IPad won't display my Gmail contacts in the Contacts app that comes with the IPad.

I have never been able to get my Gmail contacts imported into the Contacts app that comes with the IPad.

If you can be more specific about what you have tried, someone might be able to offer other solutions.
I sync my contacts and calendar with Gmail too. I don't use iCloud for syncing contacts. I have set it up as an exchange account. That works on both my ipad and iphone. Any changes made to either is reflected on the other.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add new account>Microsoft Exchange. Leave out the domain name. The server when asked is m.google.com. Turn on contacts (and calendar or mail if you use them) and that's it.
If that does not work, perhaps you can describe what issue you are having.

You can't delete some of the native apps but you can put them away in a folder OR some of them you can make invisible by restricting them (iTunes for example).

Correct. An app can only be updated under the Apple ID that was used to orginally acquire the app. If that is a problem you can delete the app and download again under the new userid. If you paid for the app you will have to pay again. Your old Apple ID does not go away so there is no reason to not use it to download the apps.
You cannot delete the apps that came with IOS. If you want to "hide" the apps simply put the apps into an application folder by dragging one app onto another. You can do this to all the IOS apps.

So is this the way Apple works now? Not solving customers problems? I'm sure so many users have had this problem. I've had, and I reinstalled Mavericks 3 times. Works fine for some days and then several Apple Apps stop working. Is that a way to force us ti update to Yosemite? (I don't want to) and then pay to update some third party programs (i.e. Pro Tools). Also, there are so many 15" MacBooks Pro with graphic problems and of course the guys at the Apple Service Centers always say: "It's the logic board, you can have it replaced, but it's so expensive I would recommend a new Mac". You cannot delete the preinstalled apps on the iPad. You can check by tapping and holding down on the icon until it wiggles. If no X appears, you cannot delete it.

The youTube App is gone because Apple's license to use it has expired.
YouTube is still accessible on the iPad via Safari (or any other browser) at http://m.youtube.com/
Sign in at this site and your favorites, etc. will still be present. Save the site icon to the iPad Home screen and you will have a replacement for the youTube App.
There is also an iPhone youTube App in the App Store which works on the iPad as well as the Jasmine App.

Recently I've try to charge mi iPad 3er gen. with the usb cable 30 pin that comes with the iPhone 4S (original) via my MacBook Air, but when I had plug it into the usb port, my iPad started to make like repetitive sounds (charging, not charging sounds) and iTunes dont recognized the ipad, I was worried, so I disconnected the cable and tried it with the same that comes with my iPad and works fine, I am thinking that the usb cable from my iPhone is damaged or something, but i want to know, from the experience that some of you would have, if this is right or wrong.

By transcription I mean being able to take what was said in the interview and have those words converted into written text. So I think your second option's a bit closer to what I was looking for.
The inelegant solution would be to buy Dragon Naturally Speaking software, load it up on another computer, stand my i-pad next to it, and have the words transcribed that way - an analog approach, as it were.
O course, I could just spend the next several hours tying up the interview, which is something I kinda hope to avoid.

First try a hard reset. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If still no luck, try downloading another free app from the App Store.
