Iv downloaded the 0845 wizard from the App Store. Registered my details and it has been working. But for some reason it won't let me log in and keep saying failed every time I try to use it. Iv deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still says the same?
I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -
After downloading an app, then later trying to open it again, the iPad screen turns green and nothing happens. How can I fix this?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sifnout and sign back in
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Recently i faced a problem from appstore in my iphone i purchased app called iBlacklist- Block Unwanted Calls its paid Rs.270. after reading all details and watching all detail picture which is shown in appstore i download it , but after installing the apps i found its totally different app called SeceretContact, i tried to contact support on tollfree number but he say that this apps is developed by developer so he cant help , i just wana know that appstore is allowing the developer to put their apps on apple store and the apps which is shown is totally different after insatling it then who is responsible for this as this apps had charged Rs 270 from one person , is this a cheating which company is trying to do with us .
please help me if possible i just wana know what action did company takes in this matterMost of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. If you contact iTunes Support about it then they might investigate and potentially remove it.
You can try contacting iTunes Support via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
When I download a file the download window opens but not files are viewable. I cannot execute a file from this window. I can open the download file using Explorer and then execute the file from there. Why are the files not viewable.
In the Finder,navigate to your projec folder. Look in the Shared Items folder. Is there a video ffile inside? Does it play intact?

Kayleen BIf you downloaded and installed it, and you made no backup, then you'll have to erase it and re-install another OS.
You can't uninstall an OS, it's not an App. It's an OS. It's not the same thing as an application, like Excel, that runs on an OS.
It's always prudent to make and keep a backup. -

First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

I was downloading an app and it wasnt downloadnig so i turned my ipod off and now its a just a black screen with the the loading circle. Its been like that for 10 hours. How do i get back to my home screen? or how do i get the litle loading circle to go away.. it wont even load into itunes
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

yes i am sure. This are the exact words... "The iPad "iPad" could not be restored. The disk you are attempting to use is full. (Removing files and emptying the recycle bin will free up additional space". i tried some options, hard reset, redsnow, tinyumbrella but still it's stuck.

My ipad air was bought and activated AFTER September 1st (activated December 25th) and I downloaded pages, keynote and numbers. I then changed my Apple ID as the password no longer worked, These apps had to be deleted as I needed to update them. Now I cannot get the free version on my ipad. I have searched the internet to see if there is a solution, and I found a few but unfortunately none have worked. I desperately need these apps as my iPad is used for school. Is this an issue I should take up with the apple support centre or something? Please help! Thanks

My MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010) switches on but internal display remains off/black .There is no start-up sound and the fan starts off normal but after about Five minutes begins to run even faster as if the machine is running a heavy load.It displayed a question mark some time back then a friend borrwed it ,he flashed the system and put windows 7.Then a few days pasted and now it wont display as stated.I have tried to Reset SMC and the Command + P + R + Power but still no response.Please assist?
Regrads JoshI think your "friend" caused a problem (or two).
I do not know what "flashed the system" means......
Based on what was done, I would probably erase the HD and restore the system from a backup before the software changes were made.

Hi,
My name is Norbert. I am having some difficulties restoring my icloud back up. My ipad was doing an icloud back up and the alert message displayed on the ipad after my internet was interrupted "A wi-fi connection is required to download your apps and media".
I got the internet working, my ipad is receiving internet network but the alert message is still displayed on the ipad and won't go away, to make matters worse the ipad is frozen and i can't do anything.
Please can anyone with a similar experience tell me what to do in this situation?

Have you tried a hard restart. Press the on/off button and homescreen buttons together until the device shuts down.
