Ipad exchange load, need step by step instructions, so I can sync e-mail (from pc) including contacts, messages etc.

Hey,
receive mail through local provider but can't obtain conacts, folders etc.
I was told to use exchange for the mail provider, but I'm lost.
Really challenged,
As title says need step by step instructions, real basic, techno-challenged - have mercy!!

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I have alternate icloud email attached to my iPad and I accidentally delete it from appleid.apple.com. And now I can't log out that iCloud account because it doesn't exist and it can't recognize my password.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

All the music from iTunes Store aren't protected. You can search the web for a site that sells protected music.

Are you using a POP3 email account on your computer?
If so the emails will be downloading to your computer and nolonger on the server, which means that when you are on your iPad they are nolonger then to see as your iPad looks at the Mail server your computer is viewing its local email.
If you change your Email to IMAP you will be able to sync your emails which ever machine you are using.

Huh?? The mail application on your iPad is a mirror image of the mail server on your Mac. If you don't open a message on your Mac, it will be on your iPad unopened. If you open it on your Mac, it will appear as opened on you iPad and vice-ersa. If you delete it on your Mac, it will delete from your iPad and vice-versa. If this is not how you want your mail to work, I would recommend removing the mailbox from your iPad. Maybe I'm missing what you're trying to accomplish?

iPads with iOS 5 installed can be used entirely separate from a computer. It can do updates with out iTunes and no computer is needed for it to be setup/activated. You will be fine buying them just an iPad.

You'd need to set that up with your mail provider
For example, I use yahoo. Id' need to access yahoo via safari and their web interface and see what kind of forwarding or auto replies I can set up.
The iPad mail app won't do it, it has to be done at the server level through your mail provider.

Mail 2.1.1: Can't read mails from Exchange server

Effect: *Mail 2.1.1* contacts the Exchange server successfully, which I checked with the operator, looking directly over his shoulder, but Mail 2.1.1 does not load any e-mails. Mail 2.1.1 loads down mails from another server with unknown software (gmx.de) successfully.

I had the same issue with my old iPhone and the 'long & short' of it was that you can't do what you want to do, unfortunately- because it's not a "storage device and because of the way that iTunes works.
BUT..... I found an application that I run on my MacBook Pro that did it FOR me. It's called: "Phone View" I suspect there's a similar app that will do it for you with your iPad. The hitch is, you CAN NOT sync your iPad to iTunes (at least NOT your contacts) until you can fish that info off your iPad first; because, otherwise, iTunes will "replace" the info on your iPad with the contact list on your computer- which, according to your description, is empty. The result would be erasing your contacts.
If I find a iPad version of something like "phone view" (for iPhone) I'll post it here.
