IPad notes app HELP

Hello everyone,
I just recently got an iPad and I use notes all day long with my work. I wanted to know if there is any app or way I can sync notes like on a exhange server between two separate ipads. For example, I update a note on my iPad and a co-worker can view the same note on his iPad/iPhone? Please if anyone has any idea how to do this it would be great. I appreciate all support.

I think you can do it via a GMail exchange account. Notes is listed as a sync item in the exchange setting on the iPad. However, I know there are apps like EverNote and OneNote that do sync their own items.

    You can't.  Those are the only choices in the native app you have.

    once they are written you can't but on a new note while your typing you can turn on CAPS LOCKS

  • IPad Notes App. not syncing with iMac

    I just set up my new iMac and began to sync my iPad (3rd Gen.) to the iMac over the iCloud with WiFi enabled.  Seems like everything syncs except for the Notes App. on the iPad.  When I open Notes on my iMac, I see "updating" listed on the title bar of Notes but nothing happens.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    I was having the same problem with Notes not syncing. I also got duplicate notes. I found that spryt's solution fixed my syncing problem and signing in and out of icloud on my local devices finally fixed the duplicating notes problem. I am not using a networked home directory. Using Mavericks OS and believe the problem started with the upgrade.
    I did notice one peculiarity: on my iMac, it shows that I'm syncing notes to "All [email protected]". However, on my Macbook Pro, Notes shows I'm syncing to "All icloud". I tried to change my iMac to "All icloud", but I can't seem to find that preference. I hope they are one and the same.
    Syncing is almost instantaneous across devices including iphone and ipad now. If I find that I encounter any more problems, I'll update this thread.

  • Ipad + Kobo app HELP!

    I purchased the Ipad yesterday and it was going great until I went to add the Kobo app to download my already purchased books. The app itself downloads fine, I sign into my Kobo account and...none of my books show up.
    Am I doing something wrong? I have search all over google for someone having the same problem and I cannot seam to find a solution. I have tried converting my books to epub and loading them into ibook, they show up there but they cannot open due to the type of format.
    Anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

    I have tried contacting them and they have not been helpful. I have sent them 2 messages and they haven't gotten back to me also.
    I have now been able to get most (not all) of the books to show up in my Library on the Kobo app - however they won't allow me to open them. Even the free books the app comes preloaded with won't open - it says the formats are incompatible. I have deleted and reloaded the Kobo app at least 4 times.

  • IPad NOTES app crashing since 7.0.1 update

    I updated my iPad to iOS 7.0.1 yesterday, and am finding that the Notes app crashes every time I try to update certain notes that I created today on my iPad 3. 
    I use Notes more than a few times a day, and have over 700 notes in one notepad which convieniently backs up to my Gmail and is searchable there. So, I hope that Notes crashing gets fixed soon. I've tried other Notes apps such as Notebook+ and Noteability and Evernote, but I keep returning to the Apple Notes app for its convenience and simplicity.

    Same issue here, with iPad 3. Notes worked at first after update. Then, it crashed while I was searching for a Note. I have also quit app, and restarted iPad, but as soon as i open Notes it briefly flashes that last screen I was on (I had been searching for a note, so it briefly shows the keyboard, the list of notes on the left, and the search box) and then immediately shuts down again.
    I looked for notes in Spotlight Search, as someone suggested, but got the same result when i tried to open it from there.
    Nothing seems to resolve it. really hoping I don't need to reboot the whole thing and start all over again setting up all of the other apps that required passwords, verification codes, etc etc....

    The built in notes app on my ipad 2 continually sends emails to my blackberry every time i add a line to the note. I get a new email every minute, each time it saves. How do i make it stop?

    Mine only sends an e mail when i tap the outbox icon at the bottom of the page, in other words, on demand.
    Shut down the app, and double click the home button to see the task bar.  Touch and hold any of the recently used apps until they jiggle, then close them off by touching the minus sign.  Then reboor the pad by holdimg thr sleep and home button until the apple logo appears.  Ignore the red slider.  
    When you restart, see if the problem has gone away.

  • Ipad notes app problems

    I have a couple issues with the iPad 2 Notes app:
    1) When I press the left and right arrows near the bottom (to move to the next or previous note), nothing happens. Neither arrow is functional.
    The trash can icon and the mail icon still respond.
    2) When the Notes app cloud syncs (I also use Notes on my iPhone 4, iPod Touch and MacBooks), I lose the "Noteworthy" font and the text of the Note becomes Helvetica (and the text also becomes smaller).
    Has anybody else experienced these issues?

    Try this if and when it happens again. Quit the app and restart the iPad.
    Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit the app by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on the Notes icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the app. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

  • IPad Notes App Won't Open - A Workaround

    The Notes app on my Ipad suddenly stopped working. Whenever I clicked on the app, the app would start to load then flash the notes list for a brief Secound then close. I tried every conceivable method to recover the functionality. I closed the app from the home screen, rebooted the iPad, nothing worked. I even tried quickly opening a note as the list flashed. No luck.
    Finally, I thought, what if I could do a search that would pull up a note. I did just that. I typed in a word I knew was in one of my notes and the note listed in the search window. From there I was able to open my notes app. I opened and closed the app several times and all seemed to be back to normal.

    Both methods were work arounds. If they don't work try more traditional methods. If your Notes won't open neither method can make them work less.

    i purchased my ipad yesterday and today got it ready and registered but when i try to sync applications on my ipad it tells me that it was not installed because im not authorized to use it on this computer then it says to authorize this computer for items purchased from the ITunes Store. choose store> Authorize This Computer .... The directions confused me can anyone help me on the directions? so i can sync my applications

    Just do what the dialogue box said. In iTunes click on the Store tab and then click on the Authorize This Computer option and follow the instructions.

  • Preview on iPad Not Showing, Help?

    I am struggling to get my iPad to show on preview within Adobe InDesign DPS. I originally thought it was because my iPad wasn't listed as a portable device on my computer, but I finally got it to & I still can't preview.
    I am curious if this is because of the recent iOS update? Or if I'm doing something wrong.
    I mean I can still update and see the FOLIO's via download through the Adobe Content Viewer App, which is fine. But I am still curious.
    Also, I have Windows 8.

    Ipreordered a  on book that is now available. I tried to download it into my iBook app and it's stuck. Pause

    Try a Restart. 
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
     Resetting your settings
    You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
    Resetting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
    Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

    I have many notes on my iphone and ipad notes app  They used to be synced between the two  Suddenly they disappeared from my ipad and then from my iphone.,  The notes came back to my iphone but not to the ipad.  How can they be  synced together and how can they stay on my devices without icloud taking them off.,

    I'm not sure whether this works with notes, (it works with contacts etc) Paul might be worth a try:
    Try turning off notes syncing in your settings > iCloud and then turning them back on, hopefully you will be given the option to merge your notes. Otherwise I am afraid you are going to have to transfer them manually in the manner which you have already described.

  • IPad Notes Crashing

    MY iPad Notes app has crashed.  I had tried to delete what I saw was a "duplicate" Note which caused the crash (based on reading others' questions)..  I operate my iPad wirelessly, synching to my PC.  I've reset, backed up, changed Notes from iCloud to iPad, repeated all these steps.  Nothing.  Please help.

    Hey there Monsaccount,
    It sounds like you are not able to open the Notes app on your iPad, and you have reset it by holding the power and home buttons until it restarted. I would next quit all the running apps on your iPad:
    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that and restart the iPad one more time and test the issue again:
