked, then it crashed, when it restarted it restarted in Windows7 mode and now I can't get back to the Lion install.....I have no idea what to do

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

IPad crashed during OS update and now iTunes can't restore

I tried to update the OS on the iPad today and about 10% of the way into the installation, the installation failed. Got an error screen saying I would need to do a restore. I was also referred to a help site at support.apple.com/kb/TS1275.
Even more disturbing is that the info in iTunes for the iPad shows "n/a" for the name, capacity, OS version, or serial number. This information showed when I first got the iPad.
I tried a restore and it went through the following steps:
extracting software
verifying iPad restore with Apple
Checking with Apple
preparing for restore
waiting for iPad
a progress bar shows on the iPad but in a few seconds I got the error of iPad could not be restored because of an unknown error of 9
subsequent restore attempts get to the progress bar, but then tells me the device can no be found
I have tried the 2 button restart of the iPad but that has not helped
I have made a copy of my last good iPad back up and have it in reserve if/when needed. Fortunately I do daily syncing of the iPad
Is there a forum solution or is this an Apple solution?

After 10 attempts to restore and 5 restarts, I finally got the iPad to be found and respond. I am now trying to get everything arranged back the way it was. iOS 4.3 got installed and the capacity, size and serial number are back.
Which apps were loaded, and their arrangement is NOT restored and this can be very tedious. Everything was unchecked in iTunes.
Not happy, but i am the road back to where things were.

Presort 8.08 crashes during install...

Good morning all. Belated Happy Father's Day.
Presort Views 8.08 is crashing. I get the message box, "This application has failed to start because das15.0.0_32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem." I talked to my techie-person about the install, and he said that he got the same message when he attempted the install.
Any clues? (Col Mustard, Lead Pipe, Observatory?)

Mavericks crashes during install on Mac Mini

Trying to install, gets to install screen, progess meter about half done, and crash. then reboots to installer, crashess, repeat....
I'm stuck. What to do?

Found a fix. I installed the 10.8.5 combo update then tried again. It is working now.

NOS 2 crash during install

Hi, installer of Nokia Ovi Suite 2 (the newest official and the newest beta, I can install old NOS 1 without problems) keeps crashing with such error:
I tried to run installer as administrator and I have administrator rights of course.
My PC specs:
Windows Vista Business SP2 64bit (up to date)
Intel C2D E6750
4GB RAM (2x2)
I think nothing more is needed, please correct me if I'm wrong.
What should I do to make it works properly? Help me please and thank you in advance.

I had intentionally turned off my icloud and had not backed up my phone on computer for June 2014. Apple pushed IOS 7.1.2 and I pressed update (never had this issue ever that the upgrade can hang / crash in between ). I lost all my June data apps/ photo / whatapp messages / saved files and profiles and contacts that I had added at a conference in June . Furious !
Had to hook up to computer and i-tunes to restore phone from May 2014 backup.
Apple is no more THE APPLE I had regards for. They keep sending haf baked products to customers without testing.
They have no right to charge premium cost. I think 250$ Google Nexus4 in my family works much better and crashes less than my ipnone 4s and even Iphone 5S.

Blue Screen Crash during install of iTunes HELPPPPP

I've tried just about everything to get iTunes reinstalled on my computer. I have Windows Vista SP1 and below is the problem I get when try to install iTunes. The blue screen message begins w/Memory Management.

TS1567 ipad crashed during download of iOS7, not it wont turn on. only screen of apple comes up.

not seen by pc on itunes with usb cable. holding sleep/wake button does nothing. only button that works is the on/off button. all I get is the apple screen WTH!

try this
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).
