One of our Ipads is not able to connect with 3G abroad.
- Vodafone Subscription is identical
- Mobile data is switched on
- Data Roaming is switched on
- APN is correct
Anyone can help?

I know that corporations may give you passthrough access to the Internet but will not actually join your device to the network. So, am guessing that several other options are possible that may explain your situation. Check with your network people. They should be able to clear this up for you or, at least, eliminate some options.

My iPad is not able to connect to 3G network.

Since last April, I am dealing with a connection problem. My3G connection falls away and I receive the message: No service.
I did all kind of restores, soft ones and hard ones, by iTunes etc. but nothing helps. Sometimes it is back and then it is again gone. I also placed a new simcard, but even that did not help. Unfortunately, Apple care in The Netherlands can't help me. Does any one has an idea how to solve this problem? Thanks

You have to be running iOS 5 in order to update via the iPad settings. You are running 4.3. You will have to update via the latest version of iTunes on a computer. After you update to iOS 5.1.1, you will be able to do OTA updates from the settings on the iPad.

Sounds like the one common thing is the adapter. The cheaper, non apple branded ones tend to fail.
Try another adaptor before worrying about your ipad.

Hi, I have an iPad that is not able to connect to any of the Cisco wireless access points at work. The iPad is on the latest iOS 5.0.1. I did a reset on the iPad and erased all content and settings. The wireless network I'm trying to connect uses WPA2 Enterprise encryption. I'm able to connect to a Verizon mifi device so I know wireless is working. It seems like it's just not getting the certificate. I'm able to connect to our wireless network from other iPads just fine except for this one device. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

I got some big problem with my phone 3gs and ipad 4. Ok I bought my ipad 4 two days ago and i did to conncet internet through my iphone 3gs to ipad 4. its was woking perfect everything was great. but yesterday when i disconnect bulethooth with ipad 4 than i am not able to connect again at all. I did reset all settings in both of ipad 4 and iphone 3gs as well but still its didn't work.

Congratulations on your new iPad! It sounds like you are trying to use your iPhone 3GS as a Personal Hotspot for your new iPad, but it stopped working when you turned off Bluetooth.

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. No iPhone has ever supported file transfer by Bluetooth & most likely never will. So, don't expect a "fix".
