IPad does not sync Videos anymore

Dear Community,
I have an iPad 2 which was just fine synchronizing with my PC. I had some Videos for my kids and removed them due to size limitatuons. As my employer gave me a brandnew iPad for company and private use I backed up my old iPad and setup my new one with the backed up data. I also had to do some enrollment with company certificates. As I was then told to be able to alternatively work with my old iPad and could purchase a iPad mini instead I returned the new iPad and llugged in my old one again.
Since then I was trying to bring back the movies. iTunes lets me select the videos but after hitting apply changes/synchronize the sync process quickly processes as if no changes would have been applied and finishes off without syncing any video.
I tried it several times but am not able to replicate any videos or music (that's all I tried) to my old iPad anymore. Before I go ahead and wipe it I was hoping for some advice on this behavior or workaround.

correct! the videos are in itunes and I want to get them on my old iPad.
BTW, I should mention that I now have also enrolles with my old iPad to the required MDM profiles to access company data. I ckecked wirh IT support of my company and asked whether this enrollment could have done anything to the iPads ability to synch but they said it would not affect it.

IPAd does not stream video to ATV2 via Airport Extreme

I have a home wireless network based on an Airport Extreme. The network is not connected to the internet but used for streaming media from my MacBook and my IPad to an Apple TV (2nd Gen). The firmware in all components is up to date.
The IPad will not stream video to the ATV, it does stream music. The MacBook streams music & videos.
I can stream video from the IPad to an ATV on another wireless network in another place which uses a Netgear modem router.
Seems to me that there is a problem with the Airport Extreme which allows the MacBook videos through but not those from the IPad. I occasionally get the following message on the IPad "Airplay cannot play video on Apple TV" Apple support have not been able to solve the problem

Have you checked that the software on the AppleTV has been updated to the latest version?

IPAD does not Sync with my PC

Can anyone assist profer solutions to MY iPAD problems:
1. It does not sync woth my PC.
2. This started after I have transfered some downloaded podcasts from it(iPAD) to my PC. Surprisingly, the podcasts are playing perfectly on my PC but no longer playing on my iPAD's,
3. The downloaded podcast on my IPAD are no longer playing.

ITunes does not sync properly anymore

When I try sync my iPhone 5 (iOS7.0.3) with iTunes 11.1.2.31 it syncs my apps and co. but actually does not sync my music.
The music I bought with iTunes is automatically downloaded on all my Apple devices. But when I add those ne songs to playlists on my PC and then connect my iPhone and start the sync, all steps are done, but in the music app, nothing changed. The playslists, to which I add the new songs, still remain same on the iPhone, as if I'd never changed anything...
Can anyone help me with my problem or does have the same problem?

So I've been looking for a solution for days. There has been so many problems for the past week.
- Some songs play counts going up by 6 plays each time I sync
- Songs not transferring from PC to phone
- Songs appearing on the phone with download icon
- When viewing 'What's on this phone' on itunes songs have the 'grey dotted circle of death' next to them
Now I've deleted an album I bought the other day from iTunes from my PC and it doesn't even appear in my transactions from the past few days, And when I view it in the store it says purchased but there is no option to download it again.
WHAT A MESS! Apple please fix this ASAP. There are numerous threads with issues that I have stated above and there is not ONE solution.

Itunes 10.4.1: does not sync videos and does not communicate with outlook calendars

Since upgrade to itunes 10.4 I have found the following problems and no solutions yet from apple (altought version 10.3 worked flawlessly):
1)When you check "include videos" on the sync photos tab, you get an error. The "solution" is to uncheck sync videos, but what if you want your videos?
2)I noticed today the calendar has issues. Appointments you input in outlook (on a calendar that is supposedly synched with iphone/ipad) do not show on the devices and viceversa (although they do show on iphne and ipad if you sync both, but outlook is left behind.
In outlook I have calendar and calendar mobile (the second is the one I sync to iphone). To test, I included a new calendar (calendar mobile test) and I as suspected when trying to sync, the new calendar does not show in itunes options to check the selected calendars. The previous library info probably show my mobile calendar (that was synched already) but the new one does not show up, so I think there is really a problem in itunes.
These bugs have been around now for some time now, and I am really surprised that are not adressed more agressively by apple developers.
While videos may seem as a secondary thing if you look at it from a corporative point of view (but ****!!! I WANT my videos on the my ipad and iphone!!!!), not synching appointments you add to the ipad/iphone and you expect to show on outlook and viceversa, are meant to be an unplesant surprise for those who rely on these devices.
Bottomline: I like ipad/iphone, but APPLE..., you need to solve these issues that have been around the forum for some time now. Common!!!

I had a similar problem. My iTunes didn't start automatically when I connected any of my devices after the upgrade to iTunes 10.4.1.
I found I had to add the iTunesHelper.app in System Preferences->Users & Groups under my account on the Login Items tab.
You have to navigate to it in finder, because I couldn't seem to do "Show Package Contents" on iTunes.app in the Applications folder from the file dialog you get when you hit '+'.
Once you have opened the package contents of the iTunes.app then the iTunesHelper.app is in Contents/MacOS. I just dragged and dropped into the Login Items window, then ticked it to start on login.
Note, this will only start it when you log in, to start it immediately just double click iTunesHelper.app in finder.

Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1 does not run Videos anymore

Hi all,
having upgraded to 2.1.1.1 my "Photos" page would not show my videos anymore.
The thumbnails are there (both for video and photos), also I can press play and the video seems to run (at least the progress bar does...).
Pressing pause updates the video frame, however upon resume the frame remains unchanged.
Worked well on the versions before....
Any thoughts ?

Unfortunately we have not encountered this sort of issue before and therefore the actual troubleshooting was really hard. I apology all the inconvenience this caused to you.
The team will continue following this case and if any similar indications are seen this case shall be used for reference. We will also re-check our installation procedure to make sure it is not causing such misbehaving.

ICal on iPad does not sync with other idevices

I am using iCal on my iPad2, iPhone 4S, MacBook Air and iMac. The two computers are running Lion 10.7.2. All iCals sync perfectly, except the iPad. If I make a calendar entry on the iPad2 it does not go out to any of the other devices. An iCal entry on the other devices go out to the iPad with no problem. For some reason, under Settings/General/Mail, Contacts and Calendars, I have four calendars: MobileMe Calendar and Inbox, and [email protected] Calendar and Inbox. The default I have set is MobileMe Calendar but it doesn't seem to make any difference as far as being able to sync with this iPad. Any ideas appreciated.

I have solved my problem - don't know if yours is the same. I noticed on iPhone, when I listed the calendars there are two sections: the top line showed "All Calendars ->"; when I click on that I get duplicate entries for everything.
Below that is:
"From My Mac.
"All from My Mac ->", followed by a list of individual calendars. When I clicked on that I got single entries.
This led me to realize that in my Settings ->Accounts I had the old "...mac.com" a/c and new "..me.com" a/c. I had thought it didn't matter.
Once I eliminated the "mac.com" A/c, I had only one set of calendars.

My iCal on my touch and iPad does not sync with my iCal on my MacBook

I am not able to sync my calendars. When I input a new event in my ipod touch or iPad it will not sync with my iCal on my MacBook. My system Mac OS X 10.6.8.

IPad does not sync correctly with iTunes

Hey, I have a problem and would appreciate some help.
I have all my music library on itunes on my macbook (including some albums that I have created as compilations by collating multiple albums and for which I have edited the album cover photo ie selected a photo of my own). Some of the songs have been entered in my library by cds that I had and the rest by being purchased directly from itunes.
When I sync my itunes library with my ipods all is well and the albums, artists, playlists etc sync exactly the same (that is covers, tracks, order etc remain as shown on my library).
When I sync with my iphone 5S or my ipad air then I get strange... Some albums show correclty, others have a different cover photo - not the one that I have selected and edited on itunes - some have the tracks doubled or even the entire albums doubled, etc...
Although I have tried to solve this on my own, i have not managed yet...
BTW both my devices (iphone and ipad) sync automatically with icloud and so I only connect them to my macbook in order to sync the music. Maybe this is the problem?? Is there any way to have icloud NOT sync music with the devices?
On my macbook I have tried the ioption 'manage music manually' and then selecting the albums on my own but i get the same strange results.
Any ideas?
I even tried to erase all the music from my ipad/iphone (by selecting 'manage music manually' and then not selecting any of the albums or tracks in my library) but the music, at least part of it remains there... basically only the songs or albums purchased from itunes showing the icloud download icon next to them.
Any sugestions on how to solve this issue?

ITunes does not sync music anymore (iPhone)

I have had the iPhone for 10 months, always worked just fine, but the last firmware update is giving me serious headaches. The last issue is that it syncs everything via iTunes BUT not the music. I get an error message that says some files are not found. The path to the library is intact, I can play any song from my Mac, it is just the sync process that does not recognize things properly. All the settings are correct (sync music tab, etc).
I ran a RESTORE but no luck. Any suggestion? Any way to go back to firmware 2.0 and previous version of iTunes? I never had issues before upgrading both, so not sure which one is causing the problems.

I like to read received pdf´s in mail in iBooks og all devices. So far I open them in iBooks on the iPhone (from the mail), but they does´t sync via iCloud!!! (yes I have the latest os and iCloud on both devices).

Iphone 4 does not sync video's

i have an iphone 4 16gb ios 6.1.3 and i downloaded some new video's from youtube on my pc.
with dvd videosoft.
and automaticly (as always) itunes opened and they where in my libary.
so i created a new playlist for these video's
and i started synchronize but normally in the top window i see "copy video"or something like that.
and this time it wasn't there. and also the video's where not on my iphone.
i deleted the video's
i restarted my iphone and pc
i copied manualy my music and video's
but nothing works
help me plz

After following the steps above, you can add individual songs, videos, and playlists from iTunes to your device. To add content to your device:
Select your device.
Click "On this Device".
Then choose "Add to" in the upper right corner.
While viewing the media in your iTunes Library, if you drag a song, video, TV show, or Movie a sidebar will show up on the right. You can drag content onto the device. You can also create and modify playlists directly on the device.

IPad does not sync after iTunes update

Hi there,
About a week ago, I updated my iTunes to 10.2.1. For some reason, I can't see the iPad in iTunes any longer when trying to sync. My iPod touch, however, shows up and syncs without problems. I've removed the iTunes (and Quicktime etc.) completely from the computer and reinstalled the software. No change. Tried McAfee's firewall settings, but still no change. I am desperate and running out of ideas now.
Can anyone help, please?

I also had this problem where I was forced to restore the iPad and iTunes would not see the device after preparing the restore and update.
Per the instructions on this thread and within http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925 I did the following:
1. From Windows XP task manager I stopped iPodService.exe from the Processes tab.
2. I deleted the iTunes folder from c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\Apple
Now the restore and sync has been going through just fine.
This is annoying however, as this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened after performing an iTunes update. Luckily I backup and sync about once a week.

IPad does not sync via Wi-Fi with iTunes

Supposedly my iPad should sync with iTunes via Wi-Fi when the iPad is connected to a power source. However, it appears to not be syncing. When I go to my iPad Settings/General/iTunes Wi-Fi Sync it says it will, but the "Sync Now" button is greyed out and it says "Sync will resume when iMac is available." My iMac is on and available.
Anyone have any idea of what is happening?

Syncing my iPhone 4, does not sync videos now...

Hi all,
I've had a my iPhone for ages with complaints or problems. Recently I've noticed that when syncing to the Mac it stays on 'Wating for changes to be Applied' for a long time then adds the videos I've chosen. Now it not longer adds tye videos but still takes ages. Help!
