Ipad doesnt respond...
i was given a ipad 64gb from friend who had it connected to thier laptop when it crashed. it doesnt come off the "connect to itunes" page. it will shut down and reset when i press the wake/sleep button and home together but just goes back to the "connect to itunes" page. i hooked it up to itunes to manually reset it to factory setting but itunes doesnt recognize it being connected. i connected my iphone to same computer and it comes up just fine in itunes. any ideas will help!!!

When you pressed the Home and Sleep buttons together, how long did you wait? If you ignored the "Slide to power off" arrow and waited until the Apple logo appears, you will have rebooted the CPU.
If that did not help, you might download a fresh copy of iTunes from Apple, and reinstall on your computer.
Otherwise, an Apple Store Genius can do a diagnostic test on the iPad that should determine if it is functioning properly.

Try a soft reset/reboot by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. Wait a few moments, and hopefully your problem will have vanished.

Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.
Once you have doen those two things, check to see if the iPod is seen by iTunes.

OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)
iOS originally stood for iPhone Operating System, but it now refers to the iPod Touch and iPhone. The iPod Classic, which you have listed in your profile as your iPod, does not use iOS.
I assume that you have been listening to the Podcast in your iTunes on the computer as you cannot transfer it to your iPod. It's what I'd do. -

Tried to open a pdf document with Acrobat XI Pro Trial and sign in popped up , I keyed in my username and password but it doesnt respond its like grey with the four dots rotating forever. Any solution Please ?????

How are you connected to the internet? Are you behind a particularly secure corporate firewall? Are you on Mac or Windows? Do you have any anti-malware software running on your machine that may be preventing applications other than your browser from connecting to the internet?
You may try to follow the steps below:
1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Delete the opm.db file.
4.Launch Creative Cloud.

Plug iPhone in with Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. Can take up to 20 seconds of holding both buttons.

My ipad wont respond when i plug a charger into it
So about a week ago my ipad wouldent respond when i connected the wall charger to it, But if i turn the ipad fully off and leave it over night it would charge to 100% but then run out of battery fast, ive updated my ipad and the update said it would fix a battery life bug but nothing seems to have happend...last night it was at about 56% and then it randomly started charging again and then stopped at 58%'i dont know what i did but all i know is that the ipad charger still works and the cable still works, any ideas?!?
Correct, as most computers do not supply sufficient current. It may charge, but very, very slowly. It would be best to use the included power supply.

when my i phone connected with i tunes, i thunes asked if i wanted to download the newest version of i tunes. Do you want to view your Gmail email on your iPad?
If so you can go to Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars->Accounts->Add Account->Gmail and provide your account details there to set it up.
It will then be available from the Mail App. -
