IPad forms in Numbers missing

The Numbers book I downloaded from iTunes suggests that I can add a form to a spreadsheet, and link it to a table. I should be able to tap the + tab, an have the ability to add a form, but all I get is a new sheet.
Any suggestions?
I am using an iiPad 2.

How do you create forms in numbers the same as in numbers for ios

I have a Macbook Running Maveriks 10.92 and Ipad running IOS7. I have numbers on both machines. On the Ipad there is a function that allows you to add a form to enter data from a sheet using Popups.
I can not find this function on the Macbook Pro.
All versions are the latest.

Numbers for iOS supports forms.
Numbers for OS X does not support forms (yet).
Make a request for this feature using the Provide Numbers Feedback item in the Numbers menu.

Using a Macbook Pro, how do I create a form in numbers for easy data entry?

Alas, Numbers on the Mac doesn't (yet) have forms. That's one feature that's "better" on the iPad. As in iOS you can, though, take advantage of special cell formats (Checkbox, Stepper, Slider, Pop-up Menu) to make data entry a little easier.

Needed: overview of all Forms function numbers

I need an overview of all Forms function numbers to be able to map functionality available in Forms 4.5 to Forms 10g.
If i look at the *.res file it seems that a number of Forms function numbers are no longer present. For example numbers > 999. Is this correct? Or are they just missing in the res-file?
For example, in Forms 4.5 it was possible to map a key(combination) to "activate" the ok-button in a LOV or alert. Now, only pressing "enter" or "Alt-O" are possible, but no customisable keys.

There are less Forms function numbers listed in the *.res file available with 10g than in the res file of Forms 4.5.
Quite a number of key-mappings to activate certain Forms function numbers seem to be no longer available. I was therefore wondering if the list in the 10g res-file is compleet or if some overview of all Forms function numbers is available so i can extend this file myself.
p.s. i do not mean Forms build-in functions. The Forms Help does not support any information on the Forms function numbers mentioned in the res-file (for details on what these are, see the "description" in the header of the 10g res-file).

I'm sorry, but I don't want to give you bad advice at this point. I don't use Numbers and I would not know how to extract a sheet from the file - which it sounds like you need to do - based on my very, very limited experience with spreadsheet files.

Here you go:
You should be able to hit the "Agree" button, if you are on an iPhone right now. On a Mac, you should just left click the button where it said "Accept". I hope this helped.
To quit the app store, simply hit these keys:
Than, you should come up with this window:
Select the app store with:
a) The up and down arrow keys
b) Your cursor
Than hit the 'Enter' button twice. This should close the app store. The force quit window is also accesible through the apple logo in the top left corner of the screen. It should say:
Force Quit...

Is there a way to edit, or link to other tables Forms on Numbers?

I was trying to edit a Form in Numbers, and also try to use multiple tables for a Form, and on that same topic, how can I link a cell from a table on a different tab to another table, i also tryed to format a cell as popup menu, and than poin the options on that menu to a cell on a table so it would update it self every time a new cell would be add.. is there any one with ideas how to?

What you are asking about is possible. I don't have an iOS device with Numbers. Referencing others cells (linking) is found in the Numbers Users Guide:

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

IPad 2 icons go missing from desktop on rotating basis

As stated, iPad 2 icons go missing from desktop on rotating basis. My iPad was new as of Xmas day. I have NOT synced to iTunes (I don't want to at this time) and I have NOT upgraded the software to iOS 5.0.1 (still on 5.0).
I have downloaded about twenty apps; five of which cost money from Apple's app store.
I don't get it. This is a new device that I have been using for less than ten days for only an hour or two a day; I don't believe new purchasers of iPads should be having to contend with icons going missing (icons take turns disappearing when swiping back and forth between the pages of app icons, the names of icons remain, however).
I have re-booted the iPad. At first the icons all reappear and all seems well until about an hour of usage of opening up various apps and using them, and then the problem re-appears. I have done this three times now, and have resorted to just contending with the problem as the apps will still launch and they run fine, it is just that the full icon doesn't appear (only the name of the app and a missing icon above the name of the app):
I am thinking the cause could be due to one of two problems/issues, but wonder what others' thoughts are.
1). Glitchy App. If it is due to a glitchy app (and does not Apple test these apps before giving the all -clear to be downloaded from the Apple app store?), how best to figure out which one it is?
2) Glitchy OS (iOS 5.0). If this is due to a glitchy 5.0 iOS, is there no other choice than to upgrade to 5.0.1? I really do not want to do that just yet unless it is necessary. [And if it is necessary, would Apple really release a glitchy iOS knowing ahead of time it had problems? Seems strange....]
Anyone got any ideas or have been experiencing the same issue (is it a known issue)?

And if you restore as new, you can re download the apps for free as long as you are using the same apple id.
If it was a single bad app, you would have said so. If it was a common problem with the os, it would have been reported by a zillion users.
I think your os got corrupted. ( potentially from a bad app, or maybe just gremlins). It is a new machine, just start over. Reload the apps in small groups so that if it is a bad app, you can narrow the issue down.

Some forms triggers are missing

Hi all,
Sometimes when I open a saved form, It loads with some missing triggers. This problem happened with me and with other colleagues at work. We have some triggers as standards, but sometimes, these triggers are gone.
Sometimes Forms Builder gives an error message telling that there is not enough memory to load the object, then it opens the form with some missing forms. Sometimes this happens without the error message. I have 1GB of memory, and I always keep part of it free. I do not use memory-consuming programs.
Everytime this occurs, we have to rollback to an older version and repeat our changes.

What platform are you using? And what version of Forms Builder?
What is the size of the .fmb files you are opening?
It sounds like you should clean up the form fmb using the tried-and-true semicolon - semicolon replace all. Do this just before you save the form when you are done with any development/upgrade: Replace all semicolon with semicolon. Then save the fmb. Then close the fmb WITHOUT compiling. If you want one last re-compile, open the fmb, compile, then close without saving. Your forms should open more easily after you do this.

Can anybody solve me the error while running customer statement F-27 iam getting the error is for "program default form set is missing".I have checked all the configuration settings in correspondence,But i am able to identify the error.We are using SAP standard program (RFKORD10) and form also (Z140-ACC_STAT_01).For company code we have assigned program and form also.
If anybody can solve the issue really i appreciate them.

A. Get spool id per customer and use FM CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF or CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF or 'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF' SAPSCRIPT to PDF for conversion.
2. How to split the spool request for per customer .
A. This you have to design in your driver program and club your spools for particular customer.
3. Script converted PDF file how to place in application server.
A. You have to use destination for PDF as file name and then use Open dataset for output to keep it on application server.

Forms in numbers...how/ when

Hi, we would like to enter data via a form in Numbers, but there isn't that funtion available...should I revert to Excel?
LIkewise, printing our rows of data in form style, is this possible?

entering data into forms is easy. Just make a table with a header row, with header labels placed in and every column set to the proper cell formats. then tap the plus sign above and select form. You then pick the table to base it off of. now use your new form to enter data.
now listing in "form style" might not be as easy. But that is a database functionality that I do not think exccel really does either. can you clarifiy or upload a screanshot of excel/openoffice doing this so we can get on teh same page what you are trying to do?

How do I create a data entry form in Numbers for Macbook Air?

Ever since I switched to the Mac over a decade ago, I've been puzzled by why Apple gives the keyboard interrupt such low priority. When the computer gets busy, keystrokes start to lag. Sometimes, rarely, they are even lost.
The computer gets very busy with Flash websites. If you have several Safari Windows or Tabs running with Flash animation, the fans will start to rev up, a laptop will start to warm your legs (ok in the winter) and your keyboard will lag.
The computer also gets busy when you are editing a large Numbers iWork '09 document. Large for Numbers '09 is not really very big compared to many Excel documents that we are used to seeing in a business setting. This is because Numbers '09 constantly recalculates the document as you type. It doesn't wait for you to finish an entry, it just gets busy recalculating. They tried to address this recalculation problem in iWork '13 (Version 3).
In general, your spreadsheet work will go better if Numbers is the only app you have running. At least close windows, tabs and apps that you aren't using.
One lsat thing is your Free Memory. If you are short on RAM, Restarting your computer will free-up memory by releasing allocations for apps that you may have closed earlier. This is a pain, so it's best to install as much RAM as your computer will hold.
