IPad just stopped working; will not turn on

My iPad has suddenly stopped working. I picked it up this morning to read one of my newspaper apps and it won't turn on. The screen is completely blank. It was working normally last night. I thought maybe the battery had run out so I plugged it is to recharge but it still would not turn on. Do you think it might be the battery? I bought it in July. Thought the battery would last longer than that.

Thank HEAVENS!!!! I was crying about my ipad, i have done so much to protect it and as i'm walking out of class to my car (my ipad worked during my entire class) i pull it out of its carrying case and push the home button and NOTHING! but the power and home button for 10 seconds, i'm so happy!!! I'm crying tears of joy right now as my BABY IS BACK!!!!! Now i'll be babying my 64GB wifi + 3g ipad even more she's not even a year old!!! I am so glad that i found this post in the apple discussion section. BLESS YOU!!! But how strange that this happened almost 10 days apart from yours doing the same thing. What's going on apple?

I am on second ipad in 6 months, and this one has just stopped working can not turn it on have had it on charge all day but it is as dead as a dodo. it this common because i am ready to look at othe brands now!

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order

If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

I have a Officejet 8500 A910n. When printing a pdf the print job just stops and will not print.

Only certain files the print job just stops and will not print in Adobe Acrobat X. All other applications work fine.

I grasp that when you power on the notebook it flashes 3 times but does not boot to Windows. Here is a link to Computer does not start and the LEDs blink or the computer beeps that will help you determine the cause.

try a hard reset. hold down the home button and the power button at the same time until u see an apple appear on the screen
if that doesnt work u will need to place it into recovery mode and start a restore because the software failed.

Assuming your iPhone is well charged, place it in recovery mode as described here. You may have to try this more than once to succeed.

In the last 2 years my ipad(ipad 4 retina display) had never had any problem. Today while running A heavy 3D graphics app, it froze. Nothing could be reste it. Even holding the on-off button did not help. But when I tried your technique, it worked immediately.

Rebel Xsi display stopped working will not take photo

I have had this camera for a few years. I took it with me and left it covered in the car (hot day) and now the display will not light up and the camera will focus on an object but will not take photo.
Would heat cause the display to stop working? What can be done to possibly correct this issue?

Ipad mini ? it will not turn on

I went to turn on ipad mini yesterday and it was extremely warm and did not respond even after trying to reboot by holding down both the ON button and the sleep button simultaneously. Should I even bother taking it to an apple repair dealer? I had downloaded several games for my 2 yr old grandson two days before. Did I overload it?
