Ipad mini program in a loop

I was playing Words With Friends on my new ipad mini. An advertisement came up with the "continue" option. When I pressed "continue" nothing happened, but I am getting a continuous circle in the center of the ad, which looks like the page is in a loop. I cannot close the page using an "x" at the bottom and I cannot get back to Words with Friends. It appears stuck and I don't know what I can do to stop this.

Press Home button to return to the Home screen. Then, double-press Home button, hold Words with Friends icon at the bottom until you see a X button above this icon, and press it. It will close the application, so open it and everything should be working

Anyone else having reset loop issues with ipad or ipad mini after IOS 7.02 update ? Based on my research it looks like this release is a total disaster for a lot of users. Locking up phones and ipads. Hopefully 7.03 will fix this mess.

My Ipad mini is in a constant reset loop since 7.02 upgrade. Did a full recover twice to Factory setting thru Itunes. That did not work. Any thoughts on this release and it's implications. Looks like many people are having the same issues.

Thanks for your reply. It sounds like your device is actually in a restart loop, which is different from the process of a soft reset. Specifically, what I wanted you to try is this:
Resetting your device
If your device stops responding, you can reset it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If resetting does not break the restart loop, it sounds like a different direction may be warranted here. Due to the nature of your issue you may find more assistance by using another one of Apple's support resources:

I would suggest using Apple's Pages which allows support for imbedding videos from the device's camera roll. Pages also allows for sharing via email, Air Drop, and Messages.

Ipad mini jumps from program to another all by it self very intermittent

ipad mini jumps from one program or app all by its self. does not matter if playing games on on wireless it is very intermittent any clue on what it is doing

Try this:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings

IPad mini - Endless Loop - In the apple logo screen clears and restarts

Hi guys, good afternoon, okay?
I have a mini iPad which is just restarting. He arrives at the black screen with the logo, the mace, and restarts.
It all started when I installed an app that can not even remember the name, then he started to reboot from time to time. The night I turned off the machine when I sleep and after that started this infinite loop.
I've tried:
* Restore Mode (When will start the restore process, iTunes can not communicate with the iPad, because is restarting).
* Reset
* Leave the battery runs out (It was about 2 months without charge, with the battery already exhausted, yet the charging signal appeared when trying to connect, and today when I try the loop again persisted).
The unit was in the last version of iOS and without jailbreak. It's a 32gb wifi iPad mini.
Does anyone have any idea to help me? Thank you!

De Apple no has de tocar nada por cambiar de aparato, NADA. Como mucho, si el iPad fuera de operador, te podrian decir que no es compatible con es operador. Esto te lo digo sin conocimiento, porque en iPhone sucede, lo que no se si tambien en iPad hay bloqueo por operador (no lo se).
Si el tema viene por el proveedor, tienes dos opciones, o bien comprar un iPad del mismo operador que tienes ahora (Vodafone, Movistar, Orange o lo que sea) o que sea libre, o bien cancelar la tarjeta que tengas y comprar una del operador del que te oferten el iPad.
O sea, si ahora tienes un iPad con una tarjeta de Movistar, comprar un iPad de Movistar o uno libre o bien dar de baja la tarjeta y contratar una del operador del que te vendan el iPad.
De todas maneras repito, de Apple no has de dar de baja NADA DE NADA.
O bien no te han entendido en MM, o bien no les has entendido tu.

IPad mini 16gb - boot loop

hello
i had my IPad mini less then a year and every ten or so minute it will just reset itself adn remain in a boot loop for about 4 or 5 time, then reset back to the home screen, then again after about 10 minute it does it all over again.
i have done fatory reset on it still remains the same
i have done a resstore from a back up remains the same
and yes i have tryed turning it off and on again
can any one help please

2. Have you tried a restore with a computer
And 3. If it is jailbroken, did you use Evasi0n7?

IPad Mini Retina and Win 8.1 Connection Looping

When I plug in ipad mini to new ASUS PC that I just upgraded to Win 8.1 the USB connection does not stay permanently established. The ipad loops between connecting and not connecting and just keep looping back and forth. The device manager goes back and forth displaying the ipad. Worked fine on Win 8.
Can anyone help?

In particular, since your iPad is up to date with iOS 8.0.2 -

I have a 24 inch 2.93GHz Intel Core 2 duo,purchased April 2009. I tried to import my photos from my iPad mini and found out that my iPhoto program was not working correctly.
Is there a way that I can get an updated version of iPhoto.

What does "not working correctly" actually mean?
What version of the OS do you have?
v8.1.2 is the latest version of iPhoto 09. Upgrading beyond that requires a purchase.

My ipad mini is stuck in an endless loop?

i was using my ipad mini perfectly fine until wednesday. i came home and tried to charge it because it had died and it started looping endlessly. it goes to the apple logo and starts to boot, but imediately goes to a white loading type screen. i have tried to connect it to itunes but it connecs and unconnects, ocassionally showing a device internal error screen. it wont do anything, reset, nothing. what should i do?

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.

I just purchased an iPad mini with retina display. Would someone be so kind as to tell me where I download the programs that come with this model please? We seem to have skipped that step when setting it up at the store
