When will ipad mini be available on line or have more availability in store?
And please don't tell me that it is a popular item or to check with a local store, that doesn't answer my question. The stores just say to check back later which once again does not answer my question.

I'm sorry but we aren't able to say confidently when there may be a mini available at a local store for you or when it may be for sale on our website. Our stores are receiving shipment all the time. With a popular product like this, our best advice is to check back often.

I meant by "not compatible" that all the solutions that I found on the web did not work, especially the "Microsoft exchange" one.
Fortunately I found on the comments of the first website you mentioned the right answer for me, which I copy below:
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Other > Add CardDav Account.
Enter the following information in the fields:
Server: google.com
User Name: Enter your full Google email address
Password: Your Google account password
Select Next at the top of the screen to complete the setup.
After you have completed the setup, open the Contacts app on your device. Syncing should begin automatically.
Additional Information
Note: Make sure that SSL is enabled (under Advanced settings), and that the port is 443.
If you are using application based special password go to https://accounts.google.com/Se... and instead of your password put that special code and u r done.

HT1222 IPad mini wifi+cellular does not allows to enable restrictions in fact there is no such alternative under Settings- General.. I need the passcode for several purpose, how can to avail it?.. Please somebody ASAP

A day before got new IPAD mini (Wifi-Cellular). When trying to look forpasscode enable option, it ended with nothing to avail. Would like to know if there is any such priviledge or not. Secondly, when the iPad is left idle for awhile ,say, 5 minutes,, a poor screensaver pops up and continues to play IPad advertisement, which we usually find in DEMO products @stores. Doubtful, if seller has handed over bad/demo stuff to me. Please suggest. It took whole of last night to figure out on Google, but no success.

You can configure a passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using Settings > General > Passcode Lock.

If you are unable to modify certain passcode settings, there may be a configuration profile that requires these passcode options.
You can find out if a profile is installed by tapping Settings > General and looking for the Profile setting between Accessibility and Reset.

I have an ipad mini and the updates tab on appstore is not showing anything once i open it. It shows that there are three updates available but when i open it there is nothing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Ipad mini keeps telling me siri is not available, connect to the internet and i haven't asked for siri to do anything

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

Well I truly love your products. The iPad mini experience e is quite disatisfactory.
When I pinch and zoom to read books- black screen appears until I reset it to original size.
And when I pinch and zoom pages on safari, trasnistion is not smooth at all. It appears like the page is refreshing frame by frame
To close apps or pages on safari tab. I have to tap twice or thrice, yet it doesn't until I press it for two to three sec

You can not connect to the internet with a WiFi only iPad without WiFi. You can get a mobile hot spot from your carrier but that still connects to the iPad via WiFi and comes with a monthly data plan like a cell phone.
