Ipad turns off when opening photos app

When i open my photos on ipad 1 16gb wifi i turns off then about a minute later it shows apple logo and it back on
any ideas and how to fix?

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!

Recently (the last 2 weeks) when I have an alarm on my iPad set to go off in the morning, this is what happens: I hear the alarm going off. I open the cover to hit snooze. In the past, when I opened the cover, I had the option of hitting snooze or ok. (Ok to turn off alarm clock alarm.). The odd thing that's been happening now is, when the alarm goes off, the minute I open the cover, the alarm stops. I can't hit snooze or OK, because opening the cover is triggering the alarm to turn off. I haven't changed any settings. No one else uses my iPad 2. It's not happening every day, just randomly. It's the magnets in the cover which activate the lock/unlock feature to appear in your settings. In earlier iPads you could slide a magnet down the side of the iPad to find where the magnet activates and turn the feature on.....Apple have now changed how this works with the iPad Air. Whereas before there was only 1 magnet positioned in the cover for earlier iPads, it is now thought there are 2 with alternating polarity.
So if you want this feature you will need to buy an Apple cover or wait for third party manufacturers to get their magnets in the correct position.
If you do have a genuine Apple cover then there is something going wrong here....

One of the iPads will turn off and ask for the passcode after tilting. The ipad has been updated to IOS6. Could this have caused the problem?

Are these images huge (15+ Mpixels)? Does the same happen if you try to edit low(er)-res images? If the former is the case (crashes at huge images but no problems with lower-res ones), you could kill all previously-used apps (or just restart the device) before starting editing to free up memory - it's the memory that rusn out and results in a crash.

Try resetting the device. HOld down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red slider, and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
If not, go to the app store and download a free app...any free app. Install it and see if that fixes things. Sometimes the iPad 'forgets' which apple ID is valid so it ceases to function. When you download a free app it reminds the iPad that yes, you are the owner, and things should work again.
Once you get it to work you can delete that free app.

I have looked in all the system prefs, finder prefs, etc.
I'd like my iMac to start without whatever apps were open on previous shutdown, excepting ones that I have specified to "open at login".
Probably right under my nose, I don't mind if I get flamed for asking but I really can't find it.

Sound Turns off when opening MIAW

Hello,
I'm a beginner at Director and I've run into an issue. I
basically created an mp3 player which can open up a game I created
in a MIAW. The problem I have is that whenever the MIAW is opened
the mp3 player goes silent. The mp3 player and game utilize
different sound channels. Any clue what might be going on??? thanks

After the battery run out my iPad turns off

My iPad turns off when the battery run out. Then I plug-in it for recharging. iPad start with Appel sight then switch off again. Then again start with Appel and off again. So it is not stoping on/off and not recharging. The USB cord is good, other devices recharging properly. That to do?

Plug your iPad into the original charger & block in a wall outlet and leave it alone for a couple of hours. Then, while it is still plugged in, restart it by holding down the home button and the power button for 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple, then let go.

Ok, I found a solution that worked for me when trying to connect to the iTunes store by tapping the "update" button in the "App Store" app on my iPad 2. Before the solution was implemented I'd always get the error message "cannot connect to iTunes store". Once the solution was implemented I now can connect to iTunes using the "update" button in the "App Store" app and I get the normal message "All apps are up to date". The solution is this: go into Settings, then General, then scroll to the bottom where it says Date and Time. Tap Date and Time and then turn OFF Set Automatically. When you do that a new option will be added that says Set Date and Time. Tap it. You'll now get a drop down feature. Set the Date AHEAD 2 YEARS. The Time you can leave alone.
Once you do that you might get a bunch of reminders and messages that your apps and stuff haven't been updated in two years. Click cancel or close on each of those messages or reminders. Now go back into Settings, General, Date and Time, and turn Set Automatically back to ON. Reboot your iPad. Open the App Store app again and go to the Update button. It might ask you to log back in to your iTunes account. It should now work. If not, close the App Store app completely and open again and try the update button. Hope this helps.

You will need to do that by syncing them with a computer and then syncing the computer with the iPad.

Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

After the most recent iOS update there is a problem with phantom photos.
Perhaps you have phantom photos, that are invisible in the Recently Deleted album and thus cannot be deleted. Then resetting the date will help. Changing the date makes the invisible photos in "Recently deleted" visible again:

I managed to get rid of the phantom usage. Restoring iPhone and resetting the phone settings/data do not work for me.
I had to move the Date on my phone earlier by 1,2,3 months and found the phantom photos in the Recently Deleted Folder. Next, I deleted the photos manually from the Recently Deleted Folder and the usage got freed up from my iPhone.
