HELP!!!! My ipad doesnt sync the music with my HP laptop properly.
My ipad doesnt sync the music with my HP laptop properly. The music goes onto the ipad and doesnt start at the beginning of the tune when played as well as jumps within the tune itself. Anyone know how to fix this?
When the music is played with either windows media player or itunes, the musics fine, but when its put onto the ipad, it doesnt work properly.
I've tried it with my friends macbook and it syncs with that fine. It seems to be between my laptop and my ipad, but like I said before, the music works fine with my laptop and it doesnt give me no issues at all when either played on laptop or streamed to my sonos system.
Any help will be much appreciated. Why not buy a Netbook which is much cheaper, has a better keyboard and no compatibility issues with your MS software?

I have reorganised my music in the itunes folder in windows explorer. Now I can't sync all my music to a new iPad, or play the music from itunes (as it is looking in the old location). How do I repoint itunes to all my music?
Have you read for possible solutions over in the "More Like This" thread over here?----------------------->

My computer crashed and was rebuilt. I tried to sync the music from my ipad to my computer but get a message that says the content on my ipad will be erased and is synced to a different library. All the music purchased from itunes synced but I need to get the music that was not purchased on itunes. How do I do this?
You don't. the ipad is not a backup/storage device. it simply mirrors the selected content of your computer. The sync is one way - computer to ipad. The only exception is itunes purchases.
Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your computer?
If so, not good.
You may be able to purchase a third party program, not supported by Apple, to get the other music. -
How do I stop an app from waiting? I have tried to reboot by holding the home key and power button to power down. The app is still grayed out and waiting so it cannot be deleted. Also, I have tried to sync the apps from my laptop and tried downloading new appswith no success. Can you help? Thanks
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

TS4124 After uploading all music to iCloud can i delete the music from my laptop?
Hello! My first visit, and hope I am doing this correctly.
I have two two questions.
1: Having uploaded all of my music to iCloud and iMatch, from Laptop running Windows Vista, to iPad and iphone 3GS can I safely remove the music from my Laptop and just recall it from 'Cloud and Match' as required? Rhereby saving memory on my laptop.
2: When uploading my music to iCloud and iMatch I noticed that allmusic was removed from iphone, thereby, freeing up memory BUT the music remains on my iPad at all times. How can I get the music to sit in the cloud and not on my ipad?
Thanking you, you clever ones!Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can remove the content from the laptop, but if anything in iTunes match is removed from the iTunes store, you won't be able to redownload it. Hopefully such instances will be minimal.
Payout can delete anything on the iPad by swiping it and tapping the delete button. I'm not sure why it left everything on the iPad when you turned on iTunes match, it did that on my iPhone too the first time, I can't recall what I did, but it was removed at some point. -

My HDD crashed in my old PC and I built a new system. iTunes won't let me sync the music from my iPod back into the new version of iTunes I had to download. How do I fix?
Syncing music via iTunes is only one way: from iTunes to your iPod. If you need to copy the music from your iPod back to your PC, see this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different ways to do this.

I have an old Ipod and am trying to sync the music from it onto my new (Windows) Computer. When it links us it says it must remove and sync the music. Does this mean I will lose the music from my ipod forever?
Does this mean I will lose the music from my ipod forever?
Yes, that is exactly what it means.
The right way to do it is to first rebuild your library on the new computer, and then sync the iPod.
You can rebuild your library by copying the library from the old computer or from your backup.
If neither of those options is available, you can extract the songs from the iPod, although the process is a bit hairy. See this guide for the procedure, written by Forum member Steve/turingtest2.
