IPad running ios 7 color layers won't work

On my iphone running ios 7, swiping to get control center brings up control center but has the colors underneathe showing through and it looks very nice. On my ipad, control center is ALWAYS white no matter what's underneathe. Why am I experiencing this?

I do have the same problem on the iPad 3d gen also, my brother's iPad mini is completely good he doesn't have this problem, I think that this cool layer color thing is just for the following devices
iPad 4, iPad mini, iPhone 5 , iPhone 5s , iPhone 5c, iPod touch 5g 16, 32, 64 gb

I also can no longer view any Youtube clips, since installing iso6, and it is driving me to frustration! If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > Installing Apps being set 'off' ?

What you are seeing is how Safari works now in iOS 5. There is no way to get that icon in Safari now. There other much better browsers available in the App Store. Look at iCab Mobile, Mercury, Atomic, ....
I have been running iOS 5x for so long now, that I don't even remember if that icon did appear in earlier iOS versions

Lightroom 3 and PSE10 layers won't work?

I recently purchased Lightroom 3 and installed on my computer running Windows 7. I already had Photoshop Elements 10 installed and that and Nikon Capture NX2 were what I used for editing. PSE8 is also still installed on my computer. When I choose to send a photo from LR3 to PSE10 for editing, all the layers choices are grayed out. I have searched, I promise, but have not found the answer for these two combinations. Can someone help me please? Thank you. All the versions are updated.

Elements doesn't support much functionaliy in 16-bit mode. Switch to 8-bit.

No, downgrading the iOS version is not supported by Apple.
You could see if any of the following improve things :
- closing apps via the iPad's taskbar : iOS: Force an app to close.
- if having problems with Safari, clearing its history and data : Settings > Safari
- soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
- backing up (and copying any purchases over to your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases) and restoring
- adjusting settings e.g. turning 'reduce motion' on (Settings > General > Accessibility), turning off 'background app refresh (Settings > General), turn off multitasking gestures (Settings > General)
- resetting back to factory defaults (after copying off purchases and any documents, photos etc that you want to keep) and then resyncing it back

Ah, well, then the notes are probably gone. Did you save any of the email from that account on your computer? The notes might be there if you did.

Ipad 2 ios 6 airport networks not working

I have around 19 ipad2 that i supervise with apple configurator.
Today i programmed approx 16 of the using configurator, it automatically upgraded then to ios6 even though i told it to use ios 5.1.1
Now when i connect them to any of our airport express's its says its connected on the wifi page, but i get no connection shown in the satus bar at the top. i know they are negotiating with the airports because its assigns them a IP address. But i cannot connect with the vnc devices i have connected to the LAN port of the airport.
I know the airport is functioning as i still have a few ipads running ios 5.1.1 and they connect fine.
Someone help.

What iOS do you have? The iOS only has limited backwards compatibility and that could be part of the issue. It's quite common for mac computers, iTUnes mac programs, iDevices to all have a limited range of total intercompatibility....in other words, they only go 'back' so far. If you upgrade one part you have to upgrade the rest (even if 'rest' is nothing but a PC, iTUnes and the iDevice)
If your 2 is up to iOS6 then it's very possible that you have to upgrade to iTUnes 11.

Color printing won't work

This is truly vexing. First time I have encountered anything like it. Any help would be much appreciated.
When using Acrobat X with an Epson LP-S4500 printer, the color printing won't work. It works with Acrobat Reader on another computer. I didn't think to test printing with another program on my computer. It's worked fine when I tested one page as a PDF print. It's been so long I'm not sure if the print black and white or grey-scale option is usually available but I can't image why it wouldn't be. There is no such option in my printing panel. I went into advanced settings and changed it from the default grey scale (again, have no idea why that is the default) to Adobe RGB and even though the preview shows color, the print itself still comes out in grey-scale.

This is normal when downloading app or purchasing music, books etc. what are you doing when you are asked for the Apple ID and password?
Perhaps you signed out of your Apple ID in Settings. sign back in.

My IOS app store won't work. I just restored it times. first time with a back up. and the second time without the back up and as a new phone. And it still doesn't work. IOS 7.0.4 iPhone 4s.
