IPad is not accepting Apple ID, ICloud, ITunes Password.

My IPad Mini is not accepting my Apple ID, ICloud or ITunes Password. I tried to reset my IPad but it asks me to switch off my Find My IPhone app, but I could not do so as I am not logged into the ICloud! I even changed my passwords 10 times, but all in vain. I have the latest IOS software. Plz help me.

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you wanted to reset the iPad but you have to turn off Find my iPhone first. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

    To add insult to injury, I have raised the question through Apple's ExpressLane and they close-out the inquiry/complaint without even responding. 
    Any and all ideas and recommendations to address this issue are most appreciated.

    With all you've said across all these posts, the ONE THING that would do exactly what you describe here ... is if you entered a different Apple ID.
    Just to describe it ... your Apple ID and password was working at other devices, but not in your new iPad that you just got in the last few days. You did have to enter that Apple ID in that new machine, but you didn't have to enter it in any of your other devices, as they were working and they already had it entered. Now, if I were to enter some unknown Apple ID into that new machine of yours and then you tried to enter in your password you've been using all along, of course you know that wouldn't work. And, if you changed your password and then tried to enter in that new password you just created - again, you would NOT EXPECT that new password you just created to work on another and different Apple ID.
    The ONLY THING that will work as you describe it here is if that new iPad you just got, had a DIFFERENT Apple ID entered, right at the beginning.
    "THAT" is the track I would be heading down right now for troubleshooting.

    I normally am able to access my workplace email (via Microsoft Outlook Exchange) on my iPad. I was required to change my Enterprise (and Outlook) password on my workplace computer. Now iPad will not accept the new Exchange account password which renders all other functions on the iPad inoperative. How do I bypass that Exchange password prompt?

    We have similar issue with our corporate ipads.
    Enter the new Exchange password then reboot the iPad. Exchange should accept the password after reboot, seems to be some peculiar quirk!

    Don't know how it happens. Have you signed in successfully with your Apple ID in App Store or iCloud? Is your iPad connected to network?
    You should make sure that your iPad is connected to a stable network. And then you should type in the correct Apple ID password.

    You need to be running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to sync the iPhone 5; this may require buying a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store. OS upgrades aren't covered by the warranty.

    As stated above - purchasing more space in iCloud has nothing to do with this. You do not have enough space left on the iPad for the movie to download, you need to delete content on the device itself.
    You may want to transfer purchases to iTunes and then delete some content on the device to make room.

    Welcome to the Support Communities!
    Do you have the latest version of iTunes for Windows installed?  I would turn on the sidebar and the menu bar just to make sure you are seeing everything.  If the iPhone is still not recognized in iTunes, follow these troubleshooting steps:

The iPads here take a sim card. We were advised by an Apple Store Employee at home that this model would work in Europe and that we could buy our service here.  That does not seem to be the case.    We have been told that we must invest in a modem at 200.00€ and then purchase a separate service plan for each country. We can use the free wifi wherever it is available but we cannot connect to the outside world when out of range. Is there anything else we can do?

    What do you mean 'does not ship unless he closed' ? What are you trying to do with your iPad, and what happens when you do it ?
    If your computer's iTunes isn't recognising the iPad then do you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer ?

    Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
