IPad slowing down hesitating especially when typing in dialogue boxes

My iPad has become slow to respond, especially when I type in a dialogue box.

1) Have u tried removing all apps from the multitasking bar? Excessive amount of apps could be using up ur iPads memory.
2) Have u tried restarting ur iPad?
3) Try completely draining the battery and leaving it off charge over night and then charge it the next day to try and squeeze out all the battery in the iPad.
4) Are u on the latest software version? (iOS 4.3.3) update if not.
5) have u almost used up all the space on the iPad? Go to settings > general > about > available

Why the user experience on Bluetooth keyboard of iPad is different on keyboard of MacBook, especially when typing Chinese characters?

I am a Chinese in Taiwan, and I use a input method call "Changjei" (倉頡) to input chinese character. And thank for "Yahoo Kimo Input Method" found in Macbook Pro, so that I can use this method as same as typing in Windows PC. When I use bluetooth keyboard connect to iPad mini, it has "Changjei" input method also, but the user experience is different than typing in MacBook Pro! I often type the wrong word when typing in iPad, because some words need additional space key to avoid selection ( when selection appear usually need additional number key for selection ). Usually every chinese character only need one space key for confirm, and in iPad, some Chinese characters need two space key(this will cause problem), and others need one as usual. It slow me down greatly, and is not a smoothly and freely experience when expressing my idea by typing in iPad, and I often distract by these misleading situation when typing.

That certainly is not right. I get a slight delay at times but I'm talking about a second or two.
Did you reboot? Quit Safari? Quit all apps and restart? Clear Safari?

I am creating an automotive braking system using flash and have a wheel turning. I want the wheel to slow down and stop after the brake pedal is pushed at a certain frame. I know I could do this with frame by frame animation but was hoping there was a short cut - javascript?? My imovie is shutting down repeatedly-especially when clicking on transitions

When using imovie, it has been shutting down often-almost every few minutes of work I do. It happens especially when clicking on transitions, or when dragging a transition up above. I have tried deleting some of the preference files that I saw were suggested online. Not sure what to try next.

No, you don't need anymore RAM, I simply asked because poorly installed or bad RAM can cause that error.
I'd try this:
Quit iMovie.
Locate a file named com.apple.iMovie.plist and get rid of it. iMovie will create a new one the next time it runs. Empty the trash and run a permissions repair from the Disk Utility folder.

Macbook Pro running extremely slow (log included) especially when safari is opened. How can I fix this?

When I open my macbook it is running extremely slow - especially once I launch safari. It can take minutes to load a page or for a page I am already typing on to even respond. Start by removing "Rapport" and "Elmedia Player," both of which are much worse than useless. If there's no improvement, post again.
Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If the software has been incompletely removed, you may have to re-download or even reinstall it in order to finish the job.
I never install system modifications myself, and I don't know how to uninstall them. You'll have to do your own research to find that information.
Here are some general guidelines to get you started. Suppose you want to remove something called “BrickMyMac” (a hypothetical example.) First, consult the product's Help menu, if there is one, for instructions. Finding none there, look on the developer's website, say www.brickmymac.com. (That may not be the actual name of the site; if necessary, search the Web for the product name.) If you don’t find anything on the website or in your search, contact the developer. While you're waiting for a response, download BrickMyMac.dmg and open it. There may be an application in there such as “Uninstall BrickMyMac.” If not, open “BrickMyMac.pkg” and look for an Uninstall button.
Back up all data before making any changes.
You will generally have to reboot in order to complete an uninstallation. Until you do that, the uninstallation may have no effect, or unpredictable effects.
If you can’t remove software in any other way, you’ll have to erase and install OS X. Never install any third-party software unless you're sure you know how to uninstall it; otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
WARNING: Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" such as "AppCleaner" and the like that purport to remove software.

Slowing Down Arrow Keys when Drawing Geometric Shapes?

I have a MacPro Intel 8-core with 16 GB RAM and running Mac OSX 0.5.6 and AICS4.
I also use a WACOM Intuos3 Tablet.
This is not a new problem - also happened with AICS3.
When I try to draw a shape - say a polygon, or star, etc., the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard do add/subtract sides, vertexes, etc. as they should, but they won't increase/decrease in increments. For instance if I draw a 5 sided Polygon and tap the down arrow while using the polygon tool, instead of giving me a 4 sided polygon, I get a triangle. Conversly, if I tap the up arrow it jumps to maybe a 20 sided polygon, but no way to slow it down to get say a 10 sided polygon.
Does anyone else experience this behavior. Is there a trick i am missing?

It's a very common issue and primarily due to the WACOM drivers from what I see. There is no work around for it that I'm aware of, other than to unplug the tablet.

Get beach balls frequently especially when typing

I have a year old 15" Mac book pro (mid 2012 model). I have been getting beachballs for the last 2-3 months. This problem appears mostly when I am typing (either in MS Office applications like Word, Excel for Mac) or on an email (Gmail or Hotmail).
I regularly clean my library cache, cookies, logs and Saved Application State folders as advised by an Apple Care Service advisor. But this problem is still persisting. I do not think this is a hardware issue. But I ran an Etre Check and am pasting its results here.

Check the startup disk lately?
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utillities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
If DU reports errors, restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you should be able to acces the built in utilities in OS X Recovery to repair the startup disk.
Make sure to back up all important files first before using OS X Recovery.
OS X Recover does require a broadband high speed internet connection.

Why is text jumping down a line when typing?

If there is 2 or more rows of text and I move back my cursor to type more on a previous line... the cursor randomly jumps down a line or so and I start typing on an unintentional line? Any idea why this might be happening?
I'm using the wireless keyboard. Battery is almost fully charged so that can't be the issue.

After some testing... I think it's because the right side of my hand is over the arrow keys and it may be hitting those keys without me noticing. Pretty sure that's what is happening.

The Note 4 slows down the wifi when connected, constant data transfer.

The Note 4 locks up our wifi with excessive data traffic, our S5 phones do not do this. What should we look at in settings, apps, etc to fix this. It cannot be connected to wifi in its current state!

WiFi is a great resource and I want to be sure that you can use yours successfully with your Note 4, Gahwrv. What kind of router are you connecting to? When connected to WiFi are you unable to use data at all or is the connection slow? If you go to Settings>WiFi>Select Menu icon>Advanced is Smart Network switch enabled? If so, please try disabling it and testing your connection.

Computer slows down/becomes unresponsive when opening certain AI

I've got five Illustrator files, weighting 4.1MB, 18.3MB, 18.5MB, 23.8MB and 27.7MB. All these files have complex vector illustrations, and when I try to open them it gives one of these errors:
The operation cannot complete because there isn't enough memory (RAM) available.
Cannot move the objects. There isn't enough memory.
Can't finish previewing. Could not complete the requested operation.
I tried opening these files with two different computers, one is an alluminum 3.06GHz iMac with 4GB of RAM, the other one is a 2.8GHz Mac Pro with 2GB of RAM.
Adding more RAM would fix the problem? And why would you need more RAM if the files aren't that heavy?

Do you have any other applications open??? Do you have a large amount of fonts open??? Background application like spotlight, version que, file sharing of drives, etc can also take up more ram.
Illustrator file size does not translate to how much ram is needed as closely as Photoshop does. There are bitmapped effects and heavy amounts of vector points that contribute to ram needed. Your graphics card may also be working too hard, so do a CMD Y and see if that speeds things up.
