IPad Mail threads are organized by Subject.  Can Mail on iPad be adjusted to organize Threads by Sender?

iPad Mail in iOS7 seems to have only one option for organizing by Threads.   It defaults to organizing by Subject.   Is there a way to switch Threads to be organized by Sender?

Hmm, yes, I have exactly the same issue. Apple mail upgraded my IMAP account to an IMAP Exchange account, and now I have messages that stay unread until I unorganize/organize by conversation. Other devices that use IMAP do know that the message has been read...
Any solutions anybody?
