Ipad ios7 - lock screen problem

I didn't have a lock screen on my ipad before updaing to ios7 but it has appeared since updating and now the ipad is disabled! Any clues anyone? Am I being really stupid?!

if there are notifications pending (such as txts or unread emails). This is a problem if I am in an accident and I have a PIN setup on my phone. No one will be able to see who to contact without access to my phone.
On ios6, when you got new emails, you would still be able to see your lock screen wallpaper and any info on it.
I think with ios7, by blurring out the wallpaper it could be dangerous or a hazard if a users wallpaper has important info but a bystander wont be able to see it.

keep hearing a lot of people noting their lockscreen blurring issue is mostly due to notificaitons. But, if so, this is the easiest to fix, because you DO NOT have to display notifcations on the lockscreen. I believe there is an option that you can toggle ON/OFF, for displaying on the lockscreen.
not sure if this will handle EVERYTHING that might blur the lockscreen; but think you can keep any notifications from displaying there.
just set all of your apps to "DO NOT INCLUDE" in notifications.
having said that, I am NOT sure how important it is for you to get notifications; but, if your health is the issue, I would think it would be more important to display your lockscreen image than to get notifications. You might be able to simply use option to remove from the lockscreen; but still get them in the notifications swipe down.

IOS7 lock screen time

On my iPhone 5 and iPad mini running than latest iOS7, the time in the lock screen is shown in bold letters but, does not show 'am' or 'pm'. Why is that? I don't want to change to 24 hour format. If there is hidden setting to set it please share it.

I don't think that is an options that is available. iOS 7 dose not show AM/PM along side the time on the lock screen.
Not sure if this was overlooked or left out intentionally.

- The receipt of the letter: Ding (Default)

- On the screen verrouilé: ON
Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars> Fetch New Data Push

- Data Recovery: Manually
- Advanced
- Recovery: ON
Settings> Sounds
- With the ringtone: ON
- In silent mode: ON
- New post: Ding (Default)
- Sons Lock: ON
- Clicks keyboard: OFF

What happened to the battery indicator on my ipad's lock screen?

I've noticed recently that the large green (or red, if low) battery indicator that used to appear on the lock screen when my iPad 2 was plugged in has disappeared. I have searched in vain for a setting for this, could someone point me in the right direction? It could have happened when I updated to iOS 5.0.1, but I am not quite sure the time matches up, and it seems like a silly change to make. Also, my iPhone has the battery indicator, and it's also on 5.0.1.

The issue may also be caused by the power source that you are using:

White Lock Screen Problem On 4th Gen. iPod Touch.

I'm having an EXTREMELY fustrating problem with my 4th gen iPod touch (32gb). I have owned my iPod Touch for almost a year and a half now and I haven't had any problems with it until now. I updated to the new iOS 6 and didn't have any problems with it for about two weeks. But after the two week mark, I started having a white screen on my lock screen. I would press the sleep/wake button to make it lock again and pressed it to turn the screen back on and it would go away, (so that's when I thought, "eh, minor glitch, they'll fix it...). But it has been a month now and it has gotten SO much worse it's not even funny... I will have to compromise with pushing the sleep/wake button about 30 times before it will show my lock screen. But after I got it unlocked everything worked absolutley flawless. Now ever since last night I can't get the white screen to go away!!! keep in mind, I have restored it TWICE and still have the same problem. I know I am buying the new iPod Touch but I still think, even though I am out of the yearly warranty, that I should get either an apple 'fixer' to fix it for me for free or an exchange for either the same exact model iPod or the new 5th gen. I never have had such a problem with Apple until now and would expect paying $300 for a brand-new iPod Touch should last me atleast more than a lowsey year and a half...

Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Photos for lock screen problem

When you choose a photo for lock screen or home screen (ios7.2) it will not allow you to move and scale it! It just zooms to the middle bit so the whole photo cannot be displayed! Very annoying apple!

Have you tried a soft reset ? Press and hold both the Volume Down and Power key for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, the display will turn off and the phone will vibrate and restart.

Q10 lock screen problem

Hi,
little question is here.
when the phone is in sleep mode, pressing any of the number keys wakes up the phone and activates the lock screen
even though the screen keeps being locked, it make the batter runs out faster.
so i want to trun off the function of it.
can i do that, or impossible..?

Not possible. It does that so that you can pick it up and immediately start typing the password without having to wake the device up first. I recommend a holster that puts the device to sleep in order to prevent the buttons from lighting the screen.
