IPad erkennt mov-Videos nicht

Ich habe mit einer SLR HD-Videos in 1080 im mov-Format aufgenommen und auf einer SD-Karte gespeichert. Über einen Windows-PC habe ich das iPad angeschlossen. Auf allen Nicht-Apple-Endgeräten erscheinen die Videos. iTunes wiederum findet diese Dateien nicht. Also habe ich mir das Kamera Connection Kit gekauft. Manchmal konnte ich mit dem Verschieben in Unterordner hier schon Erfolge erzielen und das iPad hat die Videos importiert. (Umständliches Verfahren nebenbei gesagt; man könnte ja einfach einen SD-Karten-Slot haben und easy von dort arbeiten, ohne mit Speicherplatz und diesem nervige Kleinteil zu jonglieren.)
Mittlerweile klappt der Import nicht mehr. Bilder findet das Gerät zwar hin und wieder. Die Videos nicht. Ich habe bereits anderthalb Stunden mit der Apple Care telefoniert. Keine Lösung.
Wie kriegt das Supermegahightech-iPad nun diese simple Aufgabe gestemmt, ein paar Videos zu importieren?

I recently purchased two videos from the itunes store. I downlooaded them both successfully to my ipad2 Videos App, the next time I synced the ipad the Movies title was erased and the remaing titles: Rentals Podcasts & Music Videos were left, what happed to the Movies title? I am now getting a message saying (my ipad does not support movies I purchased) anyone else experiencing this problem, any suggestions?

There is a few events where I could see this happening...
It's possible if you computer is not authorized with your iTunes Store account it may not have transfered your purchases from the iPad to the computer. To check, Open iTunes> Select the "Store" menu along top of the program and select Authorize this computer. Sign in with your AppleID and password, this will make sure your computer is authorized for the future so you can transfer purchases from your device.

You can use iPhoto for the import. iLife apps are integrated. From within iMovie you have direct access to iTunes for adding music, and iPhoto for photos and videos in the iPhoto library.
Or you can use the Image Capture application for the import if you prefer placing such imports into manually created folders and not using iPhoto.

the movies need to be sync'd through itunes like "templeton peck" said. so if you have movies in itunes it is as simple as going to your device there is a section there that says "movies", and you just "check" the ones you want on your ipad and when done just hit the "apply" button and they will be added to your ipad. i would suggest that you sync movies via the wired method as compared to wireless syncing. wireless syncing a movie will take a lot longer than a wired sync.
if you don't have any movies in itunes but do have them on your computer all you need to do is drag and drop them into the "movies" section in itunes. and then follow the instructions i gave.
if you don't have any movies on your computer you need to convert them, and unfortunately discussing how to break the encryption that comes on commercial dvd's is prohibited here. but there is a plethora of advice and websites on the web and all you need to do is google it.
most of the blu ray dvd's these days also come with a "digital copy" of the movie. if you have a "digital copy" just insert the digital copy into your computer and enter in the "digital copy code" and you can choose to download it to itunes or window media player, you obviously want to choose itunes.
i would also stay away from movies that have digital copies advertised as "ultraviolet digital copy". this is a brand new and it doesn't play well with itunes and you cant play it on your ipad unless you go through "their" app. it's a real pain... right now only a few titles are "ultraviolet" they are "horrible bosses", "green lantern", and the soon to be released "harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2" (11/11/11).
you can also just buy the movies from itunes. that is what i did on the "ultraviolet" dvd's i wanted to watch on my ipad.

Itunes rented movie "video format not supported" by ipad?

I just rented 3 movies in the iTunes Store. They all downloaded to iTunes successfully. They are all SD, not HD. When I try to move them to the iPad and sync, I get a message saying that the movies cannot be played on this iPad because the video format is not supported.
I have rented movies before and played them successfully. What do I do now?
iPad is about 6 months old, 32 GB Wi-Fi, running iOS 6.1.3.

I'm not sure why they don't play ...
But I wonder why you wouldn't simply update your iPad to iOS 7.0.4 and see if that solves the issue.

Can you import movie videos (MP4) into an Ipad from an SD camera card on a Lightning cable ... or can you only do this from a laptop via Itunes? In other words, is Itunes the only way to get non-Itune videos to the Ipad? Hope I havent made this sound confusing.

To import the videos must follow a very strict naming convention.
All file names must have 8 characters for a name and be located in a folder named DCIM
for example

You can't watch the videos off the cart, they must be imported into the iPad. They'll go into the camera roll, when you tap on them it'll open the video app and you can watch from there.

I need to add videos to a Keynote presentation I am making but the videos I need are saved on my iPad in the Videos App not the Camera Photo Album. And Keynote's insert media doesn't recognize the Video app as a source for media.

I imported MOV video in an air app. The video didn't show up after publishing the mobile app in iPad. I attached the video as a file when I published the app. The video exists in the same flash file though.
Why the video doesn't work on iPad after publishing it? Does anyone have an idea?

this doesn't sound like a scripting issue.
look at the directory with your published air file. do you see something like alongflvplaybackskinname.swf?
that swf needs to be added to your included files in the publish settings.

IPad and Itouch videos - issues

Question 1: I bought videos using my pc and downloaded to my itouch. Now when I click on some of the videos, I get the display "cannot connect to wi-fi". But I do have internet and am connected. I don't know why it is saying this. Some of them I can play. Also, how do I know i have the video on the itouch and not just in the cloud?

I recently had an iPad 4th gen for Christmas and it is awesome.
I've used iCloud to back up apps and so on, and have been using it with great ease.
I've also tried the Home Sharing which is just fantastic and I love the fact I can listen to music and watch videos that are stored on my iMac anywhere in my house.....but
I'm trying to add a movie onto my iPad (ios6) through iTunes 11.
Usually, this is done by going to the Movie Tab, Sync Movie, Select Movie, Apply, Sync and Bob's your Uncle, done.
I'm not sure if I've missed something or things have changed, but that doesn't work anymore.
The movie is on the ipad, with space taken up, but with zero upload time, and on the ipad the movie has this icon next to it.
If someone can help me out, that would be great.

Just to add one more thing;
Yes, the movie has been ripped from a DVD and put onto iTunes, but the same thing happens to a video downloaded via iTunes.
