Ipad wi fi has radius of about 6 feet before losing connectivity.. I never had this problem before last update. Why?

My ipad 2 loses connectivity after about 6 feet movement away from wi fi modem. Anyone else having these issues?

Mine is exactly the same problem ipad 2 ,up until the 7.04 update never had a problem I 'very tried everything I can think of reset,reroute,nothing has solved this problem .
Took it back to Apple this afternoon in Liverpool ,7 day wait before you can even speak to someone it's certainly not what I expected from Apple ,the shop absolutely packed with people with problems this is defiantly a update problem and apple need to sort it out quick ,as of until now they been totally useless ,take it in for a service etc,why should I pay for a service when it's their doing , at this moment I won't be buying another apple product again.

When I restart my iPad the connect to iTunes comes up and stays on until it shuts down again, I have read a report from Apple support suggesting I reinstall iTunes so I might try that again and also your suggestion which i shall also try, but thanks again - rg1547

Thanks for your input however, what I don't understand is that some of the product images do appear on the site but not all images? The first 10 product pics appear but then, it's just the product descriptions after that with no images? I find it strange that it used to work on this particular site (mainly Gap and Old Navy) and now it doesn't? I do a lot of online shopping there so it's unfortunate. I contacted their online support and they said to download the Opera Mini App but that didn't work...I see even less images? If I visit the site on my Ipod Touch or my Macbook, I see all images, no problem? Not sure what the problem is?

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Lately it has been taking longer for Firefox to open and will lockup occasionally. Firefox has been my browser for years and I have never had this problem before. Its there anything I can do about this problem?

Sounds like you synced your new phone to his backup, not yours. Reset the phone and try again. Or maybe Restore will let you resync it, I'm not going to try it on my phone to find out.

Trying to open IPhoto, get message about needing photo library to open. Never had this issue before. Any advise?

I have a MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.3. My IPhoto is version 9.5.1 (902.17). I just updated all available software on the computer and still could not open IPhoto.

This means, that iPhoto cannot find your iPhoto library. You need to point iPhoto to the location of the library. Have you checked in the fInder, if your iPhoto library is still where it is supposed to be by default, in the Pictures folder, and called iPhoto Library.photolibrary? Or have you moved your library somewhere else and renamed it?

HT1688 Traveling in Europe and iphone 5 has NO SERVICE. I have had other iPhones and other cell phones in the past and never had this problem

I am traveling in Europe and for the first time in over 10 years I am not able to use my cell phone. This is my third iPhone and I have never had any trouble in the past in connecting as soon as off the plane!!!! I have tried everything to fix it. Chatted with AT&T and couldn't help me either. Resetted settings, network settings, turned off and rebooted at least ten times. Removed Sim card and still NOTHING. NO SERVICE and SEARCHING is all I can get.

Tracy, first you should restart the iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo. This process could solve some of your problems. Also make sure you have the latest update, go into our settings>general>software update. On the wifi issue try restarting your router, if you are still having problems try resetting your network settings, go into your settings>general>reset then tap reset network settings.
The battery issues seems normal, the battery will not last 24 hours.
