Ipad In App purchases dont work.

On my Ipad i download normally all my apps... but when i try do do an Inn app purchase the error "please contact Itunes support" appears!?? anyone knows this problem or can help me!?

    What happens when you try to buy in-app purchases, do you get any error messages ?   • Can't get in app purchase to work

    I can't get an in-app purchase to work on my phone.  I tried to download the purchase and it was unsuccessful on the original try.  Now when i go back and try, it says "transaction failed, you will not be charged".  I have removed the app and reloaded from the cloud.  I have deleted the app, updates to iOS 7.1.1 , reinstalled the app, no luck.  Any advice would be appreciated.  App developer is working on it too, but neither they nor Apple seem to be very respnsive.

    It sounds like restrictions may be turned on, as there is a setting to restrict in app purchases.

    You can choose to prevent access to specific content types:
    Ratings (select the country in the ratings section to automatically apply the appropriate content ratings for that region)
    Music and podcasts
    Movies
    TV shows
    Books3
    Apps
    In-app purchases
    You can also adjust the time necessary before a password is required to purchase content.

    Connect your iPad to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Check for Updates “...
    If an Update Appears Install it... if not... you are up to date for your particular Device...

    Thanks for your reply but i've already created an auto renewable subscription and a Multi Issue with i-Tunes Subscription Multi Issue with i-Tunes Subscription and the product id of the subscription in DPS App Builder and enable Newstand for the app. I tested in sandbox environment and looks good.
    The problem is when i try to upload the binary gives me the same message. I've to submit this urgent because my client want to have this in app store in December.

    My in app purchases were working early today and now they aren't.  I have followed the page of what to do and nothing is working.  WHat is wrong?

    There must be some issue with your account or credit card. Not necessarily anything to fret over, but until you contact iTunes support, you may be dead in the water trying to download content.

  • In-App purchases not working on iPad.

    I've checked all my Resrections, synced my iPad and made sure all updates were current and made sure all games were updated. Every time I try to buy an in-app purchase it just shows loading until I turn the game off. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure if it's my wi-fi (even though it shows a full signal) or is something wrong w/my IPad. My current ISO is 5.1.1

    Many applications you download from the App's/iTunes store, and not created by Apple, and therefore Apple would not have the troubleshooting steps or instructions for this application.

  • IPad in-app purchase issues

    In app purchases were problem free until several days ago. Now I get a pop up saying iTunes connection is lost and that I should go to apple iTunes support website.  I should add that I have multiple iPads (original iPad plus a mini) and an iPhone. I've checked to make sure the in-app purchase feature is turned on, and it is on all three devices.  It's just so odd that I was able to make in app purchases fine all alone, then starting several days ago, I have been having problems. Curious to hear if anyone else noticed anything?

    Last month I got my pre-paid master card to use it on the app store, it worked at first but then the next week after i used it last, I couldn't buy anything from the Appstore nor I could get any in-app purchases. I got a itunes card but that didnt work.

    Go into Settings > General > International > Language and choose British English, then hit the Done button. The screen will go black with a comment about Language Settings. Be Patient, especially if you have a lot of apps. Let it run it's course and Then open the App Store again. Voila! Upgrade list is back. And it stuck when i changed back to plain English. He doesn't know why. I don't either. But I am now a happy camper. Worked on my 3rd gen iPad and iPad Mini.

  • IPad Maps App doesn't work - can't connect to server

    Is it just me?
    The iPad Maps app won't let me scroll, search or zoom. I get an error that says I cannot connect to the server, or I get a "server error". I can go to Google Maps via Safari and it works just fine. Is this a 3G only application? All other connectivity works. It's also weird that so many areas have no detail on the iPad's Safari look at Google Maps, when the same locations have full terrain and close-up views on my computer.

    I am also receiving this error message "Cannot provide directions.  The map server is not available".  When selecting "directions, route" option it requires me to download a Maps App which is not compatible for IPAD. 
    Frustrated with this since I was planning a trip.
