Ipad not delivered

where on the delivery status or website can i report that my ipad has not been delivered.
cant find it anywhwere, asks for an update for online assistance but no idea where to update, i just want to send and e-mail with reference number so they can chase.

I've been having this problem too, but here's the catch: originally it was only with my dad, and only sometimes. Now it's dad and husband, every time! Pix go through, via imessage, to everyone else, and they go through to dad/husband if I "send as text" after it fails.
And the other annoying thing- the blue bar will run all the way, and it will say "delivered". So I close out of imessage. When I reopen it again, the "delivered" has changed to "not delivered" with the red exclamation point. I just googled "imessage not sending photos" and founds TONS of people with the same problem, but no solutions. (I have rebooted phone, reset network settings, with no luck. I even had to backup/delete/restore my whole phone the other day for a different reason, and hoped that would fix it, but now it won't send to my dad OR my husband (who is on not just the same carrier, but the same family plan as me)

My iPhone and iPad are showing NOT DELIVERED when I send an iMessage although they do send and all my credentials are up to date, this is a problem among all my friends who are iMessage users. Apple needs to correct and post resolution asap

So I have been trying to send my boyfriend pictures from over the weekend. He has an iPhone 5s as do I. When I go to send him a picture from either my iPad mini or my iPhone 5s it says "delivered" then a couple seconds later says "not delivered" with the red ! . This is very irritating. I have already turned off iMessage and logged back in. I have reset network settings. Nothing is fixing this issue.

It means the messages were not received and your SMS option is disabled
Settings > Messages > Send as SMS > On

Hi all,
Please, can somebody help me? I am on IOS 5 and all of my family are on IOS 5 too. we all have imessage enabled, yet when I try to send a message to either the ipod or ipad, from my iphone, I keep getting the message 'not delivered'.
I have tried many different suggestions on these and other forums, with no luck! Please, can anybody help me?

I have even tried to restore phone twice! No good.

You need an active Sim with text message capabilities to send SMS messages as they go through your carrier. You need an internet connection to send iMessages to other iOS devices.
If you are connected to the internet and cannot send iMessages, I suggest you sign off iMessage on both iPhone and iPad and then sign back in again.
Make sure your "send from" in settings is appropriate. For example if you have selected send from your phone number and your sim card is not on the phone, this might be a problem, so if you do not want to put the sim back on the phone, then select an iCloud account or other email account to send from.
Make sure the person you are trying to reach has "received at" properly selected on their iDevices.

Same problem here with and I've done everything shy of a total reset which I also find unacceptable. This problem exists on all iMessage platforms (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) so I don't see how restoring my iPhone would help the problem.

Why are my iMessages coming back as "not delivered" on ALL devices?

For the past 2 days, my iMessages have been showing the message "not delivered" on ALL of my Mac devices. iPad, iPhone and my Macbook pro. I have the new Mountain Lion software. This does not only happen when I have wi-fi on, but also when I was using 3g today on my iPhone. I asked my friends if they could see there was something wrong with my imessages, and yes, they said that they would receive the same message when they tried to iMessage me ONLY.
The thing is, I know that my iMessages are going through.
Anybody have any ideas? I searched around for similar issues, but none seemed to match this kind of problem. Any help is definitely appreciated.

Found a fix on another thread that seemed to work.
Go into Messages preferences and uncheck "enable this account." Wait a few seconds, then recheck it.
Also disabled and re-enabled imessages on my 4S just for good measure.

Images sent by iMessage always come back "Not Delivered

When I try to send images from Photos via iMessage, nothing works. I've tried being connected via LTE. I've tried being connected by multiple different wi-fi connections. I've tried sending to the recipients phone and to multiple Apple accounts. Nothing at all works. I send, and a few seconds later, it bounces with a "Not Delivered" and no explanation as to why. Text iMessages work fine.
I'm using an iPad with wi-fi and LTE, on AT&T. I get a notification reading "The message to [person's name] failed to send
I've tried sending it from a Verizon iPhone 5S as well, and the exact same thing happens. I'm completely puzzled.

IMessage shows not delivered on one device, but delivered on others

Hi there,
since a few days I have a strange iMessage problem. When I write an iMessage to someone from my iPhone it shows up as not delivered after a few seconds, but the message does arrive at the recipient. If I look on my iPad the same message looks ok, it shows the delivered/read status perfectly normal.
When I switch devices, the problem exists the other way around. I get the not delivered status on my iPad but the same message shows up OK on my iPhone.
The problem exists on different WiFis and on the 3G network.
I already tried to "reactive" the iMessage service on my iPhone but to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve the problem?

Aaaaand seconds later I found the solution:
I logged out from Messages on my Mac and everything works again!

IOS 7.0.4 I-Messages not delivered

Despite trying all sorts of resets, & shutdowns, I-Message continues to say "not delivered". The not delivered message comes up straight away.
What am I missing

Are you sending a message to another Apple iDevice (iPhone, iPad, etc)?
Plus, that person has to have iMessage set up.

My iMessages are saying not delivered but are being delivered

Messages from my iPad are coming up as not delivered yet the other person is receiving them! But on my phone my iMessages are not being received and I am not receiving iMessages! This has been going on since last night and it's really irritating!! Please help!!

I think I found the fix. I unistalled messages beta from my mac, and that seems to have solved the problem.

My wife has an iPhone running iOS 7.0.4 and an iPad running iOS 7.0.4 and everyone trying to communicate with. Her via iMessage is getting the error message of Not Delivered when in fact the messages are getting through. I see a lot of issues relating to this dating back to 2012 but nothing recent. We have tried resetting everything. Even trie restoring to factory resets and still the same issue. Anyone know of a trick that I have not thought of yet?

we are on verizon as well, my husband and I are both getting this error on every text we have sent using imessage withen the last week...driving us nuts, and if someone with an iphone tries to send us messaged...they get same thing on their end...but only with our phones...we hve 4s and verizon as well
any help would be appreciated
