IPad sound on apps doesn't work

I have and iPad 2 I bought it about a month and a half ago everything has been working great until a few days ago when the sound stopped working on apps. I checked the volume and mute switch I looked at blog everywhere on the internet. 2 days ago I got on the phone with apple tech support for half an hou. They didn't solve the problem I hope you people do. Good luck and happy solving and point earning.

This was exactly it. I guess my 6 year old son had messed with that setting. I had wondered a while back why the rotation had stopped working and then noticed later that the volume didn't work on the games unless you used headphones. But chaining that setting to mute and ensuring that switch on the side was in the correct position fixed the problem!

Actually the Licensing information for the package is missing hence it is not launching any applications. You need to Reserialize the products using APTEE which you can find it on the Machine where you have created the package. If you dont have the access to that Machine then please download and install Creative Cloud Packager and it will download APTEE in the below mentioned location.
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities
Once downloaded please follow this KB article to use the Tool.

Try this and see if it helps.
Settings>Safari>Clear cookies and data.
Now close Safari completely. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then "swipe up" or "drag up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

The famous Pudding Camera App doesn't work on my iPod Touch with iOS 4!!!!

it downloads and installs smoothly, but then when i touch the app, it opens and then disappears and goes back to the home page...
I've downloaded and reinstalled 10x, i've switched the ipod touch on, off, and reinstalled but nothing worked so far..

yup just tried.... and no it still doesn't work...
weird that when i check with my friends, they all say it works on their iPhone 4... just not my ipod Touch... !@#$%
and when i check forums for the past few days.. i don't see anyone complaining that this app doesn't work... and alot of reviews saying that it works on iPhone, ipod Touch, and iPad if i didn't recall wrongly...

Purchased tab in "App Store" app doesn't work when AppleID is not an email address.

After updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 6 (both 6.0&6.0.1), Purchased tab in "App Store" app doesn't work when AppleID is not an email address. This happened since 6.0 and I hope that it will be fixed in6.0.1 but it doesn't.
When I tap at Purchased tab in iPad App Store or Purchased bar in Updates tab in iPhone App Store, it just hang on "Loading...", but when I changed to other AppleID, it works. Apparently, my AppleID is not an email address but the other AppleID is an email address.
Not sure where to send my feedback to Apple about this issue.

Payed app doesn't work after upgrade

After updating the payed version of TwoNav bij CompeGPS Euro 29,99, the app doesn't work anymore.
Where or who can I contact to get this fixed. CompeGPS says App store....??

Okay, mine now works here is what I did.
plug in the iPhone, iPad etc
in iTunes select the phone or iPad
Under Summary uncheck "Sync with this....."
Under "Music" uncheck the "Sync Music"
Let it remove all the songs, dont worry it will come back no problems.
Once that is all done all the music on the phone or ipad should be gone.
Now check them both back on and everything should copy back onto it.
Working now !!!!!

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App Doesn't Work Windows 8.1

The Creative Cloud Desktop App doesn't work on my PC running Windows 8.1. As shown below, no apps appear and the settings dropdown does not function with either left or right click. I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, change the name of the OOBE folder, connect directly to my cable modem by passing my router, removing all internet & firewall protection and I am unable to download any CC apps that I do not have on my PC. I have been updating existing apps from the help menus in the apps and have not used the CC app for downloads for a long time so I do not know when the problem started, but it does not work now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Automatic updates are also not working.

Turning off "Enable Protected Mode" in the Security Tab of Internet Properties allowed the Creative Cloud Desktop App to function properly. I am still looking for a better long term solution that does not put my computer's security at risk.

My weather channel app doesn't work and freezes my phone. I've tried closing the app. Also tried deleting and readding it. All my other apps work.

Try this:
Make sure your iPhone is fully updated.
Restart your iPhone
Do NOT open the app, just delete it
Reset your iPhone (hold down sleep/wake and home buttons simultaneously until you see an apple logo, then release the buttons)
Readd the app
Open the app and test.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, then it may be an issue with the app itself and you might have to contact the app's developer.

Ok after nearly going crazy I read something about someone having a problem with a program related to fonts not being installed. I started up font book and now my problem is miraculously resolved... This is good and bad. I don't know why having font book running would resolve my problem or know what font is causing the programs not to work. As far as I know I didn't disable any system fonts. And the problem doesn't happen when font book is running, which is confusing me.

Sound by .MTS doesn't work

Hi! I don't have experiences with Premiere Pro. I have .MTS file and after import to Premiere, sound doesn't work. When I import .mp4, sound is OK. Is problem in my computer or is common thing that sound in .MTS doesn't work? Thanks for answers.

I get no audio at all. I initially copied all files from my camcorder to my drive and tried to import. No sound. Tried to import directly from camcorder - doesn't see it as a drive. Imported files to another location on drive from the camcorder software, still doesn't work. Tried in elements - works fine. Came here to forum...tried all these ideas - imported through media browser, bridge...I don't get it. Even tried to output the file in Elements as an .mpg an import into Pro - it gives me a decompression error. I have many other video I have been able to open in pro with sound - I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. I even downloaded the suggested codec on one of your above threads, but I admit I don't know how I'm supposed to use it. I really need to edit this video in Pro and I'm at a loss. Audio through a dock connection is at line level, also called line out. Line level volume is not adjustable. You need to change the volume using the controls on the iHome device, or its remote.

Have you tried force quitting the Camera app? http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
If that fails:
Try doing a hard reset: Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears. If that doesn't solve the issue, you could also try backing up the device and restoring the device as new. If that doesn't solve the issue, the device may need service.

NB: set up as a NEW device because a software issue will be in the backup. If the issue persists after restoring as new, you should offer the device for service.
