IPad - removing apps problem
Why am I getting a message saying that the iPad doesn't have enough free space, when I am removing apps to make more space? It is plugged into my Macbook, and i hit Sync, then get this message.
You are syncing to remove apps and you are getting a message that you don't have enough free space to remove apps...is that what you are saying. That doesn't make sense.

Latest iPad Video App Problems
Is anyone else having problems with the latest iOS7 video app?
I have spent a lot of time numbering all of my TV Shows carefully (Series Number, Episode Number and Episdoe ID etc)
This used to work perfectly, but now it doesn't.
When I import a whole series of a TV Show, all is fine. The numbering works correctly.
If I then re-sync the iPad, ALL episode number are set to zero on the iPad, even though they are still correct within iTunes.
If I import half a series (for example 1-6) - this is fine - UNTIL I add say 7-12. Then the numbering for 7-12 is OK, but 1-6 all gets set back to zero.
Its really annoying, and i'm sure that its a simple fix. It should've been discovered during testing anyway. I expect more of Apple developers and testers quite honestly.
Also, where is the option to play a whole series of shows like we had before???? I though newer versions of software were supposed to improve the user experioence, NOT take away functionality. As I link my iPad up to a large screen TV, I now have to get up and press 'play' after every episode.
I'm not being lazy, but it's just annoying, when we used to have the option to just let the episodes play one after the other... Or am I just not seeing a hidden button somewhere???no offense but I hope if apple are reading they will focus on the more show stopper issues some people have rather then a video starting over and showing seen icon incorrectly which at the end of the day must be seen as a minor nuisance compared to people who can't get network connection or other fatal issues

So I download an app or apps and when there done I don't see them on my home screen so I searched for them and found them but what I want to know is how do I get them on my home screen? Please help this is annoying me badly XD
Are your screens full? If all of the screens are full, the apps will not appear on the home screens and you have to search for them.
If this is a relatively new problem try resetting your iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. After the iPad starts up, see if the apps appear. -

I have a couple issues with the iPad 2 Notes app:
1) When I press the left and right arrows near the bottom (to move to the next or previous note), nothing happens. Neither arrow is functional.
The trash can icon and the mail icon still respond.
2) When the Notes app cloud syncs (I also use Notes on my iPhone 4, iPod Touch and MacBooks), I lose the "Noteworthy" font and the text of the Note becomes Helvetica (and the text also becomes smaller).
Has anybody else experienced these issues?
MikeTry this if and when it happens again. Quit the app and restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit the app by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on the Notes icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the app. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -
I'm having trouble with my Facebook account not updating. It ends up giving me a network error. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. It didn't work. All the updates have been done to my app. What can I do?

I brought new Ipad air, when ever I try to delete apps, ipad air crashes, tries many times unable to remove apps.
You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -
iPad version 4.2.1 app problems it won't. Let me download apps.it says check billing info I check everything number by number letter by letter it still won't work everything on my billing is correct
If you had money in your account when you purchased a paid app and Apple didn't claim on the payment to your bank until after the download it maybe that there was insufficient balancce in your account to complete the purchase and therefore you'll need to wait until you have the funds to make the payment, when you have billing issues it won't even let you download free apps.
If that isn't the case then give iTunes store a call or email them and they can tell you exactly what is wrong with the account -

How can I remove apps from my iPad? It does not have the little "x" option on the iPad like the iPhones.
It works just the same as an iPhone. A long hold on an icon will cause them all to start wobbling, drag to move around or tap the X to remove.You can't remove any of the built-in apps so these won't get an X to tap.

I tried to restart my iPad due to problems with a Pinterest app that took up a lot of storage in the cache...now the apple logo comes up but will not start...it has recently been charged

Few problems with the dock. Creating App stack, and removing apps from dock
OK.. I am running leopard 10.5.4, and decided I wanted to use the app folder as a stack. I made my new folder with the alias' inside. However, when I went to move it into the dock, 9on the right side of the sizing bar), the other stacks failed to shift out of the way, so I couldn't add it in.
Another problem is that I can't see to remove apps from the dock. I have admin rights, and they are not active, hence the desire to get rid.
Anyone have an idea??Erm... Doh! had dock 'locked' in Onyx...

have read posts re the iOS 6.1 mess up... but how do I fix this? It says 6.1.1 is there to correct this problem but it is not on iTunes to download. I cannot updte apps, download apps and have had to remove apps because they keep crashing! Very angry!

Never had problems with iPhones until now and this has really annoyed me... Apps have cost me money have had to go because they won't function
the error messages say that data cannot be downloaded at this time and it is ot because I do not have free space because I have removed items to make sure there is room! -
Keep trying to down load a Magazine I just purchased an I keep getting an error message that "unable to download folio". Have check for enough space and have deleated app. And reloaded. Also rebooted iPad nothing fixes problem.
Does the iTunes Store need to reset my subscription or is this a fix I can do on my iPadTry This...

Hi I have a 1st generation iPad 64Gb, my problem is when I am surfing the Internet or trying to read a magazine that I have bought and downloaded, the iPad closes down the app and the screen goes blank and then back to the home page. Any ideas?
