IPad videos have a black scrreen

My iPad videos doesn't show image. Just a black screen. It happen after download iTunes U. How can I solve my problem?

These all things that have been tried and shown to be successful for other users with this issue. Start with these tips.
Quit the video app and restart. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit the app by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on the video app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus (-) sign in the upper left corner of the video app icon to close it. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Try the app again and see if the movie is there and will play.
If that didn't work - Search for the movie. From the home screen swipe to the right and the Spotlight Search feature will appear. Type the name of the movie in the field at the top, if the movie shows up in the search, tap on the icon and hopefully it will begin to play. Let it play for a few minutes then tap Done. Return to the video app and see if it is in there now.
If the Videos app still won't play, try playing a podcast in the Music app if you have one. If not download a free podcast,  play it for a short period of time, and then try the videos app again.
Double tap the home button to bring up the task bar, swipe all the way to the right to get to the music control - tap the arrow and see what happens.
Reset the iPad - hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider.

    Despite looking all over the internet and asking video editors I know, I've never yet found a satisfactory answer to this question:
    When I bring DV PAL footage into my Mac, why are there always very thin black vertical bars on each side?  And why is the image being squeezed slightly?
    I think it may have something to do with interlacing.
    If you look at my screenshot here.
    You can see that the top image (QuickTime 7 Player) exhibits the issue I'm talking about (the prescene of combing on the man shows this is interlaced).
    But the black bars have disappeared in the bottom image (QuickTIme Player X) - and you can see that it looks slightly horizontally stretched by comparison. I'm guessing this is something to do with the fact that QuickTime Player X DE-interlaces video.
    The question remains though... what is it about interlacing that introduces black bars and an incorrect aspect ratio??

    If you are ripping "standard" format content (4x3 ratio) then it will just appear like that on a widescreen TV. You shouldn't have that problem if you're ripping widescreen content (16x9 ratio).

    No, it's definitely not normal. Your User's Guide recommends a series of troubleshooting steps to go through when your iPad is misbehaving: As you're already in effect doing the first of the main steps, a Restart of your iPad, and that's not curing it, move on to the next .. a Reset.
    To do this, press and hold both the Home and the Sleep/Wake buttons for about 10-12 seconds, until the display blanks and the red Power Off slider appears. Continue holding the buttons until the slider disappears, replaced by the black screen and white Apple logo.
    This shows your iPad is starting to reboot. Release the buttons and allow the process to continue until the Lock screen appears again, then slide the slider to complete the process.

    The update is iOS 8.1.3 not iOS 8.3.
    Have you tried resetting your iPad?
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
    No data will be lost.

    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Maybe this will let the iPad reboot and then you may need to restore again but see if this helps to start the iPad first.

    You need to plug the iPad into your computer that has iTunes installed on it, and activate it.

    You are in Recovery Mode. Follow the instructions below to recover your iPad.
    1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
    2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
    If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
    3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
    5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
    Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost.

    Log in to the Developer forum. You will find instructions on how to install the lastest beta. Your problem is the beta you have installed has expired. All of them did on October 5; you will find hundreds of threads discussing this. If you have a beta it is assumed that you will continue as a beta tester, so a simple update using iTunes will not work.
    If you no longer want to be a beta tester install the GM 7.0.2 by restoring from iTunes using DFU mode.

    Place the Timeline Indicator on the Timeline where you want the text to start.
    Text Menu/New Text/Default Text to open the Titler where you create you text. Close the Titler.
    The Timeline text file goes on the track directly above the video.
    You can drag on the edges of the text file to alter its duration - to extend across the whole Timeline content if wanted.
    If th text overlays the video at a place on the video that is black, you can change the color of text in Color in the Text section of the opened Titler. Remember that the black that you see in the opened Titler before you type is transparency not the color black.

    Somehow my video must be changing frame sizes or something to that extent. I have thin black edges on my exported video. I have checked carefully and my output and source settings match to my visual knowledge. Please help.

    I can show you the player in Premier but I wouldn't know how to export the encoded clip back into Premiere LOL. I'm a total newbie at CS6. And I don't know how to upload a clip, I don't even know how to screen shot it through my notebook. I tried print screen and I get nothing so I am going through my mobile device to upload everything. Thank you guys for your patience and help.

    Answers in CAPS.  But from playing with the file, it does not appear that I can get rid of the black border.   I would have to start again from scratch.    I tried a FV4 file format and a AVCHD.mp4 format and they both have black borders.   Any other suggestions on how to get rid of the border, or is it impossible at this point.

Open a new project and, in the new project dialog, click on change settings, followed bychanging the project preset toNTSCDSLR1080pDSLR [email protected]   
    I OPENED A NEW PROJECT AND THE STANDARD SET WAS NTSC-DV-STANDARD-48kHz WHICH IS MY PROBLEM AS YOU POINTED OUT.
