Ipad loses internest connection randomly

I randomly lose internet connection. I am connected and working away and then all of a sudden I get the message i lost internet and i have to go turn off the wi-fi and then turn it on again for it to connect again. Sometimes it will take several times. There is more than one ipad in the house and everyone of them have this problem. Any ideas of what is happening? Any help will be appreciated.

There are a few things that you can try.
Update the firmware on your router.
Change the channel on the router (online) to a lower number (iPad seems to like single digits)
You have to many devices on the network for your router to handle. Check the router's information to see how many devices it can handle. Count your wifi enabled gadgets. Don't forget, game consoles, cell phones, streaming players, laptops as well as tablets and MP3 players that use wifi.
If your modem and router are a few years old, they may be doing the slow dance of death. If a router and/or modem works intermittently and the failures become more frequent, it may be on the way out.

Even if your router is "new" visit the manufacturer's support web page to see if there is a firmware update for it. Also check to see if there is a support hotline or forum.

The music is loaded onto my imac and I want to be able to access it from the ipad
The only way I can do this is to sync with the imac. This does not use the icloud as I thought.
The library shows on the ipad but it does not play.

- If it happened after an iOS update try:

Try # 5>
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Wi-Fi disconnects, or signal strength is less than expected
Move closer to the Wi-Fi router (access point).

Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: This will reset all network settings including: previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords, recently used Bluetooth accessories, VPN and APN settings.

IPad loses wireless connection.

Why does my iPad one keep losing connection with my TPG wireless broadband. This happens at random unless I am a few feet away from the router. My old Dell laptop stays connected reliably anywhere in the house.
The connection has always been poor but seems to have deteriorated with the recent upgrades in the OS.

I was having this same thing happen, although I have a pretty good high speed Internet connection. However, my iPad was losing the connection especially when I was skyping or streaming media. I made an appointment at my local apple store and they had it fixed by having me do a restart. In other words, first you sync your iPad to your computer so you don't lose anything, and then do a total restart. You do this while its connected to your computer. However, DO NOT do a RESTORE BACKUP. You want the iPad to be like it was when you got it. You'll have to the sync it to get your apps back.
This worked for me. I havent lost a connection since! Hope this works for you!

Lately my magic mouse has been losing its connection quite randomly. It usually reconnects soon after. I bought a cheap USB mouse to keep me going during these unexpected down-times. The batteries are fresh and the switch is on. I've uninstalled and re-installed the mouse in Bluetooth, but the problem recurs.

Try a PRAM reset. That usually helps bluetooth problems.

As the subject states, my iPhone 4 will lose connection to any network and when i try to find another network, it never finds another network again until i reboot it.

Do all the configuring while SSID broadcast is enabled. Make sure the computer connects. And make sure it connects automatically when the network is in range. Once you have established that, turn off the SSID broadcast and see if it is still working.

just browsing around I found this question. Also on my mini retina I fight with this problem. After a lot of searching I found that the only solution is to switch to
Airplane Mode, wait few seconds and switch again.

You maybe running low on memory since you are using the original iPad with iOS 5.1.1 and the iPad is crashing. This may help and it certainly won't hurt.
Quit all apps completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Do this before you launch Safari again. Go to Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies and Data. You don't have to clear the history.

Then I must quit and restart iTunes every time to continue to read my films. I repairedmy permissions, I restore my 2 AppleTV2 but that do nothing. I concluded that it is a loss of wireless connection. I do not know exactly what to do ...
